This is a great property if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Right on the beach with a great balcony on which to relax. You can park your car and never move it! If you do venture out, there are many small towns and restaurants within 15 to 30 minutes of your stay.

Perfect location that has it all

Clean and spacious condo that sits right on the beach and close to the excitement downtown. We have two, 15 year olds that wanted the rides, games, foods and shopping and us the beach. Win win for our situation. The live music was great and can be watched from your large balcony or down on the patio. Kevin was quick to answer our questions and we look forward to staying again.

Fun escape for wife and me and leave the grown kids at home. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Huge slider open to the ocean - wonderful sound for sleeping at night. Walk right out onto beach through the beach bar. And super fast internet 500/500. This is end of season wind down and many places have short hours or are closed, but that was okay, this trip was for adults only. Had a great time wandering all over OOB downtown, beach walks, shops and restaurants.

Just what we needed

The property was perfect. It is right on the beach. It is above a bar with live music. It was nice to just have to go downstairs. If you don’t want the noise then it might not be for you. The balcony was my favorite place.

OOB Experience

Great location, amazing view, the patio bar and live music were awesome. Furnishings in the unit and on the deck are a little sparse and dated but clean. Owner was a great host.

Annual OOB trips with friends

Our 13th year vacationing on OOB, first year at The Brunswick. Kevin’s place did not disappoint! Updated, extremely clean and the absolute perfect location!!!! Kevin was amazing! Checking in to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location

Location was perfect, loved the live bands playing every day and having the big patio bar just below us. The property manager Kevin is great. He made local recommendations and was quick to answer us. When we had one minor issue he not only got it taken care of asap he also refunded us a couple bucks for the inconvenience.

Great Summer Getaway!

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard Beach at Kevin’s condo! It’s a perfect prime location with the oceanfront view and beach access. In addition, everything is within walking distance. We had so much fun exploring down the street, at the pier and amusement park. A nice bonus was the balcony of the condo is right above The Brunswick where we were able to enjoy live music most nights right from the condo and even got a great view of the Thursday night fireworks. All in all we had a memorable vacation and want to plan another trip back already! Thanks to Kevin for also being a very responsive host and allowing us to utilize your space!

Old orchard beach fun

Great place to stay on the beach and in the middle of all the action. Situated on the floor above the largest pool deck on the beach. Lots of good bands played during our stay and you have a front row seat. Condo could use some upgrades. But overall a fun place to stay.

Oceanfront entertainment condo

Rented the condo for the 4th of July weekend. The condo is neat and updated. The deck is larger than normal. We enjoyed the bands that played at the venue down below our deck. We also had front row to the spectacular fireworks and full view of the beach and ocean . The owner was very responsive and contacted me via messaging before check in and right before check out . Will definitely consider this condo again !

Great location and view - would definitely stay again

Kevin was a great host and communicated quickly. The view was great. The place wasn’t quite as clean as expected but not a show stopper (bathroom/recliner). Also beware of the live music that plays in season Wednesday-Sunday as late as midnight some nights. This did not bother us but can hear thru the floor the exact song that is playing. The view and the burnswick was awesome and would certainly stay again. Five stars

Owner of unit was great! Unit itself very clean & as described. No property mgr to be found. Called mgmt, no answer. Was able to catch cleaning crew. Maybe lockbox should be left?!

Beach Getaway

Kevins place was absolutely perfect, even though the weather didn't cooperate it allowed us to have much needed downtime... The kitchen is well equipped, place is clean and talk about the view. Even with the night club open downstairs we enjoyed listening to the variety of the bands and being on the end of the beach makes for quiet mornings sipping your coffee on the deck. Will be staying again!!

Great view and nice deck!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view couldn't be beat, very close to the beach and you almost felt like you were on the beach. The deck was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out there just watching the ocean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, however, we all have different tastes on how hard or soft a bed should feel. The condo was nicely set up and fairly clean. We found it a comfortable place to hang out. The host, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful even texting to let us know the room was ready earlier than expected. We would recommend this condo for a couple or small family.

Kevin l'hôte est très gentil, il répond très rapidement à nos questions. À l'arrivée, le stationnement était déjà occupé par une autre voiture par contre, un autre stationnement a été trouvé rapidement pour notre auto. La vue est magnifique. Kevin m'avait prévenu pour la musique, effectivement si on aime pas la musique forte cela peut être un inconvénient, mais les groupes qui sont passés nous ont offerts de belles prestations. Très beau séjour.

Great music

My wife and I brought my 16 yo son and stayed here. We loved the music and he loved the music too. Exceptionally convenient place to stay at the beach. Only downside was neighbors smoking adjacent to the outdoor deck but the deck was fantastic anyway and majority of time it was spectacular to be right in the beach with LIVE MUSIC directly below you. They also have nighttime lights in the beach volleyball costs and there were always players for or son to join in with. Close to the Pier and walking distance to the center of Old Orchard Beach.
