Grand Victorian 1196 square foot ocean view unit with unobstructed ocean views from the balcony! Oversized deck with a great view of the ocean. Great deal for families! Sleeping for 8. Central heat and a/c, but a great breeze from the ocean. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8.Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.

Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Main room TV a bit wonky. Water pressure in showers a bit weak. Other than that good stay. Dane and Bill are the BEST!! Very helpful. :)

We had a wonderful weather week staying at the Grand Victorian for the 1st time. Just a FYI, water dispenser on the refrigerator is not working and the Keurig wasn’t working either. Our apartment was clean, quiet and roomy. The entry way to the building and elevator were kept clean daily, and smelled clean too. I wish the 3rd bedroom had a full bed, a trundle bed is perfect for children but not so much for adults. I would recommend staying here but look at the sleeping arrangements. Sleeper sofa not great either, you could feel the mattress springs and cross bar.

Great location, needs updating

My family has been staying at the Grand Victorian for the past few years and love it there! Can’t beat the location - steps away from everything! - and the check-in process/staff are always fantastic. The downside of this particular unit was that it felt a bit neglected. Peeling paint, squeaky beds, what I hope was just dirt and not mold around the caulking in the bathroom, rusty shower curtain rods and outdoor chairs… It was clean and comfortable in spite of that, but what made it unpleasant (and led to us checking out a day early) was the AC unit. Not quite sure what the exact issue with it was, but it caused one family member a lot of congestion every night and left most fabrics/bed linens feeling consistently damp. All that aside, this unit has a lot of good potential! If the above issues are addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

Pictures are deceiving

The stovetop glass was broken, mold around the tops of the showers, nightstands were water damaged, master shower didn’t work properly, peeling paint everywhere, vanities are peeling, safety door lock was broken, dishwasher slams open, barely any hangers, there weren’t any crackers for lobster, and worst of all we found a dirty pair of men’s stained boxers inside the pillowcase on our bed. TV’s were terrible. For the amount of money for this stay it was not worth the price.

Loved The Location,Loved How We Were Able To Get In Before 4:00

My Wife, My Daughter, Her Husband And My 3 Grandchildren Were There For 4 Nights. They Are Young So It Was So Easy To Bring Them Back And Forth To The Beach And The Rides. We Mostly Walked To Everything We Did. We Had A GREAT Time There !

Amazing first trip to OOB!

The location and amenities were amazing! We were right next to the pier which was nice to be so close to everything. I was nervous it would be loud at night bc of this, but when we went to bed usually around 10 we didn’t hear a peep! My only feedback is the futon mattress is very thin so make sure to bring some padding. Other than that it was a great place and I would book again!

Fantastic location, attractive, and clean

This is a perfect location in Old Orchard Beach, right next to the beach. There is a small view of the beach from the balcony. It felt spacious for our group of seven. It could use more silverware and plates. The management was very pleasant and quickly responsive to any of our needs. I would stay there again.

First Time in OOB

We would normally stay in Wells Maine, but this time we decided to try something new. Glad we did. This place was spacious, great location to everything. Really did not need to take the car out except to go to the grocery store. The Proximity to the pier and to the fun park, for families is great. Walk across a parking lot to the beach made it a great location for the seniors in our group. having the kitchen to help keep costs down is great. having a nice Livingroom to wind down great days on the beach. Great Host . Ryan was there to get us signed in and make sure everything was good. would and probably will stay again. thank you Gary

Perfect place to stay

The Grand Victorian is the perfect place to stay, it’s right on the beach and close to all the attractions and restaurants/bars. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely book it again next time we’re in OOB!!

The property was very clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful furniture and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We loved the fact that you didn't even have to use your vehicle to go anywhere. Everything was within walking distance. Other than the rain, we had an amazing time and will definately book again.
