Amplia y luminosa casa contemporánea ubicada en un tranquilo callejón sin salida a solo minutos de Truro Center + Ballston, Longnook y las playas de Corn Hill.

Un montón de espacio en la cubierta! Muy privado. Dos edificios separados permiten la máxima privacidad para los huéspedes. Hola velocidad de Internet inalámbrico, parrilla al aire libre. Toda la casa está recientemente renovada con cocina contemporánea, pisos de madera de roble. Cómodamente amueblado con antigüedades y arte. Lovely, restful place!

For the first week, my husband and I stayed in the studio and our adult children and partners we in the main house, then for our second week it was just us and one son, so we moved into the bigger house (note to others considering this, the main house is much nicer!) Great kitchen for cooking in, nicely stocked with spices, etc. Lovely secluded location where you can barely get a glimpse of the nearest house. We really enjoyed our stay!

Terrific Truro Times!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their partners. The house is perfectly laid out to provide ample space for both privacy and for communal meals and games. The host has furnished the house with any provision needed including ceiling fans in every room; a large bbq grill; fully stocked kitchen; and a glorious outdoor shower and more. We look forward to returning next year.

A gem of a house

My family and I loved this house. The seclusion and quiet, the beautiful rooms, the comfortable sleeping accommodations and all the thought that went into preparing the perfect vacation home. As a writer, I appreciated the books and art that were there for our viewing and exploration as well. I have rented in Truro for approximately 30 years and this place is my new favorite.

Wonderful, classic, perfect cape house

We loved this house and hope to return. It is a lovely place, the kind of house we always hope to find on the cape. It has a great flow, wonderful windows to catch the cape breeze and great decks connecting everything. The artist studio is an extremely special space, with incredible windows and light. The outdoor shower is also incredible. The place was impeccable when we arrived, and we couldn't have hoped for anything more. Our stay was all we hoped it would be.

Amazing stay!

Orin’s property is unique. It is located literally in the woods of Truro. My husband and I stayed in the artist studio (the dehumidifier helped on those rainy, humid Cape days/nights), and our adult kids stayed in the main house. There was more than enough room for everyone, with just the right balance of personal space and togetherness. The outdoor shower is undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever seen in my 20+ years of vacationing on Cape Cod. The house was spotless on arrival - shout to Adams’s cleaning crew. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Weber gas grill, for fresh, home cooked meals. The outside space is wonderful. You are up in the treetops (not too high though), and can sit either under the pagoda or in the sun. We had one day where we didn’t even leave the property to go to the beach, we felt THAT relaxed! Lastly, and maybe not a big deal for some, but the washer/dryer is brand new and amazing! Orin was super responsive to my questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Privacy and a beautiful house

The house is in a very private setting and is beautiful inside and out. The owner provides very clear communication and responds quickly to questions or issues. The interior of the house is very well appointed and has many windows and screen doors to take advantage of cross ventilation and the Cape breezes. The exterior space has an enormous multi level deck that would be fantastic for hanging out but unfortunately needs considerable repair, especially the deck highest off the ground. I expect the owner will take care of deck repairs in the off season and they let us know about the broken boards as soon as they learned of them so I didn't detract anything from the rating.

Peaceful relaxing retreat

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week of peaceful relaxation. Plenty of room to spread out to read, to puzzle, to nap. Kitchen was perfect to accommodate family meals and preparation, reducing our need to eat out. Location is excellent - close and far away at the same time. Hosts could not have been more responsive or helpful. We will be back!

Designer house in a beautiful setting; lots of space; close to everything.

Wonderful property with 2 separate units; one is the main house, and another is an artist's studio which has a full living room and separate bedroom. Perfect setting for 2-3 families or families with teenagers that can have their own space. House clearly built by an architect; not your cookie cutter property. Beautiful views, wraparound decks for each unit, outdoor shower, etc. - everything you can wish for in your summer rental. Orin was very responsive and helpful; no issues with listing or anything during our stay. Would love to come back and would definitely rent again. A Truro gem. Thank you, Orin!

Nice family stay in Truro

Nice property, lots of room for a family stay, easy access to our favorite places in Truro, Provincetown and Wellfleet. Wish it had A/C and exterior needs some updating/repairs, especially the decking.

TRURO quiet cornner

Orin was wonderful to engage with! The house feels very homey and nice quiet location. One of the bedrooms with a queen size bed is very close to the laundry room and feels a little damp. The bathroom is extremely small. The kitchen and open dining room are great for families. And the is a second refrigerator in the laundry room which was very handy.

Great spot in Truro

It was our first stay at this property and we enjoyed it. It meet the needs of our adult children and son in law. Wonderful outdoor deck and state of the art grill. Lots of privacy and lots of places to gather as a group. Super well-stocked kitchen. Close to all of our favorite Truro/Provincetown/Wellfleet places. Host provided excellent resources for dental/medical needs which we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Perfectly situated

Truly love this homes layout and location. It's setting is wooded with a sunny exposure. Plenty of bedrooms with separate baths! Love that! Kitchen is open, clean and highly functional ( I cook). Although set away from the main stream, you are minutes from beaches, trails, shops, and restaurants. The out shower fully makes the Cape experience. The added studio with its full bath, mini kitchen and king/2 doubles, plus two daybeds makes it perfect for visitors, a teen spot or extended family. This is a clean lines contemporary, multi level with a wonderful artistic flair. Very relaxed.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home!

We have been renting this home since July 2012 and look forward to our return every year. The house is located at the end of the road next to a cemetery, resulting in a lovely private setting. Yet, only minutes from the bay or ocean side beaches and a quick 10 minute drive to Provincetown for shopping, restaurants and night life. There are several great restaurants nearby in Truro and the local store if you don't wish to travel. Both the house and studio are furnished well for all your needs, with each bedroom afforded its own bathroom, plus there is my favorite the outdoor shower. The large wrap around deck is a great place to hang out in the sun or shade, eat breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply read a book. Layout of the house works very well for small or large families, plenty of space to eat, watch TV, hang out without being on top of one another. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home, plus their being artist lends to a lot of great art adorning the walls and lots of great landscaping around the property. They are also wonderful people who will do all they can to make your stay a wonderful one. I would highly recommend this property to all. Sincerely, Glenn Gagne Concord NH
