Imagina disfrutar de esta vista desde tu mazo

En una colina con vistas a un prado y la bahía de Cape Cod, grandes áreas abiertas de estar y comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada (con espacio para más de un chef). Un dormitorio principal (king) y un baño completo completan el piso principal. El nivel inferior tiene dos dormitorios grandes (una cama doble y otra con dos camas individuales) más una sala de lavandería totalmente equipada y baño completo. Hay una zona de loft abierta (con camas dobles de gran altura para desbordamiento). Pisos de madera con alfombras. Las ventanas de las áreas de estar y las tres habitaciones dan a la bahía para disfrutar de hermosas vistas y brisas maravillosas. El hogar tiene hermosos postes de madera y construcción de vigas en todas partes. Cubiertas exteriores para cenar, tomar una siesta o leer en ambos niveles. También pequeña terraza para asar convenientemente ubicada cerca de la cocina.

Ducha exterior con total privacidad, cálido sol de la mañana, y vistas de agracejo (cobertura del suelo) y la fragancia de los pinos cercanos. Se puede llegar a la ducha desde la cubierta superior o inferior sin pasar por la parte principal de la casa.

Cocina totalmente equipada, incluyendo nevera con máquina de hielo, estufa, triturador de basura, microondas, horno tostador, ollas de langosta, un montón de platos, cubiertos y vasos, especias de cocina, envolturas de alimentos y parrilla de gas exterior. Sillas de playa y sombrillas proporcionadas. Ropa de cama no se proporcionan.

En un paseo privado compartido por otras dos casas, nuestra casa se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Truro, a 10 minutos de Wellfleet y a 15 minutos de Provincetown. La playa más cercana es Rider (3 minutos en coche). Muchas playas de la bahía y el océano en cuestión de minutos. Ruta en bicicleta que va entre Provincetown y Orleans a la vuelta de la esquina. Highland Light y Chequesette Neck campos de golf en cuestión de minutos. Restaurantes, tiendas y galerías de arte cercanos en Truro, Wellfleet y Provincetown. Película local de Drive-In a 15 minutos.

Great quiet stay

Wonderful quiet place that's a perfect distance from the local beaches and p-town. Morning views were breath-taking and it was the perfect atmosphere to cool down at the end of the day. Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay

Perfect location. On a hill with beautiful breezes and views to Ryder Beach. The house was clean. Lots of space to spread out. Perfect Cape house! Everything needed is there including nice beach chairs and umbrellas.

Fantastic house

We were so happy with this house! The location and the view are spectacular. The house was clean, incredibly well stocked, and very comfortable. It felt like home. It was a peaceful and lovely place to spend the week. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful Cape Vistas

We had a lovely time staying at Carol’s home. Beautiful view from the deck. Kitchen well appointed and common area with exposed beams. Outside shower was fantastic. I love Truro. The house is quietly situated in nature. Thank you for sharing your home!

Week in Truro

We enjoyed the location, the deck and the well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and very private which we liked. Breezes kept the house well ventilated so we didn't need the air conditioning. The natural landscaping was unbelievable and loaded with indigenous plants. The owner was responsive and very pleasant. We would stay at this rental again. We were close to some fabulous beaches too.

Magic! This home is a gem!

My cousins and I had an amazing family vacation here. Everything was perfect. The check in process was seamless. Cleanliness gets five plus stars. Communication with Carol was superb. We loved the way the house is set up. We enjoyed quiet nights at home and found everything top notch. Very quiet and private.this home is a gem and Carol is very responsive and helpful. Great view

Had a great time. House was big enough for the 8 of us. Loft room does not have a door and over looks the living room. Plenty of room to have additional family over for dinner and a game night. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary items. Will stay again if we need the extra space! Thanks Carol!

The Quiet Cape

Fantastic property. Highlights: -Privacy, quietness, yet 1 mile from Route 6 -Two levels of decks. Lower level is always in the shade. -Clear view of the Bay -Four bedrooms including the loft -Whole house ductless AC system is fantastic, easy to operate -WiFi with 100 Mbs download -Parking for 3-4 cars -Tons of electrical outlets -Great owner communication -10 minutes from Wellfleet Center, 15 minutes to P-town -And, of course, the mystery and mystique of Truro.

Lovely Home for Summer at the Cape

Carol’s home was the perfect place for our family’s stay in Truro this August. The house is welcoming, comfortable and clean and was the best stocked rental we have ever had. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the bedrooms were large and sunny. The view was beautiful, and we loved looking at the stars at night. It was an easy walk to Ryder Beach (maybe a mile?) for those who wanted to come and go, and the beach lot had plenty of parking. We even walked to Fisher Beach (a couple of miles) a few times. Easy drive to Wellfleet and Provincetown for provisions or meals out. Carol was very easy to reach via VRBO app. Thanks so much for hosting us, Carol! We hope to be back sometime soon.

I loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Carl's Truro home. The house is very lovely, very comfortable, roomy and airy. It is situated on a hillside, so there's always a breeze coming from the bay . From the deck, living-room and bedroom windows one can see the bay. The house is well equipped, including cooking and beach items. There is an outdoor shower for after the beach. The owner is very thoughtful and available to answer any questions. We would gladly return to this house. Thank you for letting us stay at your Truro home. The Stein Family

Great Cape rental

We have been renting homes in Truro for 20 years and this was our best experience by quite a bit. Rent this house for the views! There are two decks in great condition with plenty of seating, nice breezes, amazing views, beautiful sunsets, and a 'peaceful easy' feeling. The house has a true family home feeling. The layout works really well with plenty of space for people to be together cooking, reading, playing games, etc. Kitchen and home are extremely functional with lots of plates, glasses, serving dishes etc. Ice maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher are also a plus. Like other Cape Cod rentals, linens are not included. However, they very generously stock the house with an abundance of paper goods, trash bags, soap, plastic wrap/foil, etc,, plus dish towels, beach chairs and more, which was much appreciated as we flew in from the West Coast. Owner was quick to communicate and very friendly.

Spacious, modern home with view

This is a beautiful, thoughtfully-designed, well-maintained home on a Truro hillside with distant views of the bay. The living room, dining area, and kitchen form one "great room" with high vaulted ceilings, so you have a feeling of great spaciousness, airiness, and light. It's a super-comfy place for hanging out and talking, playing board games, doing jigsaw puzzles etc. The three bedrooms are well-sized and all look out towards the bay, (There is also a sleeping loft.) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, lobster pot, and more lobster nutcrackers than you can count. With two levels of deck, it's easy to get away from other folks in your household if you want some quiet. Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous. Great outdoor shower for when you come back sandy from the beach. The house comes with lots of beach chairs, as well as some inflatable tubes for floating in the pond or bay. The one downside is its distance from the beach. You can walk to Ryder Beach, but it's about a half-hour walk -- a pretty, pleasant walk, but not one you would do with beach chairs and a cooler. So for outings to the beach, you really do need to drive. The host, Carol, is super responsive and clearly has put a lot of love and care into the house.

Wonderful!

Great experience all around. Location was ideal for us as we love the Truro beaches, going to Ptown and Welfleet for dinners, and mini golf at Arnolds - all within reach. The home is situated on a hill with a view of bay between the trees and a lovely slope covered in bay berry. Home was really well stocked with all the basics (next time we wont have to lug beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler!) Its a quiet location and we enjoyed sitting on the spacious decks viewing the stars and moon each night. Bird feeder was an added treat! Carol was really helpful and responsive to all my many questions. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I built this home in 1983. It is a post and beam, energy efficient home that we have enjoyed with our family and shared with guests.. With large beams and an open ceiling there is a feeling of space that is part of the character and charm of the home. We have enjoyed being there in every season . I especially love cooking in the kitchen and still being part of the 'party'. Lots of space for people to help too. The house expands to accommodate up to eight people or contracts for a cozy twosome. We love feeding the birds (Goldfinch are plentiful).

This is a comfortable home for people to gather and enjoy. Towards the top of a hill, the views from 3 bedrooms and great room are just wonderful. Continuing breeze off the Bay.
