Wonderful Getaway

We had a great time at Chris and Susan's little condo! We usually stay for the month of June at Oceanwalk, but decided to do a quick 4 day getaway. We were not disappointed. Chris & Susan were very helpful and kept communication the entire time. I appreciated that! If we didn't have to bring our pet in June, I would definitely continue to stay at their condo. :) If we have any other small getaways, we will be booking them with these guys!

Family beach trip

It was a beautiful condo, it had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels ( so we didn't have to pack that stuff). The kitchen was well stocked for anything and everything you might need . I loved sitting in the quiet of the balcony and reading . It was nicely decorated and furnished. Definitely would recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We did not miss anything during our stay. The view from the balcony is unparalleled. It is an easy 10 minutes' walk to the beach, good for reaching the daily step target :). We had a lovely time.

Great place

We have stayed here twice to watch out daughters competition in Daytona. It is a very spacey condo - as we had 6 adults. Everything that we needed from towels, bedding, kitchen ware to space for everyone. The unit is extremely clean and very comfy. Quick walk to beach and the pool area is very nice. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.

Clean and well stocked!

This condo had the perfect layout for our needs, master suite w/on-suite and a second bedroom that connected to a jack & jill style bathroom along with an additional queen BR. The condo itself was awell appointed and the kitchen had anything you could ever want/need including a cabinet full of spices and other condiments. We were in town for a wedding, so did not spend a ton of time there and did not get to enjoy the beach, so we will need to plan another stay!

We just finished our stay at Oceanwalk and loved it!! The condo is beautiful!! And so well organized with anything you could need. My parents and their friends rent long term and we’re all so jealous ;) We look forward to coming back next year!!

Family Girls Trip

This property is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The communication with Susan was easy and wonderful. The condo was stocked with everything you could have wanted! This property was above our expectations and will make anyone's getaway relaxing and enjoyable!

Great relaxing place.

The property was great and the view was amazing. The owners were informative and great to talk to. Hopefully the get the elevator fixed because it is on the fourth floor. I would stay again.

Great place

We were in town for the NCA/NDA competition in Daytona. Great location in a beautiful condo. It had everything that we needed - kitchen ware, beach towels, comfy beds, comfy furniture. It has a beautiful view, very clean, easy walk to pool and beach and a great complex. The hosts were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Heaven fir the grandkids!

We were 3 generations enjoying beach and pool. The condo kitchen was amazingly well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Could have used more information about the condo complex. Where and how to get to beach and pool and information about the area but the grandkids were in heaven.

Spring Break Getaway

Mid-week Stay

Quiet and spacious condo butted up to a natural preserve. Beach access is a small walk, but has a cross-walk with ample traffic warnings for safety. Overall, zero complaints - would stay here again.

Perfect Spot for the long Weekend

We stayed at the condo for a family wedding on NSB. The house perfectly met our needs. While it was cold and overcast, the condo was warm and comfy. The girls had their own room with TV direct bathroom access. There was lots of room on the couches for naps and movie watching. The dining room table was perfect for dinner and games! The house is well appointed with linens, toys for the beach, and just about everything you could think of! The views off the balcony were perfect! The owners were delightful to work with! We’d stay again if given the chance! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

This property was everything advertised and more. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, glassware, cooking & serving ware, including good knives. We appreciated the reusable Keurig pods and the cocktail shaker! We needed to reach out to the owners once and they responded immediately. I was concerned about renting not directly on the beach. But the walk was safe and easy. The extra room and gorgeous sunsets were well with it. The king sized bed is a sleep number so that was a bonus!

Everything was perfect!

Every single thing we could possibly even need or want was there!! Keeping a 4 yr old and a 5 mos old happy during a very busy wedding weekend was a challenge , but your place made it super easy! We have friends who live close, so we may want to stay again sometime!

Awesome Get-A-Way

This property is awesome! It was clean, well appointed. You don't need anything but your clothes. The owners went out of there way to insure your every need was met. The pool and amenities were amazing with easy access to an incredible beach. We booked for a girl birthday weekend but we all agreed a weekend was not enough. Treat yourself and enjoy this gorgeous property!

Perfect Girlfriend’s getaway

This property is truly a five star rental! It is very clean, decorated in a beautiful beach theme. You can tell a lot If time was spent in the details, tons of storage lots of hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. The kitchen was the most well stocked I’ve seen a rental. So many glasses, coffee mugs, dishes, blender, serving platters!! There is a closet full of beach towels, chairs and kids toys! The owners were very responsive to all my questions! This will definitely be a yearly trip!

Great Stay!

Accommodations and all amenities provided were exactly as described and listed on listing site and then some! Very clean, attractive and comfortable condo. Walk to beach was easy. Liked that this beach was "private" with no cars allowed. Highly recommend and would definitely request this unit if ever returning to New Smyrna.

Quiet, private condo facing west over-looking the lagoon.

Nice private view from the porch looking west over the lagoon. Quiet location and buildings & grounds well maintained. Wonderful beach with tide pools and we were able to see the SpaceX launch from the beach in broad daylight. Susan answered our questions promptly & we enjoyed our stay.

We have personally vacationed in NSB for years as a family. We love the downtown area with lots of great shops and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and the option to walk on the "no drive" part or drive on and park and unload the chairs and cooler are both fun options and both super convenient!

This Coastal Condo is a fabulous place to vacation! It's quiet, relaxing, professionally decorated and well stocked with all you could possibly need to enjoy the beach and your special time with family and friends!

Ocean Walk is the perfect location; just 90 minutes to the attractions in Orlando (Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World), 75 minutes to Orlando airport and just 30 minutes to Daytona International Speedway.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We greatly enjoy this spacious beach home. The property is quiet and we have met very kind and friendly people. Our back patio/balcony is large enough to accommodate several people. The gorgeous nightly sunsets looking out west over lush Indian River Lagoon from the 4th floor view are always a highlight for us to enjoy with wine and appetizers! The condo itself is cozy, comfortable and unforgettable!
