Se alquila un gran condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en la playa de Fort Myers, FL, con garaje adjunto y sala de juegos extra fuera del garaje con tablero de dardos y mesa de bolas de fusibles. Hay un ascensor a los tres niveles más escaleras en la unidad. Tiene una piscina comunitaria y bañera de hidromasaje. A solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa ya menos de 5 minutos a pie de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y oficinas de correos. El tranvía está a pocos pasos para llegar al muelle y a la plaza del tiempo. También a pocos pasos del puerto deportivo que ofrece excursiones de pesca, cruceros con delfines y alquiler de motos acuáticas.

Gorgeous and roomy townhome in beautiful Fort Myers Beach

Townhome was just perfect for my husband and I and our family. Lanai was so nice and quiet on a beautiful canal. Actually lanais were on all 3 floors. Saw a dolphin frolic by one day. Very nicely furnished with everything we needed. Owner Tiffany was very available immediately. She hired a wonderful plumber to put in a new water heater on a Friday night. We were so impressed to have this being fixed so quickly. Pool and hot tub were so nice. They were heated perfectly and never crowded. I highly recommend this beautiful townhome. Hope we are able to return

Amazing stay

Very clean property! We absolutely loved it! Tiffany was very friendly and helpful. The pool was almost always empty and was so nice. The hot tub was great as well. The house had everything we needed for our 20 month old, a pack and play, a high chair and a great beach buggy where we could strap the little one in! Lots of beach toys and floaties. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Family size and great location!

We truly enjoyed our week. Loved the location- super close to Lovers Key Park. We sent almost everyday. Kids loved the pool! Nice to have room to spread out.

My adult kids and I spent a week here and were extremely pleased with the property. It was spacious and in close proximity to many things to do! Highly recommend visiting this gem!

Great location

This is the best location in all of Fort Myers Beach in my opinion. Quiet, close to very large beach where you can spread out and be away from others, great pool. Loved the patios overlooking the waterway. We used the washer/dryer a ton so that is a great amenity too. Pool was always empty so the teenage boys could rough house all they wanted! Would stay again! Our favorite restaurant nearby was the Marina across the street and the best one with a drive was the Doc Fords Rum Bar.

Wonderful beach getaway with room for everyone

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and modern. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day. The beach was spectacular and offered great shelling and amazing sunsets. Tiffany was a wonderful host. She quickly responded to every question and need. We will come again.

Great rental for family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. They had everything we needed from porta crib, high chair, dishes and even towels and floaties. Tiffany easy to get in touch with and any issues we had she gor resolved quickly. Will definately stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property and location was clean and nice. Easy check in and communication with the owner. My two sons enjoyed easy access within walking distance to a great fishing spot! Restaurants and beaches were close. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and we were usually the only ones in it! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!

This was our 1st family vacation and this place was perfect! The property was very clean, great location and access to lots of places. Tiffany was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place and Tiffany! We will definitely come back and stay here again!

BEST Vacation Rental !!

Words cannot express how extremely pleased I was with our vacation. The condo was AWESOME, location was fabulous, and Tiffany couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. We have rented condos in Florida for the last seven years and THIS condo far surpasses the others. Initially I was concerned because the location seemed a little far from Ft Myers Beach Square – but honestly, my concerns were unfounded. The location was perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants at the end of the street and we were able to get to the square within minutes. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained - as was the pool area. Most of our vacation we had the entire pool to ourselves. As a bonus, the condo was equipped with all the comforts of home! We really didn’t want for anything. AND Jim, the manager, was helpful and super nice. If you’re renting and new to the area, my only advise would be to make sure you travel a little south and enjoy Lover’s Key State Park – it is less than a 10 minute drive and the cost is minimal. The beach was great. The wildlife far exceeded our expectations. I have already sent several friends the listing information – highly recommending this rental. We look forward to returning next summer!

Home from home

This condo is fantastic base to explore Fort Myers Beach area. 10 minute walk to the beach or catch the trolley bus up to Times Square for a bite to eat only 75c each way! Tiffany is a fantastic host and replies immediately on any query. The condo is well equipped with everything you need from cooking a family meal to those beach essentials. The swimming pool is only a few houses down and when we stayed we were the only ones using it. I would definately recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice home in a great location!

We were so comfortable in this lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom! It is walking distance to the beach and there is a plaza nearby with cute shops and good restaurants! The condo has a community pool that is only two doors down from this unit. The owner, Tiffany was just awesome! We were able to communicate with her whenever we needed anything or had a question. We will definitely go back and I will also send some of my friends and family! Thank you for everything Tiffany 😊

We bought this home because we love the Fort Myers Beach area. It has lots of entertainment and great beaches. We started going for our honeymoon five years ago and have gone every year since. we now bring our two children, it is a great family area!

Our favorite features of our home is the easy walking distance to the beach, trolley, restaurants, and convenient shopping. Even though we are not directly on the beach we are surrounded by great views the canal waters and the pool is only steps away from front door.
