Oceanview 3-bdrm home steps from beach! Heated pool & hot tub. Sleeps 6.

Wobbly Pelican #2 sits next door to the original 3 bedroom Wobbly Pelican (#1). The home currently has a beautiful ocean view and the beach is just steps away! The exterior of the house is new including siding, windows, doors & AC. The heated pool has been re-tiled / re-surfaced and a new privacy fence has been installed. The main elevated living floor has new flooring and paint among other updates. The house boasts one large deck which has a portion that is screened in. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Twin + Twin) and 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Maximum occupancy is 6. Property is located between public beach access 16 and 17 which is about 1/2 mile from the Publix grocery store to the north and 1/2 mile from CVS to the south.

Beautiful home with an amazing hot spa and heated pool. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great, everything clean and very well stocked kitchen. Chairs, umbrella for beach and short walk to the beautiful beach. Comfortable chairs in the living room to lounge and wonderful screened porch. It was a spectacular stay and we would definitely stay there again. Great communication with host as well. Absolutely no complaints. Thanks again!

Laundry was great. Place was great too. Host was great. We just couldn’t figure out the pool and the hot tub settings to be able to use them. Pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while but if we could’ve heated it we would’ve used it. It wasn’t that bad. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly go back.

Location was amazing. Although you can see the Gulf from 1 bedrooms, the deck is on the street side so can’t really watch sunsets. There is a new 3 story house being built which will affect privacy. Inside was great, and we loved the screened part of the deck. There were no lamps in the bedrooms, which made it impossible to read in bed. Also no place in the primary suite to put clothes and even set a suitcase on. Our suitcase spent the whole time on the floor. I would definitely stay here again. Also, Walgreens is 1 mile away as we walked that direction a few times.

Beach getaway at the Wobbly Pelican #2

Excellent! This property is clean, homey, small(er) & simple…..complete with everything you will need. Perfect location just a few miles south of Times Square & steps to the beach. There are towels, 4 beach chairs and a styrofoam cooler for your convenience. There is no beach wagon, so you will need to haul them yourself. The pool/spa area in the back yard is west facing & wonderful. Currently, there are some balls, lounge floaters & noodles to enjoy. We took full advantage of them and used the grill many times. Loved that we had access to a washer & dryer on the lower level/garage too. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but the mornings started early with sounds of construction, but that is to be expected as they rebuild after the recent hurricanes. It is high season now and traffic into Times Square is busy and often times, backed up. Give your self plenty of time if you are driving into town or hop on the trolley for activities, especially if you’re going there for sunset. FYI Uber/Lyft are difficult to get now too. We had wonderful communication with the owners and they made themselves available whenever we had issues or questions. Thank you, Jennifer!! If you ever want to plan a family gathering, consider renting the Wobbly Pelican #1 next door too. We would definitely rent here again!!

I stayed in the Home for three nights with my daughters and their husbands . It was a very nice house. Very well appointed. The Kitchen was very well equipped and everything was nice and clean. Kevin and Jennifer were very accommodating and responsive. It was a short pleasant walk to the beach and access was very simple. We had three great days in Fort Myers.
