Relájese y disfrute de sus vacaciones en este estudio de 1 dormitorio situado en una villa privada. Villa Cleavage se encuentra entre las dos cimas de las colinas, muy por encima de la deseable Pelican Key, que ofrece privacidad y fácil acceso a las playas, tiendas, restaurantes y el aeropuerto. Al ingresar a los terrenos de la villa, primero llega al patio completo con fuente y jardines. Este hermoso estudio tiene 1 cama King size, 1 baño, cocina con refrigerador pequeño, anafe, microondas y cafetera, y una gran terraza privada. Property exactly as shown

Suited our needs well given just two of us. Lovely sunset views. Very quiet space. Felt very safe. Would recommend renting a car (although we didn’t).

Beautiful Sint Maartin

This condo was perfect for two adults. It is located on a hill, with a beautiful view from the private patio. Melanie, Topper and Simone answered our every need. We enjoyed the fact that the beach was very close by and that tthere are many restaurants within a couple of kilometres. We never got tired of viewing the sunset form our patio! A car is recommended.

Top of the hill

Everything about our stay was more than expected. Our suite was spotless, roomy and had everything we needed. Our private entrance allowed us to come and go at leisure. Topper and Melanie are the salt of the earth and made sure everything was perfect.

Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I had a beautiful winter getaway here. We had some delays with our flights and getting through customs, but Topper was still there to greet us and help us get checked in. The property and views are exactly as pictured, but pictures still don't give those sunsets enough justice. Melanie and Topper are fantastic hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. Their housekeeper, Simone, also went above and beyond with any requests we had throughout the week. This site is at the top of a very steep hill. The taxi drivers handle it well, but have good shoes and good strength if you plan to walk (you get used to it after a couple days).

A very scenic spot with great views

We spent four nights in this rental. It was very convenient to exploring the island, but I probably wouldn’t stay here without a rental car. It is really not walkable to restaurants in the Simpson Bay area. We enjoyed the lovely private patio. The views of the lagoon from the car park were wonderful. With our rental car, we were easily able to access the airport, Marigot and Phillipsburg. The Wi-Fi was good and the location was very quiet.

De algemene indruk was dat de eigenaren geen aandacht (meer) besteden aan de gastenwoning. Hier en daar kan een lik verf geen kwijt. Het zitje buiten was niet zoals op de foto: geen goede stoelen, geen parasol en om de parasol hebben we gevraagd, maar niet gekregen.

Great Accommodations and Excellent Hosts

Beautiful Studio on Hilltop location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Really enjoyed staying here. Safe and in a great Neighborhood. Topper and Melanie were great. They own a local Restaurant and Bar and Also have a great Gelato Bar as well.

Great views and location on "the friendly island"

This is a very secluded property in an upscale area of the island, yet very accessible. The owner Melanie and property manager Simone are very welcoming, helpful and considerate. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, within easy reach of everything the island has to offer should you so desire, then this is an excellent and worthy choice!

perfekte Unterkunft - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben dieses Objekt von FeWo "zugewiesen" bekommen, da unsere gebuchte Unterkunft leider am Ankunfttage nicht verfügbar war. Die Vermieter, Topper und Melanie, standen stets mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Das separate Appartment befindet sich im sehr großzügigen Wohnhaus der Vermieter, welches am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen ist und damit äußerst ruhig war. Die Lage zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass man von dort die Insel sehr gut erkunden kann. Ich danke Topper & Melanie ausdrücklich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und kann jedem Pärchen, welches in diesem Preissegment sucht, dieses Objekt empfehlen.

The getaway

The property at top of pelican key was private, quiet and serene. It was very clean with just the right amount of amenities for the space. You felt like you were in your own villa, with beaches and restaurants all within 5 minute drive. We had dinner at the new Toppers restaurant food was excellent and the atmosphere made you feel like you were under the ocean blue! Definitely a stay you would not want to miss👍

Best Vaca Ever

Let me start by saying that I seldom write a review about anything. That being said after spending 10 glorious days at this amazing studio villa I just had to share our experience. I will start with the hosts, Melanie and Topper they could not have been more hospitable. Before, during and even after the trip I can truly say we have new friends for life. Not to mention their beautiful family, bar staff, and even their welcoming furry friends! Now as far as the villa, the pictures are spot on! This place looks exactly the way its displayed on the website! Every amenity you could wish for and more. Oh and did I mention the most unbelievably comfortable king size four poster bed! So folks let me just sum this up for you. This was our first time to the island and it certainly will not be our last and I can guarantee we will be looking to book this wonderful villa again.

Guest house sanctuary

We had a lovely stay at this property. The guest house had every amenity that we needed and really more. Beautiful and spacious, plenty of room to relax and enjoy while you are "home". The owners were very helpful if you need them and left contact # to reach them or housekeeping.

Beautiful well-appointed apartment, very comfy king bed AND gracious hosts!

This is a quite splendid apartment located at the top of Pelican Key in a spectacular home. Since Irma, we have stayed in several places, and this one is the best! The studio is complete- clearly they put a lot of thought and effort into providing all you could want or need for your vacation home. We loved the spacious shower and comfortable king bed (complete with soft bamboo sheets). We really enjoyed morning coffee on the breezy private patio as we watched the cruise ships come and go. The friendly and fun hosts, Melanie and Topper, are long-time St Maarten residents who are great resources for island activities! And did I mention the Topper's Gourmet Rhum samples??? We look forward to our next stay here!
