Hi Michael, thanks for your review. To answer your complaints I do have and had a de-humidifier. This last summer was extremely humid it was a really hot summer. I don't understand what you said about the wiring, I do not have loose wiring.. And as for the price you paid for four adults and you had a whole house ( not a hotel room) / I really think the price was very reasonable for the cape area. Thank you and wish you happy holidays! Traveler rented the property for Sept 18 thru Sept 20 (check out date). My property has had many excellent reviews. No one has complained about cabinets or odor.. The house is always kept up and cleaned thoroughly after each guest. The traveler had told me she was going to write me a bad review because the check out time is 11am. And she wanted to check out at 4PM which I could not accommodate due to the fact I had someone checking in at 3PM and I needed time to clean . I needed to give my other traveler the same courtesy as I gave to her. I am sure the guest arriving at 3PM would not appreciate seeing someone else there. That's when I was threatened with a bad review.

JAMES AND his guests were great guests! James was pleasant, courteous and respectful! It was really a pleasure talking to him. He left the house clean and was appreciated. RE, VRBO CASE 17020318. The couple rented my property from July 18 thru July 20 which meant I could not rent property to any other guest for that period of time. These charges are frivolous and do not exist. The sliding door does lock and there is a 6 ft chain link fence that surrounds the back yard for extra security not a 3 and a half like he mentioned . As for the cameras there is none in the bedroom and the camera in the living room is nonoperational and has never been hooked up. And there is a hanging plant in front of it to block the view if it was working. But it NEVER WAS HOOKED UP! I have had MANY guests and no complaints except for the couple. And about the cockroach there are none and never have had ANY. If he had contacted me prior to his abruptly leaving, I would have answered any of his questions or concerns.

Heather and her friends were great guests . Heather was very friendly and personable, and very easy going . Any host would love to have her as a guest, hospitable, kind and courteous. She and friends left the house spotless. She is welcome back anytime. She was truly a delightful houseguest!
