Esta cabaña junto al lago de mediados de siglo está situada justo en el agua con una vista impresionante del lago Crystal, ventanas de piso a techo, una gran chimenea de piedra, una gran terraza envolvente y 100 pies de playa privada. Beautiful setting and great location. Started each morning with a cup of coffee on the deck with the water lapping on the beach only a couple feet away. Ended the day watching the sunset from the dock.

Lakeside Vacation

Great location right on the water at Crystal Lake and close to Frankfort and Lake Michigan. Cottage is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Lakeside deck with ping pong table and permanent picnic table with shade are bonuses. We loved it!

Family friendly, very clean, great location.

The cottage is well maintained inside and out. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect dock for stand up paddle boarding or kayaking. Fun for teens or young children. Restaurants are a short drive from location, the nearest is just half a mile down the road.

This house is literally right on the water. It was too cold to swim but I really wanted to. House is well maintained and clean. Beautiful view from inside. The gallery kitchen was a little tight for more than one.Nice bedrooms and master bath is wheelchair accessible

We enjoyed Northern Michigan but would not book this property for future visits. We were disappointed in the kitchen-the shape and cleanliness of appliances and the equipment. We found the remote control for the TV under the couch and it was taped together and a challenge to utilize. Underneath the upholstered furniture and underneath the cushions was unclean. We had to wash the throws on the couch as they had dried food on them.

Wonderful week!

We rented this cottage to gather our two sons, their wives & two grandchildren together. We all live in different states, so this time together is precious! This is such a lovely setting with so much to do together! Being right on the water with small beach was great with our 6 year old grandson. Our kids & grands loved the lily pad, especially the day it was so windy! And the last couple of days we discovered the ping pong table under the tarp! Not much fishing available off the dock, but my husband took a kayak out to deep water & caught a few. So he took the 6 yr old down to the public beach by Beulah & fished a bit of the dock platform. The 12 yr old enjoyed swimming laps as well as most adults in the deeper water and everyone enjoyed all there was to do! The reason for the 4 star in cleanliness was the grill needed cleaning, but other than that the cottage itself was excellently cleaned. We would definitely rent here again!

Great location on M22 and deck is wonderful for viewing Crystal Lake

All bedrooms have a nice view of the lake, nice deck at East end of cottage too, for grilling, and eating. One small end of deck has another picnic table right next to the water. Dock is nice too. Kids had fun fishing off of it. Fireplace helped warm us up on a few cold evenings

Beautiful location!

The setting of the cottage was great. It was wonderful to be right on the water! The colors of the water made us feel like we were in the Caribbean (minus the humidity). Bring your polarized sunglasses. Easy to get to Frankfort and Beulah. Jon was great to work with. We would definitely come back.

Excellent Beach Vacation

Our week escape was really top notch. There are several amazing properties on Crystal Lake but this one stands out. The single floor concept worked great for my older extended family and the property truly felt secluded despite having next door neighbors. The small beach is also perfect for children as the shallow water allows play without worry. We are already looking to book again!

The perfect cottage on Crystal

It almost feels like a houseboat, how you are perched right on top of the water. Every room has huge windows that frame the view. Wonderful beach. Resident blue jay. Clean. Modern. Near a great restaurant - Rocks Landing. Jonathan made everything easy.

Ideal lakefront property

This is an amazing property, and the pictures / description don't do it justice. The view and beach are great, and ideal for kids. The beach was perfect for our 2 and 3 year olds. Next time we consider a trip to the area, I'll look to book this place again if it's available. It would be tough to beat its location, view, access to the water, etc.

Fantastic Retreat

This property was perfect for my husband, 2 adult kids, and me! It was simple, but clean and comfortable. There are views of the lake from every room in the house! (I still miss waking up to that. . .) The kayak and paddle board are tons of fun, the grill works well, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We saw some amazing birds on the dock, and also got to enjoy some black squirrels chasing each other up the backyard trees. We really needed a place to get away and rest - and this place did the trick. There were some great restaurants for take-out, world-class sunsets, and great hikes. We love it Up North, and this house was a great base from which to enjoy the area.

An incredible week!

We had two families staying at the cottage and we loved every minute of it. The sunsets and the starry night skies were the highlight of the week, followed by the bald eagle we caught soaring overhead while lounging on the dock. The kids loved the paddle board and kayak. We tubed the Platte River and spent a night at the Cherry Bowl. Perfect up North week. Thank you!

A gem on Crystal Lake

Everything about this cottage was perfect! Cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen/living space just right and full of windows with a lovely view of the lake. Outside beach area very nice and perfect for the little ones. Many places/spaces to sit outside and relax throughout the day depending on if you want sun or shade. We commented several times that it was comfortable and quiet...if we didn't know we were in Michigan...seemed almost tropical. Also close to shopping, restaurants and ice cream...if wanted. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful house on Crystal Lake

This was a perfect place for our family. Crystal Lake is literally just off the porch, and water was shallow and (relatively) warm so even small kids will enjoy. Water is about 4ft deep off the end of the dock, with sandy bottom except for right near the house. There is also a nice little sand beach for kids. The SUP and kayak provided were lots of fun for everyone! The deck is amazing, with lots of seating to eat meals or curl up with a book and watch the lake. The house itself was clean and tidy (with a few quirks but nothing major) and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Wifi worked great too. While not air-conditioned, there are plentiful fans and lots of windows. Despite being right along M-22, traffic noise was not an issue (thanks to the way the house is built and the sound of waves from the lake), and the house is well sheltered from the neighboring houses. The house does appear to be fully wheelchair accessible, which wasn't relevant for us but could be useful info for others. I love this place!
