Great space, our 2 dogs loved being able to go out on the dock! Clean spaces and lots of room for the family!

Mark was a lovely host--attentive and flexible with a last minute change.This beautiful home is settled just off of M22 on crystal lake and is perfect for a family vacation or even a long weekend at the lake.

This is an amazing house, sitting literally a few feet from the water of Crystal Lake, with lots of privacyand fantastic views from outside and inside the house. It was comfortable for our family of 5. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to put kayaks directly into the water at the house and the location near Sleeping Bear Dunes was convenient for lots of other activities. Communication was prompt and clear. Overall, a great stay that made us want to come back again.

Our second time staying at Cloud 9. A special property with amazing lake views and access. We love that it has lots of room and a great deck. The property is convenient in that you’re close to restaurants, hiking, area attractions. Great communication too. Can’t wait to return.

Cozy home right on the water at Crystal Lake. The views can’t be beat whether you are sitting inside or enjoying the outdoors on the deck. There is a nice size yard and plenty of privacy as there are no homes on either side. The yard is not fenced so we did have to keep our dog on a leash but that was okay for a few days. The peaceful solitude of this place is what will bring us back. It’s convenient location to restaurants and shops only a short drive away, especially good is the Manitou Restaurant. Plenty of day trips you can do as well like Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, and charming little towns. We walked endless beaches at Point Betsie and Elberta Bluffs.

Overall stay was nice. Beautiful views—deck was wonderful. Great location for multiple towns and sites. However, the vacuum didn’t work, access to the water is misleading for kayaks/dog(s), drawer in master bath is broken, transition piece into the sunroom peels up with a simple step, one kayak provided has a hole in it, umbrella over patio table was shredded, internet was slow, access to bathtub was difficult (for small kids).

This house is like a private oasis for peace and tranquility! We stayed for 3 weeknights in August and it felt like we had the whole corner of the lake to ourselves. There are no houses on either side so it was quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were seeking. The house sits very close to the shoreline and the lake side of the house is all windows, so there is a spectacular view even from inside. The house was very clean with a minimalist beach vibe. There is a large side yard with grass, so it was perfect for walking our dog who joined us on the trip. This was our first VRBO experience and it very much exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property.
