Le brindamos una vida de lujo durante su estadía. Nuestro Penthouse es un Penthouse de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicado en el centro de la zona hotelera de Cancún, a pocos pasos de la playa y a poca distancia de la mejor tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, clubes nocturnos y servicios..

Con 2 pisos con 2 balcones con vistas al mar Caribe. El piso superior tiene 2 dormitorios; cada uno con su propio baño. El piso inferior tiene un plan de piso abierto con balcón, sala de estar, cocina completa y lavadero con 1/2 baño.

Taxi, autobús, coche de alquiler. Los autobuses circulan con mucha frecuencia en toda la zona hotelera, aproximadamente cada 2 minutos con un costo de 12 pesos por trayecto. Puede tomar el autobús en cualquier lugar a lo largo de la zona hotelera o en la ciudad (El Centro), donde puede llegar a varios centros comerciales, Wal-mart, Sam's Club y Home Depot. Costco está a 1/2 milla de Walmart, una saludable caminata o taxi.

This lovely condo truly lived up to the description! We enjoyed both pools and the beach without feeling crowded, along with super comfy beds and a handy washer and dryer. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the digital door lock made coming and going feel so easy. Mely was wonderful—quick to answer my questions and even brought her son with trash bags to help us out! There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and a convenient store just around the corner. This was such a fantastic getaway, made even more special by the cozy condo. We can’t wait to come back soon! We did experience a state wide power outage once during our stay but luckily there was a pool to hang at and tile floors in the condo to stay cool with.

Located right on the water. Great floor plan for our family group of five. The big grocery store was walking distance from the condo. Indulged in the bakery section. Yum. Condo had two big pools and a nice restaurant on the main level. Warning ‼. Be careful not to get roped into a “Time Share” presentation in Cancun. They are now calling it Resident’s Club because they know you’re going to run if they say Time Share. There was a lady down in the lobby preying on condo guests, ‼The condo is in a great location, the central area of the hotel zone. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay!

Everything was just right with this place and there was nothing we were wanting for. I recommend taking the shuttle that they offer - Gustavo was great. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel was surprisingly nice. Plenty of other restaurants were a short walk down the street. Hard Rock Cafe and other party places were close, but just far enough that the location was quiet. Overall, no complaints!

Great stay

Loved this spot. It's in a great location next so some good eats and walkable to the night life. The house was clean and the access to the beach can't be understated. The view is absolutely stunning and with the chairs, tent and even a cooler available, you really can spend all the time you need soaking up that sun. Would stay again.

Everything was great! The condo is just as described if not better. We were easily able to arrange transportation (thank you Gastavo!) and Mely was a great host! We were so happy to have beach supplies and the kitchen stocked with what we needed!

What a wonderful place to stay in. Clean, a lot of space, full kitchen, 2 balconies- much more than I could have asked for. Check in was easy. Arranged a ride with Gustavo through the property manager and he was at the airport waiting. Mely was great and very helpful. Pictures do not do this place justice. You must see for yourself! I’m already looking for dates to head back.

Wow! The view incredible. The access to the beach was easy. This VRBO knocked our socks off! Thought of everything! Want to walk and buy groceries? They have the wheeley cart. Want to boogie board? They have those. Concerned about drinking the water from the tap? Provided bottled water. Even suggested a driver to get us to and from the airport (also amazing btw)Clean, very clean. Beds comfortable. We had plenty of space. If you want to walk to the clubs they are only a few minutes away. That wasn’t for my husband and I but my adult boys loved it. We used the bus to get to another part of barrier island- it too was easy. The stop was a couple minutes from the condo. Remember to ride the orange buses because they have air conditioning. We also walked to pick up a rental car for the day. Everything we wanted was close by. Area felt super safe. Already recommended this VRBO to friends. Would stay here again if we return to Cancun.

Wonderful Stay

We had four adults and our week long stay was exceptional. The unit is as pictured in the listing. Mely and Patricio were fantastic hosts. They were responsive and made the entire stay a notch above from check-in to check-out. The unit is fully stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and the kitchenette has all the pots, pans, utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. There is nice area with coffee machine, electric kettle for morning coffee/tea or food prep. The location on the northern end of the Hotel Zone is very convenient. Right outside the entrance of the complex are 3-4 restaurants and convenience stores. A grocery store is a 15 minute walk. The beach is clean and has plenty of room for the beach bums in the group. There are 2 pools that overlook the beach and the water. They turn up the music in the afternoon for more of a festive air in the lower pool but the second pool is quieter. We enjoyed both pools immensely One of our best vacations. We highly recommend Mely/, Patricio and this unit

Convenient and cozy

We wanted a place on the beach with a nice pool and easy access to the beach. We planned many excursions so we did rent a car, but the market, bank, shopping, and restaurants are all in walking distance. It was perfect for my family of four (kids 12 and 15). We were able to eat breakfast in the condo everyday, store snacks, cook a pasta meal one night and enjoy dinner out. Unfortunately it stormed 90% of our trip, but we did have about 6 hours of sun on the last day when we could enjoy the pool and beach. We otherwise were not at the resort much as we toured Chichenitza (Viator), swam in a cenote, toured Rio Secreto, and took a trip down to Tulum. All of it was Fantastico! I’m thankful we did not spend the extra money on an all-inclusive resort. This was more affordable, the kids had their own beds, and I have found that I feel AWFUL whenever I eat “all that I can eat.” Plus, if we spent the money on an all inclusive, we would have been sitting at a rainy resort all week instead of using that extra money to explore and adventure. So if your looking for something similar, I highly suggest this VRBO.

Wonderful place, location, and management

We loved everything about this property. The location was great, pools were amazing, beach was gorgeous and we even had massages by the pool. Mely was so good to us. She helped us with everything about the unit, and answered questions for us all week about where to eat, etc. Thanks so much for the wonderful week!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect beachfront views. The owners arranged transportation to and from the airport. The condo is as described. It’s obvious the owners care about their property. Would definitely rent this one again :)

We have been coming to Cancun for 40 years This was one of the best properties on the beach so we decided to purchase it to add to our other condo located here. It would also available for rent.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views of the beach are awesome. The location perfect, walking distance to the restaurants and night clubs, but far enough away from them to be quiet. We have all the benefits of a high end resort. We have 2 pools. one with swim up bar. We have massage service poolside and on beach. We have paddleboard and surfboard rentals and lessons. We have an onsite restaurant and swim up bar with indoor and poolside seating with beach and ocean views. There is food service for beach on beanbag lounges with umbrellas and poolside with lounges and umbrellas. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Walk down the beach a block or so for more restaurants and bars. We have availble a van service for pick-up at airport and return for $80 round trip for entire group. They also provide customized tours. We have brand new elevators installed at end of 2023.
