Ray and I are new homeowners in the Lake Havasu area as of this year. The cold at Our primary residence in Utah has brought us back to the area where we meet 30 yrs ago. After raising our kids, we decided to take the plunge into having a second place to call home. So, we found a little fixer upper and spent a little time on bringing this fun place back to life. With new paint inside and out, and going through any issues to make this a very functional fun place to come.
Ray is a remodel contractor and I have been blessed to be a stay at home mom for most of my kids life’s and have worked as a florist for the last 10 yrs. Working hard and having a little time to go fish has been a big part of our life, which is why it was time to come back where we started our life together and enjoy all the desert has to offer “By the Lake”.

This home offers front parking for pull through access of a circular driveway.
Only 2.4 miles away from the launch ramp at Windsor ! And no traffic or lights to go through to get there! So easy to stop at Campbell’s Cove and grab a great sub sandwich and drinks, fill up and hit the lake in minutes!
We are still in a bit of construction, but we respect the guest and their time on vacation, so any projects will be put on hold til after your stay, as to not disturb our guests.
This home may not have a pool, so time spend here is worry free. Spending the day keeping everyone safe on the water is plenty to worry about. Come home and just relax!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Living on a street called “Cabana” just sounds like fun! When we drove up through this beautiful neighborhood and realized where is located, we where so impressed that we didn’t have to drive far to do the things that we love about Havasu. A small town is great when a small amount of people only live there but this town is bursting at the seems during the wintertime, And the growth is amazing.
We may not have a real “Cabana” , (yet) but It’s pretty relaxing here to say the least.
