Waterview Towers says it all! This penthouse unit is perfectly situated on the Destin harbor with views of the water from every room. Once you have seen the views from the private balcony, enjoying a sunset will never be the same. The main living area and kitchen are very spacious for family gatherings. This property boasts elegant furnishings and decor fit for a King. With its three spacious bedrooms this property will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. The master suite offers a large king sized bed with a Westin Heavenly Mattress, a private luxury bath en suite, a sitting area with floor to ceiling windows, and private balcony access. The two guest bedrooms have ample space as well with a second master bedroom that offers a king sized bed with a Westin Heavenly Mattress, a sitting area, and balcony access. The final bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, and each bedroom has access to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

The amenities at Waterview Towers, like the penthouse, offer beautiful views as well. The pool and hot tub are beachside, and the tennis courts offer vistas of the Destin Harbor. To round out the amenities, Waterview also has an on-site fitness center, in addition to community laundry facilities on each floor.

If the children or the adult in all of us are looking for a place to be entertained for the day, downtown Destin offers two wonderful amusement parks. Big Kahunas water-park is a great place to go cool down for the day. If you tire of the water-park, they also have a putt putt course, and two go-cart tracks. Right down the street from Big Kahunas is The Track amusement park. The Track offers several go-cart tracks, an arcade, bungee jumping, bumper boats, and another putt putt golf course for the whole family to enjoy.

We are frequent guests to the East Pass in Destin. Our family's favorite spot! The property itself is wonderful and spacious with amazing views of the pass and pool area. The unit is well appointed and comfy beds, as well. A 5 rating for the property. Our critique, however, is of the management company that rented the unit, Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals. Avoid rental from this company at all costs. They rented the unit knowing there would be construction in the adjacent building. For five days of our vacation, we awoke and endured consistent, extremely loud jackhammers and grinders. The balconies were all being retiled. The property manager explained that everyone, including Ocean Reef, was contacted regarding the construction over four months prior to our stay. Ocean Reef failed to be transparent about the issue, offered no remedy and refused any type of refund. Our autistic child was stressed all week. He was frighted to even use the pool. Only enjoyed the balconies after 5pm when the workers stopped for the day. We would stay at this unit again but are done with anything offered by or connected to Ocean Reef.

Beautiful views

This is a nice, large condo with plenty of space. Unit was clean and a shared laundry across the hall.I was slightly disappointed this was not a walk out beach, and now understand the photo of the rocky ledge. As someone who lives in a very northern state (we have lakes, not beaches) I didn’t think this would be an issue…unable to walk into ocean or let kids swim “off the dock”. I wouldn’t call it false advertising but perhaps a better description as travelers come from all over. We would definitely stay again, and be better prepared to visit the public beaches.

Beautiful condo in Destin!

This roomy 3 bdrm condo is not only beautiful inside with comfortable furnishings you may not expect at the beach. Very pretty! Our girls weekend was fantastic, the view, the pool and private beach was a bonus! Quiet with views of the ocean from every room.

This is our families’ 31st year to stay in Destin. There are now 23 of us in total. We absolutely love this Unit and enjoy this condo. We rented 2 other units as well. This is a loved vacation that is definitely a tradition for us. Thanks for the amazing memories!

Mold and spores — nice area not well kept condo

Black mold was found in the shower and through out the condo. Agent came to clean it with bleach but couldn’t get it all

Booked this last minute for a one night stay in Destin. This is a hidden gem in Destin. Very spacious condo. Great view. Older building but well kept.

Sea Wall, NOT on beach

Description misleading. Nothing said about sea wall, implied beach access. Very disappointed as we always stay with immediate beach access. Condo very nice. I have a pool at home. Big expense for a pool, could have stayed at home. Advertisement misleading.

Holiday Isle

Everything was great with the condo except mold on the shower doors, mold/ what ever around the toilet where it sits on the floor and mold on the trim below sliders. Cleaned it up. This isn't a problem for just this until. It's a occurring problem with other properties I have stayed at. Cleaning company is ripping someone off or who ever they report to doesn't care. Yeah, I would still go back Beats below 0 in Iowa.

Awesome place, fantastic views!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay and will return. The views at this condo are unlike any other and we enjoy having the ability to dock our boat across the way (although this unit doesn’t come with a slip). One recommendation I have is relating to the master bedroom. The mattress is very worn and needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had a great time! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beach home :)

a couple items to improve on.

1. The communication about the condo forgot the wifi password so we had to call for it. (not a big deal) 2. The bed in the master suite was soft but terrible. there were huge digs on both side which made it VERY uncomfortable. 3. the TV in the master suite was VERY small and being so far from the bed it was hard to see when laying in bed at night. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and we would rent it again in the future.

Fabulous View!!!

My husband, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We celebrated my 52nd birthday & Thanksgiving. The decor is beautiful. The view was breathtaking just viewing from the couch. We will be back and we didn't want to leave. The area had some nice seafood restaurants and local stores, a very convenient location. We felt at home.

Amazing vacation property

3 friends and I rented this property for a 5 day vacay. It was a great unit for us. The location was perfect - quiet and private. The unit was very clean and decorated impeccably. The views were amazing. We'd definitely rent it again.

Overall Good

We were disappointed that the cable did not work except in the master bedroom. There was also a very strong cleaning smell when entering it smelled like a pet had been there. That smell stayed until day 3. The unit itself was very nice.

We had a wonderful time. Was told had two parking spaces. Notice in condo made statement of no boat trailers. We had a small 4x8 uhaul trailer in the second space. Was told day before leaving, had to move or pay fine. Other than that, all was great.
