The unit was clean and fully stocked with necessary items for our stay. The AC worked great and we enjoyed the direct ocean view. The beds were comfortable; the bathrooms were nicely designed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. We prefer a toaster oven rather than a regular toaster but that is just a personal preference. The location is on the windy side of the island but that did not impact us too much. Very nice unit I highly recommend it and the value is great vs some other comparable units.

The view when you walk through the door is stunning! The condo is tastefully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Close proximity to the pool from the back sliding door makes it easy for drink refills and hauling food to and from the grill. The location is ideal for easy access to all the things, no more than a 20 minute drive anywhere we wanted to go. Make sure you take the easy walk to the marina! The General Store is a gem that shouldn’t be missed and there are tons of shops, a pizza place, and a great happy hour/dinner spot. We will definitely stay here again

We loved the separate air conditioning controls in each room. So we were all comfortable. The waterfront location and views cannot be beat. The walkable neighborhood and seemingly private beach at the end of the road were fantastic.

The place was a great location! The view amazing! It was clean and convenient. The management company was very thorough and helpful. As we arrived at night we did jave concerns that there was limited lighting outside the door to see the code.

Great View, But

Lovely view, good space inside. Near PacWhale EcoAdventures. Highly recommend any of their cruises. A restaurant, shops, etc. in same complex. This rental unit next to pool and complex office. Noise and lack of privacy due to pool. Noise from office and maintenance workers in front. No instructions on how things work. We have same splits for heating and cooling at home, but these operate manually. One in front room requires a tall person as do some of the kitchen cupboards. Governors on the amount of cooling allowed, so bedrooms hot and stuffy at night, not the best sleeping environment. Lights all extremely dim. If you read, bring a light from home.

Great Stay!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Great central, quiet location on Maui. We loved watching the sunrise over Mt Haleakala from the patio every morning, and got to see a ton of sea turtles in the water directly behind the condo! The condo was well stocked with all the basics you need for a rental, and property management was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. My only minor criticism was the mini-splits in the bedrooms would only go to 70 degrees - a few degrees cooler would be nice - but not a big deal! Would definitely stay here again!!!

2024 Girl’s Trip

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The location was very quiet & serene, but still close to activities & places we wanted to visit. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings & watching the incredible sunrises. Hearing the waves crashing on the seawall was so soothing & we all loved watching the sea turtles steps from the back door at all hours of the day! The facility was clean & comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Every thing about this stay was amazing. The customer service was absolutely incredible. They were so quick and helpful with every response and accommodating in every aspect. The view, the pool, being on 1st level,air and fans, waking up to the most beautiful view. Sea turtles every night, the moon, the patio was my favorite. We stayed 10 nights, this condo was everything plus more. It had everything needed.. thank you again. Have no second thoughts about staying here. We could walk to the habor for snorkeling and food

We had an amazing time! This property is well positioned with a beautiful view of the bay! Views of the bay and the mountains were breathtaking! It was incredibly special to wake up to this view each morning. We were able to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise each morning from the lanai. We also enjoyed breakfast on the lanai. Hay-craft Beach is a short walk down the street which was very relaxing. This property is the perfect setting inside and out for a family get away. The landscaping and pool on the grounds are extremely well maintained! We were able to watch turtles swim in the bay from the lanai and beautifully landscaped yard. This was our first trip to Maui to celebrate our daughter’s Highschool graduation. My mother who is 81 years of age also joined us. She thoroughly enjoyed her visit as well. Definitely family friendly property. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again one day! 💕

Old girl with beautiful views

Overall, a nice place, location-wise. But saying this has been updated is misleading. The kitchen was updated but the job was cheap. The whole unit could use a facelift. Pictures make it look a lot more updated that it really is. Maybe it’s because my husband is in construction and building materials. It was not impressive. Just be honest in your description. The location was everything! Ocean right out the back door, turtles in the evening…just breathtaking. And it was close to all our excursions. I would recommend it to friends but if they want luxury this is not the place for them. It would also be nice if we didn’t have to check out till 11 or 12. 10:00 checkout is not so good when you have a flight at 5:30 pm. But that was told up front, so we knew about it. Nice furniture to sit on outside too. Just a lovely setting.

Perfect Getaway

Very nice condo, great quiet location away from the resorts but not too far to drive to beaches. There is a nice beach at the end of the road. Loved being able to walk out the door and watch whales and turtles. Short walk along the seawall to the marina and aquarium. There is a great pizza place by the aquarium! Bring your own beach towels, the ones provided (and there were only 2) are pretty shabby, that would be our only complaint. We had a great time and would love to return!

We chose the perfect spot for our quiet family trip to Maui. The size and location of this property was perfect for our family of 5. We loved watching the turtles in front of the condo and walking up and down the beach. We found the location to be very convenient for getting to all locations on the island.

I thought the stay was great. Clean, great location, outdoor access to water/turtles. This was not a beachfront property, we knew that, and that was great. It was a gorgeous view every single day. The harbor was beautiful, sea turtles were there everyday and fun to watch. Shower and hot water was excellent, check in was great, and I am already looking to book this property again. For some, maybe this would be too far from this or that, you have to drive to get to most places you desire, however that allowed us to explore much of the island and not just stay in the spot of the property. Truly in the middle of Maui in our opinion. In our dream world, maybe the bedrooms be a bit bigger, and the living area a bit larger, but overall very pleased.

Comfortable for Family and Close to Destinations

The first floor location was perfect for popping out to the pool or standing near the sea wall to view lots of turtles! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 6! We spent most of time in Kihei and time in Lahina. We were 20-30 minutes from destinations. Would stay here again.
