Bellamente decorada casa de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, a 8 minutos en automóvil de la playa ya poca distancia del distrito de artes Eau Gallie. Oficina con 2 escritorios perfectos para trabajar.
El Eau Gallie Arts District ofrece el Museo de Arte Foosaner, el Museo de Arte Rossetter y una variedad de tiendas, galerías de arte y restaurantes.
El baño principal tiene una ducha y el baño del pasillo tiene una bañera / ducha. El plano dividido brinda privacidad a las habitaciones al estar separadas por la cocina y la sala de estar.
La casa es completamente para uso de los huéspedes con la excepción de dos armarios cerrados.
Los días de basura son martes y viernes. El reciclaje es el miércoles. Pedimos que ambas latas se dejen en el callejón trasero en todo momento.

This property was amazing, a great stay for my husbands work. Great fenced in yard for my dogs. Amazing location for visit beach and taking walks to see ocean or running with accessable sidewalks.

Great location in Eau Gallie

Very nice restored house. Great location with walking distance to restaurants shopping and riverfront. Short drive to great beach. We would stay here again.

So good we added an extra night

perfect location, walking distance to kids playground, pier (we watched the sunrise and saw dolphins) pineapple, and squid lips. The backyard was beautifully. The hpuse was large and had everything we meeded.

Clean and quiet

Very nice place with plenty of room, clean and quiet. Great central location that is close to pretty much anything that you could want. Great communications. Will stay here again.

Safe Nice Art

Enjoyed the art work at the property. Liked that there were TVs in the bedrooms. Spacious enough for 4 people and to not feel overcrowded. Very large main bedroom.

Quiet and cool place

Great quiet location. Easy short drive to the beach and within walking distance of some nice restaurants/ bars. Well maintained and the AC worked great. Also had some interesting art throughout the house. Pedro was very nice, responded quickly to questions and replaced a router for us that suddenly went bad. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We were in town to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend. This house was less than 5 minutes to our destination. Fantastic! The house is very clean with a surprisingly large master suite. Everything you need is there along with welcome snacks and waters. The only down side was I didn’t have enough time to finish the 1,000 piece puzzle. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Nice getaway

Everything was clean and orderly. Check in was quick and accurate. The house is nice, beds were comfortable and it was a great space for 4 adults. So much better than a hotel. The neighborhood is a bit interesting, but we felt safe. There is a train nearby so be prepared for multiple train whistles through the night. The listing said there was a drip coffee maker but it had a Mr. Coffee Keurig and not very good coffee. But everything else was great!

Comfortable Bungalow

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our kids and grandkid, and the location was only about 10 minutes away from their apartment so that was a plus. The host always responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful! We noticed inside that there were before and after photos of the house when it underwent renovations. They did a nice job transforming it and updating it!We basically spent our nights and mornings there as we were busy helping our kids every day. The kitchen was good sized and the fridge and freezer were super cold! There was a coffee maker with all the fixings, although we didn’t use it. The air conditioning worked well and the thermostat looked new and was easy to adjust. We stayed in the master bedroom with the attached bathroom and it was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures, with the exception of the shower head which had a mineral layer on it, were very clean and updated. Good water pressure! Plenty of counter space and drawers and medicine cabinets behind the mirrors to store our stuff.Lots of closet space too and the one we used had glass shelves to put our clothes on. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room were a plus and my husband liked the big TV!The neighborhood is an older one, but it was relatively quiet and we did hear some trains going by once in a while, but it wasn’t that loud. We won’t be able to stay there again as the bed wasn’t big enough for my tall husband!

Really enjoyed our stay

This house was just the right size for us, a retired coupke. The location was perfect since we were looking for something near friends and relatives. We found the house clean, the amenities we needed were all provided, and the owners easy to deal with. We had a little glitch checking in, but a quick call to Pedro and Laura solved that. We would definitely stay here again.

The Property was great!

The property was clean, spacious and quiet. However at over $200 a night is steep and the televisions did not work, there was no visible wifi instructions as stated in the email. Overall it was a decent stay.
