The space:

The house was built in 2015 and is a Key West-style home. It features a beautiful porch with two rocking chairs – perfect for a relaxing evening - and a paved, cozy backyard for entertaining. The home is new, complete with brand new modern appliances, but still has an easygoing, beach-town charm to it.

Guest access:

Upon arriving at the home, you alone will have access to the entire property. This includes the whole home, as well as the front porch, backyard, garage, and driveway. The front door includes a keyless lock, and you will be given the passcode just prior to your stay. The owners live in town and are available at any time.

Other things to note:

• OCCUPANCY: The limit for overnight guests is a maximum of 6 people, including children.

• CHILDREN: Children are welcome but the max occupancy is six, including little ones. We raised our three kids in this home, and it was very safe for our children. That being said, there are wooden stairs going to the second floor; Parents – your call!

• BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is located on the first floor. A short staircase takes you to the second floor. The upstairs has the second and third bedrooms, as well as a cozy living room and a workstation with a desk and chair.

• BATHROOMS: The master bathroom is on the first floor and includes a walk-in shower. The second, upstairs bathroom has a tub with a shower. The third, half bathroom has a sink and toilet and is located on the first floor.

• TVs: Both living rooms have large 75-inch Smart-TVs for streaming; Hulu plus, with local channels is included.

• LAUNDRY: A full-sized washer and dryer are located on the first floor.

• PARKING: You will have access to two parking spaces. One is a covered garage and the other is a driveway.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic space located in a great location close to downtown Melbourne. We had a wonderful time and Keli was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We would stay here again!

Perfect downtown house

This house was absolutely perfect!! Immaculate, updated, and fully stocked house that could not be more beautiful and centrally located to downtown and beach area. Visiting family and they all loved the location as well!! TY Keli, you did an amazing job on this house and thinking of every comfort when you are away from home!!!

Perfect location

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier with the home. It is as advertised with three comfortable bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that at the end of our day we could walk to dinner and had several choices. Close proximity to the beaches and all convinces such as grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again. The host sent us suggestions for places to eat and things to do which was an added bonus.

Very nice and clean

This is a beautiful house with very nice furnishings and very clean. It had everything needed, great comfortable furniture, and even the pictures on the walls were beautiful. It has a beautiful kitchen with even a Keurig. The front porch and back patio were both very inviting. The location was convenient and is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Keli is a great host, and I highly recommended this property for a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Property!

We are a family of 6 with pets. When we arrived, check in was very easy. The house is better than the pictures. We enjoyed walking downtown and the beach was less than a 10 minute drive. The owner was an excellent host and responded to messages within a few minutes. We grilled one night for dinner and had drinks in the courtyard. It is private and our dog could relax out back with us. This house will not disappoint.

In the Heart of where you want to be.

I'm finding it hard to list all the things wrong with our stay. 1st. The toilet paper roll in the bathroom dispensed under instead of over the top. (lol) 2nd...well, that's about it. Everything else was perfect! Truly a wonderful location. a 10 on the stagger scale from SEVERAL wonderful local drinking establishments and great restaurants as well. Quaint little shops line the streets and it's just a short drive to the beach I guess, since the toilet paper thing is more of a personal preference, 10 out of 10 ! Would absolutely stay again!

Winter Getaway

I needed a true getaway from the winter and this home was it. The entire home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for. The kitchen has everything you need. Every attention to detail is here. The host provided many simple extras and that meant a lot to me. Coffee, tea, cream, and sugar is provided and was so nice of the host to have provided it. You don't need to pack toiletries(shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) as they are already in the showers. The beach is beautiful and beach chairs are there for you. The location is great and in walking distance to the shops ( there is a wonderful plant store) and great restaurants. Overall 5 stars and I will be back!

Fabulous Stay in Downtown Melbourne

I can't say enough nice things about this lovely home. We stayed here for the month of February. The owner has supplied it with everything and more that one could possibly want in a vacation rental. Condiments, laundy supplies, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, etc. Nice pots and pans (this is unusual), plenty of towels and washcloths. The owner was always prompt and easy to communicate with. We loved sitting on the front porch, as it is always shady in the afternoon and evening. Regarding Melbourne, what a sweet downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. The home is just one block off the main road. We walked everywhere. Backwater was our favorite for breakfast, though new restaurant Harvest Thyme was a close second. We saw great plays at both the Civic Theatre and the Henegar Center. Visited the zoo, attended the strawberry festival, and walked a number of wildlife refuges and gardens. Biked at Melbourne Beach where there are miles and miles of paths along A1A. We highly recommend this home if you are ever in the Melbourne area.

Ideal family getaway

Kelli could teach a master class in hosting

Our property host could teach a class on how to be a stellar host! My family of 4 adults were in town for a family reunion and I am so glad that we chose to stay here rather than in a hotel like some of our other family members. We were able to enjoy downtown by walking just a steps from the house. Parking was convenient and a huge plus! There were so many considerate touches that added up to a first class experience. From a “why doesn’t ever host do this” (my description) online house manual with clear instructions and recommendations, to the complete ease in which I was able to adjust the dates of our stay. We had easy and free access to movies accounts on large screen tvs and great Wi-Fi for two of us to work for several hours each day. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, in the sitting areas upstairs or downstairs, and on the chairs in the backyard (not just the two in the photos - chairs were added so four of us could sit outside at once). Kelli checked in and was very quick to respond to all my messages before and during our stay. Everything was clean and in good condition. I wish I had had enough time to cook in that well-appointed kitchen that had everything I could need. Grocery stores are conveniently located and a short drive away if you decide to skip the many great food options within walking and driving distance. I wouldn’t change a thing and I hope that this property is always available for us when we come back to visit our relatives.

We love the downtown Melbourne area and this rental is in the perfect location! Everything you could possibly need is provided and the furnishings are really nice! We highly recommend renting this for your next visit!

Lovely beautiful home

Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. Ideally located in town close to shops, restaurants, bars and minutes from the beach. Luxuriously outfitted with all the comforts of home. Pictures on line do just to what it really looks like! Would visit again!!

Great place!

We originally had rented a condo on the beach and 4 days prior to our stay they canceled on us. So I had to find somewhere to stay in a hurry. There are not many places for last minute bookings, but this cute listing came up and was the best I could find for our budget. We were very disappointed we would t be staying on the beach, but this place couldn’t have been any nicer. We were very pleased with our stay. Very clean and nice place. Lots of little extras that I wasn’t expecting. Very friendly owners and quick responses. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone. Very close drive to the beach. I have family in the area, so we had them come over for supper and to hang out. We had a great time. The beds were comfortable, I can’t complain about anything.

Beautiful & comfortable property

Our family, all adults, enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The owners really thought of everything to make it feel like home… comfortable bedding, living room, fabulous kitchen, we enjoyed the front porch in am & back patio in evenings. Close walk to many nice restaurants, shops, bars with music etc…. Would definately stay here again👍

Bright and Clean!!!

I think this is the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in !!! I is so bright and clean and the Owner really put some very special extra touches in the place it was a WONDERFUL place . You can walk a short distance and be right in the middle of all the shops , restaurants and bars !! We has a blast and we will be back !!!!!

Amazing home!

One of the best homes we have stayed in. Great attention to detail with lots of little amenities & special touches. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a clean place with plenty of room and a very short walk to many bars and restaurants in Historic Downtown Melbourne. We will definitely stay here again.

Luxury in the heart of it all

beautifully decorated and well equipped. Would have loved to stay longer and cook in that kitchen. Ample space for multiple people. Would be the ideal location for a girlfriend getaway. Walking distance to a lively downtown area.. Short drive to the beach. Garage parking (off street) was a welcomed addition. Nice outdoor space. Could be a little loud in the evenings as bars were right across the street.
