1700 SF - Villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada en la octava calle del campo Barony en el Port Royal Golf Club e incluye tarifas de green diarias para cuatro en cualquiera de varios campos, una hora de cancha en el Port Royal Racquet Club y el uso de todas las comodidades en el Hilton Head Island Westin Resort and Spa, que incluye sus tres piscinas, jacuzzi, gimnasio, SPA, restaurantes, playa y servicio de transporte. La Villa, administrada por The Westin, incluye 2 habitaciones principales grandes, cada una con una cama King Size, TV de pantalla plana de pantalla grande, gran armario, tocador con doble lavabo, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha y toallas exclusivas de Westin. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, su propia televisión de pantalla plana y un baño completo. Un sofá desplegable en la habitación familiar se convierte en una cama Queen si es necesario.

Acabo de comprar La cocina de tamaño completo recientemente remodelada tiene encimeras de granito con asientos de barra de desayuno para 3 y está equipada con todos los utensilios y vajilla para ocho. Un área de comedor separada y una sala de estar de 2 pisos dan a una laguna y al octavo fairway y al green del campo Barony en el Port Royal Golf Club. La espaciosa terraza también da a la calle y es un gran lugar para tomar un café por la mañana.

Great Stay!

The property was great! Clean, comfortable, and great location. The owner, Ed, was very pleasant to work with. He contacted us before and during our stay and was genuinely interested in ensuring we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Golf Vacation

The golf discounts pay for the room. You have access to all 7 of the Heritage golf courses. We played 6 days in a row. Golf discounts save at least 100 a round. Shipyard (3 9 hole courses) we played 3 18 hole rounds there. Greens were great. Port Royal (2 18 hole courses) we played Robbers Row. Oyster Reef best views of all the courses. Palmetto Hall (2 18 holes) we played the Arthur Hills course. The money we saved playing golf would pay for the room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooms are spacious. Weather was perfect for golf in October. Highs in the low 70's each day. I would recommend this place for all golfers. With the bonus of the ocean just down the street. The Westin is also very nice with access to the beach, pools, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants and spa. They also gave us 20% our bill at the Westin restaurant because we stayed at Ocean Palms.

Excellent Stay/Excellent Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Ed was superb to work with. I felt like I was speaking with family anytime we had communication. A lovely condo in a beautiful and quiet location. Our family had a wonderful time. Port Royal Plantation is just lovely!

Best of both worlds

We had a great experience at the property and enjoyed the amenities of the condo and the resort. The on demand shuttle to and from the resort/beach was especially convenient. Ed, the owner, was especially attentive, checking in on us, and offering wonderful suggestions for dining and children. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice stay

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, close to beach (~5-7min walk) and short driver to Kroger and Whole Foods. AC is good, Internet speed is Ok for my Amazon Fire stick to watch movies. Apartment is located on 2 and 3-d floor, there is open (outdoors) stairs which was OK with us. We liked everything during our 2 weeks stay.

Best family vacation we have ever had!

As soon as we booked this trip Ed was giving us tips on what to do and what’s fun around Hilton Head! Everything from our arrival to us leaving was perfect. The condo was beautiful and so spacious! The balcony was so nice and peaceful to sit on and was so nice to watch golf and see the wildlife in the stream! Our kids loved it! So many amenities at our finger tips, golf, biking, the resort, the beach, tennis, volleyball, I could go on. Ed was such a wonderful host, so easy to be in contact with, so friendly and helpful with interesting things to do on the island! Beds were so comfortable, everyone has their own bathroom and laundry on site was a super plus! I could write forever because it was seriously the best family vacation we have ever had. We will absolutely be back to stay at Ed and Irene’s place and I recommend to anyone looking for a fun relaxing family getaway. My husband and I also love to golf and there is no shortage of that on Hilton head island! Just a beautiful experience thank you both so much for everything! ❤️

This property has it all. The Westin Resort & Spa manages the property and keep it first class. The amenity package is the best that we found in Hilton Head.

Free greens fee daily for a party of four. Free hour of court time each day. Top notch facilities. And a very clean and laid back atmosphere. Both the Golf and Tennis Clubs have won national recognition.
