The property was well-maintained and clean. Upstairs loft area was perfect for kids to have their own space. Being central in Shipyard, it’s easy to ride bikes to the beach in one direction and the restaurants/shopping in the other. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation/Golf trip

House was fantastic. Perfect location to walk across the street to the pool and a short 5 min drive to Shipyard Beach. It fit our needs perfectly.

Overall a nice property

The condo unit is clean, the layout is ideal and the location is great. There are some things that could be improved, but they are relatively minor. The master bedroom and master bathroom are newly updated with ample room. The 2nd bedroom on the main level is also very nice, just quite a bit smaller. The 2nd bedroom shares a bathroom with the whole condo. The upstairs loft area has a queen bed, a single and a full bath. This bedroom was perfect for two teenagers. The amenities were a little weak relative to other VRBOs that we have stayed in. My wife was frustrated with the lack of supplies that other places have provided for us. But, overall it was a very pleasant stay and the communication from management was excellent. I would recommend this unit in Shipyard for anyone looking for a nice overall condo.

Relaxing stay

The Villa was clean and roomy. Location was great. Quiet and not too far from the beach. Parking at the beach was convenient. BBQ and back patio a big plus

Beautiful house with room to spread out for 5 adults/siblings. 3 bathrooms worked wonderfully! Took advantage of tennis and golf, pool and beach. All were nice.

Family Vacay

Overall, great property and experience but we had to have the place sprayed and recleaned day 1 because we went to use the stive and a bug crawled out and freaked out my wife and mom but after a very quick call to management, They responded promptly. The house was clean when we arrived and the property was easy to navigate to the beach and restaurants. I would rebook.

Spring vacation

The property was very clean it looks exactly like the photos great design nice layout they should consider putting two full-size beds in the upstairs loft bedroom and the king mattress was my only problem it is way past its point of usefulness and needs to be replaced they could supply a few extra Washcloths and towels and just bear in mind it has an electric hot water heater and with the cooler temperatures we experienced a shorter hot water time in the shower specially when two showers were going at the same time but overall we enjoyed our stay place is beautifully decorated and very clean and ample amount of kitchen tools and utensils The Location is excellent.

As Good as Advertised

Wonderful space for our family of 5! The booking, payment, and check-in/out process was extremely easy and efficient. The condo was very comfortable and we felt like we were staying in our home (as opposed to a rental) for a week at the beach! We had no issues with the property or the surrounding area. Shipyard is always a great place to stay and so convenient to all the places/sites that our teenagers love. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Hilton Head!

HHI never disappoints

We love HHI. This was our first stay in Shipyard. Nice updated Villa. A bit further from beach then we like. Pool was small and no other pool option. More crowded then expected as well. With that being said we had a great time. Check in and out was easy and simple.

Everthing was fine except when arriveing the code didnt work. I called the vacation co. and they gab

Excellent Accommodations!

We had an incredible relaxing stay at this wonderful VRBO at Shipyard Plantation! Super comfortable beds (which is very important for retired teachers!). , modern showers, plenty of tvs, kitchen had all the necessities, and we especially enjoyed eating our meals outside overlooking the golf course! Highly recommend this location for its proximity to the beach , restaurants, and outstanding bike trails throughout Shipyard Plantation!

Beautiful Villa

I would have loved to give 5 stars. The place is beautiful! Very clean, except I felt the master bedroom the sheets did not look like they were changed as I saw hairs on the sheets. I brought my own sheets . I washed there sheets and mattress pad then put my sheets on. Also some stained wash cloths. The rest of the place looked great loved the home. It was unfortunate during our stay the refrigerator broke. It was a very nice unit I was surprised, that’s just one of those things you can not predict. They were very good about coming out to look at it and replace it with another . Also very good about reimbursing me on all of my groceries I just purchased and had to throw out. I would rent this same villa again!

Beautiful,. clean, well-maintained property

We had a wonderful stay at 114 Evian. Beautiful house, really clean and nicely decorated. Ample supply of towels and sheets, a kitchen with all required, good quality plates, cutlery and utensils. We didn't have any issues during the stay. Shipyard is a great community, with several water bodies (alligators and birds abound) and long quiet walking and biking paths - ideal especially for kids and families. Nice to walk or bike to the beach. Overall, a wonderful experience for us at Hilton Head. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Villa

We had a fantastic week on HHI, in spite of the Covid pandemic. Was a relaxing, much needed wonderful time away with family. Villa was beautiful and lacked nothing. Loved the ability to walk to the beach and enjoy soak times at the pool, albeit with no chairs to lounge on due to Covid. Already looking forward to next time!

5* Vacation

This was our first time to Hilton Head and boy were we impressed. The house fit our family perfectly. It was super clean, had lots of room, great location, and the company was very easy to get a hold of when we had an issue. Our code didn't work when we first got there, and it was quickly fixed. We had a absolute blast and will definitley be back!

Beautiful place, great location

When we first walked into the townhome, the collective chorus was, "Wow!" Beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. This was the perfect space for us and our stay on HHI. Multiple emails and texts informed us on our check-in and then our check-out process. We had one glitch where our assigned door code didn't work. However that was resolved in a simple 30 second phone call. We can't say enough great things about our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect girlfriend getaway

Loved this property with 5 high school girlfriends, celebrating a "big" birthday. Awesome villa, immaculate, close to everything. We had a wonderful time. Easy check in and check out. Loved that the Vacation Company regularly updated us before our arrival with lots of info. We will be back.

Beautiful and clean home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home! The place was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful starter kits of dishwasher & washer detergents, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. We were impressed by the new appliances, and used all of them, especially the fridge for ice and water. There were sufficient supplies of pots, dishes and glasses- we didn’t have to run the dishwasher daily in order to have clean dishes. The place didn’t smell moldy - it was well ventilated and just beautifully decorated! The management company and the owner have gone a great job! We can’t wait to come again. Thank you!
