Very nice house

We had two wonderfull Weeks in Bonita Springs in This house. The Kids loved the Pool and the spa. It is really close to the Beach. Everything was Perfect. We Are definitly Coming back.

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway. We loved the fact that the beach was so close. We only went to the beach one day, because the pool and spa were so enjoyable. Would love to stay here again next year!

Fantastic layout and location and super clean

Great home with 2 group areas. Lots of light and huge kitchen and lanai area. Comfortable and very clean with high quality bedding and towels. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely famliy holiday rental

Very well equipped and decorated home. The beds are very comfortable along with all the soft furnishings. The pool and outside areas are all well kept. A great place for the family to relax and explore the area. Fantastic two week stay.

perfect getaway. super clean home, perfectly appointed. quick drive to beach, go to DOCs and be sure to do the dolphin tour jet ski excursion!

Wonderful! Exceeded my expectations!

The property was beautiful, well appointed, very very clean, and near everything from beaches to shopping. We chose this place for its back yard, spa & pool, outside living space and it exceeded our expectations!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We stayed at this property for the holiday week with four adults and three children and it was a perfect fit for us. We had the kids with us and it was a great location, clean property and fantastic host. There were plenty of places to eat and things to do right down the street and the drive to Vanderbuilt Beach was ~15 minutes or less. Pat took great care of us and ensured we had a smooth, easy stay in a clean property. We didn't have any issues and would certainly stay there again.

Great Amenities

This home was close to many things, especially the beach. We went for a day at the beach and visited Doc's beach house, a must visit especially for the sunset. The pool and lanai is where we spent most of our time. The owner gave us recommendations for restaurants and even got us laundry detergent during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Enjoyed our stay in Bonita Shores

This property was perfect for our family of 5. As advertised with nice details and layout. Enjoyed being walking distance to Fish House and Doc's and Royal Scoop. Although we had chilly weather, the pool area had sun all afternoon and with hot tub was still able to swim. Really liked the privacy of the backyard that landscaping provided with nice outdoor seating.

Peaceful, heavnly getaway

The house was made with luxury in mind. The area surrounding the back of the house gives you the feel that you are in a tropical paradise, but yet you are near everything. If it was available we would take it in a minute again. Pat responded to any issue we had (which were minor) and it was a secure feeling knowing she was basically around the corner!

Great Experience!

My family has rented many homes in SW FL. The home was very clean and passed the "wife test". Which is the #1 importance we look for. The home was as advertised, no surprises. Pat was amazing to work with. Very clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process. We will rent this home again in the future.

Pat and staff could not have been more accommodating. The house was perfect for me, wife and late teens children. Home is very well apportioned in kitchen, pool, bathroom including beach / pool towels. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable. Incredible master bath that opens to pool area. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We spent many hours at the outdoor living area and pool. Hot tub heated up on demand. Beach and restaurants close by. We will certainly return.!!!! A

Beautiful house and great location

This is one of the nicest houses I have stayed at in Florida! The inside and outside were beautiful. The pool, hot tub and lanai were just fantastic. Comfortable furniture throughout the house. Master bedroom was fabulous with a walk-in closet and giant master bathroom. Ceiling fans throughout the house. The location was key to us 5 minutes to Barefoot Beach the best beach in Florida and 10 minutes to Delnore-Wiggins State Park in Naples. Best ice cream was Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream right around the corner. Definitely would rent this house again! My only wish is that the owners would let small dogs stay at the house. Seeing that I have a very friendly small rescue dog that is hypoallergenic and does not shed 💕🐶. Thanks!

Great home in the Bonita Beach Area

We just completed an 8 night stay in this home. The home has been updated in every room, bathroom, kitchen and in the pool area. The home seemed to be very clean as well. We were extremely happy with this home in every way and literally have no complaints. If there was any difficulty, it was our ability to understand how to use the washer/dryer, stove, oven, etc. as they were all the latest technology, which is a very good thing. We simply were not used to the latest technology so we struggled a bit with it, but that's just our lack of knowledge on the latest technology :-). The entire home was in outstanding condition. The exterior of the home was very well kept also with the grass and landscaping being in top condition. Overall, no complaints from us on this home and my wife and I both agreed that this is one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed in our 20 years of marriage.

Clean but…..

The property is clean, convenient, and comfortable. Kitchen appliances are low end. Sliding glass doors to pool area required serious effort to open and one couldn’t open at all. Hot tub was broken. Dishwasher was broken. Management responded slowly to inquiries and didn’t seem concerned about issues. A working hot tub is a requirement in January. I was in this house last June with none of these issues. Is it going downhill fast or was this a fluke? I don’t know.

Peaceful place to unwind, but we had our challenges.

We enjoyed our trip to Bonita Springs. The house was nice and the perfect size for our family of 4, although smaller than the pictures in the listing makes the home seem, particularly the backyard area. Our children really enjoyed the outdoor area. I would definitely suggest installing TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, as well as outside. With a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old, they would definitely like to unwind in their own space. The neighborhood was quiet with a variety of homes and a short drive to both Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. We really enjoyed driving into Naples for dinners and shopping. One of the bigger disappointments was the management company. Pat was not quite as helpful as the other reviews suggest she would be, even showing very little concern when issues arose. With our trip being in November and Covid still very much a concern, my children attend school virtually and my husband and I both rely on the internet for work. My first concern regarding the consistency of the availability of wifi was made Sunday night, the first night of our arrival. After being told a number of times to reset the equipment, being asked if we could just use our own hot spot, and even being told by Pat that she has never had issues with the internet connection at the house, she finally sent a nice gentleman Rich out to check on our concerns. It was determined that the problem was in the line and the internet company would fix the problem Saturday, almost a week after our initial complaint. Ultimately for a concern mentioned on our first day of arrival, it was never repaired during our stay. We woke up each morning with fingers crossed as to whether or not my children would have access to their live classes and my husband and I being able to complete our jobs. As I said, this was disappointing and would make me think twice about renting this home again.

The review about the internet was totally out of my control since we have Comcast who only works as fast as they want. One of the main lines coming into the home which is comcast responsibility finally they fixed. It is working very well. I even voluntary to pay for their Hotspot usage if they did not have unlimited service which they told me they had and for me not to worry about it. We are always concerned about our guest but sometimes there is nothing I can do. We have solved 99.9% of guest concerns but when it comes to Comcast that is another story. We do the best we can.

Beautiful Stayca!!

We loved our stay everything was as stated , no surprises . The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed ( including the baby bunnies in the yard). Pool was excellent and the weather was great! Our family truly enjoyed it. Beach was in close proximity as well as good restaurants. Look forward to renting again soon.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the house and the pool with the hot tub. To make things better at this property I hope they do a few minor things to keep the home updated some of the furniture inside and out is showing a lot of wear and there was a couple small things that we made the property manager aware of hopefully they get that taken care of for the next tenants. Overall great stay!

Beautiful home!

We just spent 4 weeks at this house, and we loved it! The lay-out of the home and outdoor area was perfect. The kitchen was updated and well-stocked, and we had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. The outdoor area was the highlight, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I rented a beach cruiser at Ebb & Flow (highly recommend), and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and bike paths close by. The beach was a short drive or bike ride. Pat was very responsive to a few minor issues, and they were resolved quickly. We would highly recommend this house, and we would definitely stay here again.
