Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration this past week as it has been unusually hot. In 4 of the 5 bedrooms, we have direct AC. Unfortunately, you used the one bedroom without AC and not one of the rooms with AC . We apologize as it seems it was not communicated clearly to you. Plus there is a way to cool down the that one bedroom without AC . The level of mosquitoes this past week was unusually high due to excessive heat and rain this summer in the Cody area and was an issue for all of Wyoming. I look forward to learning what bed was uncomfortable as we have new mattresses and box springs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We are committed to keeping our beautiful gardens pristine. As you know we have extensive landscaping and the gardener had been gone for 2 months for personal reasons. This is being resolved. It seemed to us you appreciated our flexibility in allowing the use of our other lots to safely park and store your trailers and motorcycles. It is curious to us that several of your party of 8 expressed how much they enjoyed the rustic Wild West experience we provide.

We are very sorry if you felt mislead about our location! We are easily accessible from the highway yet once you get into the multi acre property you are surrounded by fields of horses on three sides and beyond the fields you can see the mountains and are private. Our pictures are 100% accurate. We are sorry if you imagined something different! During the five years we have been in business we have NEVER been accused of lying, misleading or even have guests expressed disappointment ....and we feel you are not being honest or fair. It is very surprising as well given you expressed to Rex how much you enjoyed your stay, felt private and liked the property...the review is a bit confusing
