Sunshine Retreat- quiet home near Northwest College!

Welcome to Sunshine Retreat! This welcoming home is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood near Northwest College and Park County Fairgrounds.

This cozy home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level. You enter into a large open living, dining, and kitchen space with unique brickwork and vaulted ceilings. The décor is an eclectic mix of vintage and modern with all necessities to stay as long or short as wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee and tea bar. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, ample closet space and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom 2 also offers a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a full bed, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The hall bathroom has a bathtub and a large vanity. Guests also have access to the garage and washer and dryer in the home for your convenience during your stay. This home is pet friendly if you are travelling with your furry friend.

Sunshine Retreat is situated in a walkable neighborhood near a park. Powell is only 30 minutes to historic Cody, Wyoming, 1 hour to Red Lodge, Montana and 1 hour 40 minutes to Billings, Montana. Other attractions nearby are Big Horn Canyon Recreation Area, skiing, fishing, and other local events.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable stay in a house with some funky character. Very simple check-in and I loved that it’s across from a small park for the kids to play at.

Comfy and convenient

I stayed for a week for work and it was very nice, warm, spacious and comfortable. Close to everything, nice neighborhood with a park right across the street. Even a coffee bar in the kitchen!

Great stay!

This rental was GREAT, very clean and roomy. The bathroom is really just one bathroom with two toilets, but set up very nice with a privacy door in between. The beds were comfy and the fenced yard was great, located just across the street from a fenced park with playground. It was an easy walk to downtown to enjoy the little shops and my favorite 3zero7 coffee shop! We were visiting our son and grandson and would happily stay here again.

Amazing place. Home away from home

We were very very pleased with the house. It was like a home away from home. Very cute inside and in a very great spot in Powell. Not a far drive on up to Yellowstone. Property is the last house on a cul-de-sac. I can't say enough great things about here. We will definitely look forward to spending future trips in Wyoming at this location. House/Yard is very pet friendly too.

Immaculate property! Only 30 minutes to Cody!

This is our second time renting a property from Cody Lodging Company- and once again it was SO clean! This is a nice property. Three bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Located on a culdesac right across from a park for children. We went to the Cody nightly rodeo and it was such a quick drive. Try Wyoldwest Brewing or Millstone pizza in Powell for dinner! Delicious!

Dog friendly property

The property has a place for pets to run but small enough to keep up with clean up. There is a small park across from the property. We found the neighborhood quite and had room to park our boat. Its an older property but clean and accommodating. We travel to the Big Horn basin semi frequently and i would look to book here again.

Great place

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars on everything is because we showed up to no key in the lock box - not how we wanted to start, but the management company was on it & we got in fairly quickly! I also think the carpeting needs to go - it's looking warn. Otherwise - great house & we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, cozy house with thoughtful touches

We loved the art, the tea/coffee, the patios, the view and privacy, the cleanliness, the responsiveness of management to maintenance issues, the well-stocked kitchen and house in general. Only issue was with a toilet and the master bed with overhanging foam was a bit uncomfortable. But we can't wait to stay here again! We had many deep talks around the dining room table with tea from your stash. Thanks so much!
