El lujoso Sandy Toes de Villa Renaissance se encuentra en la playa número uno del mundo. Great Family Getaway

Turks is an amazing place to stay, and the Villa is even better. With a great beachfront view and a location that places it within walking distance to so many restaurants I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Excellent vacation. Views and access to beach were wonderful! Hosts were easy to work with on all details. Janet ( Host’s representative for any and all of our needs) was exceptional. The location of this Villa being near restaurants, shops and grocery was a bonus. Grace Beach lived up to it’s reputation of being one of the best beaches.

Excellent for a family of 4…perfect location with back door access to the beach! Near shops and dining. Great little poolside bar too! Excellent host who left us an amazing welcome gift and was very responsive to our few questions.

Great location, right in the heart on Grace Bay, yet removed enough that is was peaceful. Right on the beach. Everything we had hoped for, plus more! Hosts were excellent communicators. Highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation!

This property and condo was a great spot for our family vacation! The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. You can literally walk out your back door and onto the beach. The pool is on the small side and there isn't a sit down restaurant, but you can order food from the bar and the food is good. Literally everything we did was within walking distance to the property- great location!

Better than described and wonderful location!

Property had everything you need. Very clean. Communication with owner before and during stay is easy and prompt. We did have a lightbulb needing to be replaced and it was changed same day. The front desk is very helpful making additional arrangements, which we appreciated and took advantage of multiple times. And, on-site bar is nice and their happy hour was well organized. Great stay!

Our own family oasis

It was a very relaxing , quiet, picturesque stay. Every morning was perfect waking up to the wonderful view and relaxing on the front lanai. The private beach without the crowds were absolutley delightful. The surrounding areas offered a great variety of dining options and also the option to cook at the room was much needed. I have been to many island and many resorts, but I think that we have found that we will be coming here over and over again. I have raved about my stay to all my friends and they will definitely be joining me next time. Thank you for the opportunity

Sandy Toes is perfectly set up; beds and bedding are terrific, board games, welcome basket of treats, coffee & creamer we’re even provided! If you’re looking for a high end VRBO experience look no further! Ajay was incredibly generous, thoughtful and kind. It doesn’t get better than Ajay and Sandy Toes!

Pleasant stay

Your stay at the Villa was very enjoyable! The property is well run and vacation went very smoothly. The rental is as described, also very well maintained and the hosts are responsive and welcoming. One watch outs that was quite unpleasant for us: mosquitoes are everywhere, inside and outside the property and in most restaurants we’ve been to unless located right at the beach. Be ready! Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the sea is great and has a lot to discover!

Great family vacation.

My wife and I took our two teenage boys (18 and 16) to Turks for a family vacation. My wife and I had been to Turks a few years earlier and fell in love with the island. The “Toes in the Sand” condo was amazing! It was well equipped with everything you would need for a weeks long stay. Fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with streaming apps available. It’s well decorated with a fantastic patio overlooking the water and just steps away from the most beautiful beach in the world. The owners were great to work with and the staff at the property were friendly and helpful. We plan on going back next summer and hope to rent “Toes in the Sand” again.

Second time in Sandy Toes

We loved our stay in room 101. Great view. We are able to walk out the back door to the beach. Comfortable bed. Well stock kitchen. Janet does a great job cleaning the room. She is very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Free use of bicycles at the front of the building. Excellent value for those that like a condo style vacation.

4 Days in Paradise

We loved our stay here. There were two couples and upon arrival, the on site property employees remade the bedroom pictures with twins to have a king. The owner arranged airport transportation (we paid the driver when he dropped us off). We loved being in the heart of Grace Bay but at a quiet resort. We never had a problem getting chairs on the beach, and being on the first floor we’d walk out a path that felt like it was just for us! We loved the on site bikes and used them to get to the grocery store and a few restaurants. Other restaurants we’d get to by walking on the beach or driving. Hemingways for lunch and the breakfast at the Ritz were two of our favorites that were walkable. Mango Reef and Coco Bistro were the best dinners that we took a taxi to. The construction was not going on while we were there and the project looks like it at a stand still. Great vacation, awesome communication with the owners before the trip and hope that we get to go back one day! .

Gorgeous location

We had a fantastic time visiting Provo. The condo is beautiful. My kids were very comfortable on the twin beds. The king bed in the main bedroom was also very comfortable. Having the half bath definitely was a plus for a family of 5. Jeannette was wonderful and very helpful. She even sprayed for mosquitos when she came by for another reason. The ice maker wasn't working, not much she could do about that but she brought us a bag of ice. Never had an issue finding a chaise at the pool or the beach. We had lunch at the pool bar several times and was good. It was nice to have pool floats and noodles accessible as well. The basket of snacks and water was so thoughtful and appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with salt and pepper and everything we needed. We would love to stay again on our next trip to TCI.

Well appointed and oh so relaxing!

This was our first time to visit Turks. So, we did lots and lots of research and searching for just the right property. We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. The pictures dont do the property justice. There is a lot more space than the pictures suggest. The beds, linens and pillows were 5 star hotel quality. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. The welcome basket of treats, coffee pods and waters were so appreciated. The AC was fantastic! Our housekeeper visited once during our stay and fully cleaned the unit, which was nice. The location was fantastic, as was the beach. Restaurants and fun shops are within minutes when walking. We only took our rental when we went to far away dining or activities. What they dont mention is that the Villa Renaissance has a beach attendant during the day to set up chairs and umbrellas for guests, and stationed security throughout the night. We were well cared for and secure. Will definitely be back!

Five Nights in Paradise

What a beautiful place to experience Turks & Caicos for the first time! The apartment/condo at Villa Renaissance was more than we could have ever wanted. “Sandy Toes” was clean, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gorgeous modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, clean marble baths. At first we were worried about being on the 1st floor, but the ability to step out the door and within minutes being on the white sand beach with turquoise waters was pure perfection. The wrap around screen was ideal, especially since we weren’t prepared for the amount of mosquitoes that decided we were the best meal on the island. However, Sandy Toes had so many things to remedy those little suckers. They stocked everything we needed: bug spray, bandaids, bug zappers, extra fans for outside. They also provided tons of bottled water, snorkel gear, sun block, board games, books, puzzles, literally everything we could have asked for. So many great restaurants and places to eat within walking distance. You must check out Lupo, an Italian restaurant located at the entrance of Renaissance Villa. Homemade pasta and heavenly pizza rivaled food we’d had in Rome on our last vacation. Walk further down the street to go to Turkberry for yummy frozen yogurt to cap off the night. But go back in the morning for the MOST delicious freshly made donuts. All in all, we adored our time in Turks and “Sandy Toes” in Villa Renaissance was a huge part of our vacation fun.

Pristine condo in great location

This was our 6th visit to Provo and our first time staying at Villa Renaissance. This condo was perfect for us (2 adults/ 2 teens). The first floor is convenient to walk out directly to the beach or to the pool. I thought the wraparound balcony would be used more by us, but we really just spent time at the end of the balcony where the table and chairs are. The wraparound does allow for more light into the unit which is nice. But please note the wraparound side balcony looks directly into the construction next door. Not a huge issue for us but I think it should be noted. The kitchen is well stocked and thank you Marissa and Ajay for the welcome basket of goodies! We loved them and it was a very nice touch. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bath and there is additional half bath in the hallway. A great layout for family or 2 couples. This condo is walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The girls enjoyed breakfast at SandBox each morning. And we volunteered to walk a potcake puppy one day from the rescue which is a 2 min walk from the condo. The pool bartender is incredibly sweet and friendly. The pool does not have an ocean view but we found it very relaxing and a great alternative to the beach. We used tennis courts (the owners were kind to leave raquets and balls for us) and we used bikes from the resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Sandy Toes did not meet expectations

Sandy Toes has many things that make the unit desirable. Unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed the good. Great things: 1. Super clean and nicely decorated. 2. Location is super close to the wonderful beach. 3. Easy to walk and bike to restaurants and shopping. 4. They provided lots of snacks and drinking water, which is nice because food prices are high. 5. All of the staff were super friendly. Negatives: 1. They are building a medium sized condo complex right next to Sandy Toes. You can hear all of the loud construction noises all day long! The noises are super loud. You can hear yelling, hammering, and loud music all day. We picked the unit so we could hear the ocean all day long and not so we would wake up to construction noises. We were not informed about the construction before we booked. We were given a small discount for the oversight, which was appreciated. The construction looks like it will go on for awhile so I would think twice about booking. When there isn’t construction, I’m sure the condo is a much better place to stay. 2. We took quick showers and every day someone ended up with a cold shower. 3. When you flush the toilet or take a shower the pipes make loud noises. 4. The twin beds are definitely not made for adults. We ended sleeping on the couch because the twin beds were so uncomfortable. If kids were sleeping on them, I’m sure they would be ok. I was so excited to book Sandy Toes and in the end we left disappointed that the condo did not live up to expectations.

Wonderful First Trip

This was our first visit to the island, so we had to rely on accurate descriptions and reviews. This property exceeded our expectations. It was pristine, classy, and even better than the pictures portrayed. The property manager was very professional and accommodating and made sure we had all we needed. The location was also ideal and the beach was quiet—a perfect mix for our tastes. I admit I was weary of all the perfect reviews, but now I understand!
