Come and experience Ocean Pearl 1 Residence - newly renovated, luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo just steps away from the flawless white sand and sparkling turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach. BEST LOCATION ON GRACE BAY!
This condo is located on the second floor of Plaza at Ocean Club West Resort and it has everything you need to feel like at home. Tastefully designed with an open concept style living/dining area, full size kitchen, primary bedroom with a king size bed and two guest bedrooms with two twin beds each. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
While staying at Ocean Pearl 1 Residence, guests will have access to the free form pool, beach & pool chairs, tennis courts, fitness center and restaurants located at Ocean Club West Resort. For the use of ANY OTHER OCW AMENITIES not listed here, you have to book directly with OCW.
We will provide beach towels, tennis equipment and snorkeling gear for our guests.
Plaza at OCW is located in the heart of Grace Bay, conveniently close to restaurants, grocery store IGA Gourmet and a shopping area, all within few minutes walking distance.
Although there is free parking for the Plaza visitors right at the entrance to the OCW Resort we are of the opinion that the car is not needed when booking this unit.
Please note: THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW NOR A TERRACE. If you are after an ocean view unit or you want to use all of the OCW amenities, please book directly with OCW.

Perfect location

After a lot of consideration we chose this location and so glad that we did. The property was well equipped, perfectly located and excellent value. Felt very comfortable on the property, food and shopping was just a quick walk. Loved everything about this property

Great location! Grace Bay Beach and walking distance to so much!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming 3-bedroom in Turks, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, each with its own full bathroom which was so nice for 5 woman!!. The living room was the ideal place to relax and the kitchen had everything we needed.The location can't be beat!! Short walk to the beautiful beach which had loungers and umbrellas already set up. And we walked all the time to dinner or just to shop. Always felt safe as well. The property was immaculately clean, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided us with great local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.We will definitely be returning next year!

Absolutely amazing!

We had the best time in this condo at OCW! We walked to everything, enjoyed the gorgeous beach and the condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. The property manager, Leola was incredible. We will be back!

Turkey Day in Turks

We loved our stay here. The beach is gorgeous and the property is in the best location. We felt safe walking everywhere and there was plenty of parking when we had our car rental. It was especially nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The plaza doesnt have an elevator which was difficult with strollers. The beach is a 4 minute easy walk. Security stopped us often and never seemed to have us on the list although we checked in at front desk, they were friendly though. Owners and manager very responsive the entire trip and leading up to it! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Place

The property was beautiful! Luxurious, clean and quiet. Great value for the price. The location was perfect, couple of minutes walk from the unit to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. We absolutely loved it!

Great location, great Communication, great place to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for much better in this location! The location, the communication. The overall condo were absolutely incredible! Property manager was great is letting us know about the island and the location. Perfect spot for our group of five ranging from age 11 to 80. The kitchen, washer and dryer and three beds and three baths was huge! Location right on the beach and then easily walkable to restaurants and shops! Would definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

This place is great! The price was great and the money we saved from not staying at a resort enabled us to go on excursions. The Plaza is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach is BEAUTIFUL! The unit was wonderful. I was grateful for the things I didn't have to pack or buy. The owners provide laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, and beach towels. There was also a large container full off pool/beach toys and much more (snorkels, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, floats...). The owners really went above and beyond. Whenever we had any questions we used the WhatsApp app to contact the property manager and she responded very quickly. Highly recommend!

Turks and Caicos Vacation

Property is as described. The unit is a part of a larger resort with easy check in. Excellent location within walking distance to grocery, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Area feels very safe and walkable. Friendly staff, beach set up included. Could use more seating space in living room and hooks/towel racks to hang towels and damp clothes. Overall, would highly recommend and would return.

AMAZING

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo was clean, updated and spacious. Had anything you could need. The property is steps to OCW…and the pool and beach are GORGEOUS! The OCW beach restaurant was convenient and not outrageously priced. Five minute walk to the best island grocery store I have ever been to. French bakery across the street is a must. We will be back!

Great Condo at Ocean Club

We had a fantastic stay! The condo's location was perfect for our family of 5 being a short walk to everything! We loved being so close to the beach, pool, shopping, and plenty of dining options made for a convenient and fun vacation. To top it off, Leola the concierge met us at the house was so helpful, warm, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time here and would love to return!

Great spot

Can't beat walkable to the best beach. Access to the pool and chairs are great. Very clean property with very attentive on site manager (accessible via WhatsApp almost anytime). Would return and worked for a family.

Perfect Vacation!

Great unit and the PERFECT location - walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Main grocery store is just few minutes walk which was super convenient. Unit was spacious and clean, had everything you need for the comfortable stay. Huge bonus was the access to OCW pools and amenities. We will definitely stay here again. Great deal!

Our stay has unexpected issues

The pluses were the weather, and the spaciousness of the condo. The minuses were that the tile floors of the condo have not been washed in a long time. Our feet were black from day one. There were curtains in the living room, but neither bedrooms. The problem was the security lights in the building hallways that shone through both windows in each bedroom. It was not pleasant having the bedrooms bathed in light all night long. Also the towel situation - the blue towels that were left for us were really poor quality. We were not allowed to use the resort towels, although we would have paid to do so (or brought our own). The condo had 2 better quality yellow towels that mimicked the resorts towels. We were asked every single day by the resort staff if we belonged on the property and the resort manager demanded we return the yellow towels to the resort proper. We felt like interlopers. The experience of being a ‘guest’ at Ocean Club was uncomfortable.
