Custom Built Home on Solar en Pine Grove

¡Somos flexibles con las fechas de llegada / salida y trabajaremos con su horario de ferry! Alquiler de domingo a domingo disponible

Retiro muy pintoresco y relajante que colinda con la tierra de conservación en un tranquilo pinar. Estamos ubicados en una zona ideal para familias y propietario arreglamos. Se trata de un alojamiento de primera clase a un precio razonable. Hemos tenido muchos inquilinos repetir felices.

Techos abovedados grandes, dos habitaciones (una cama doble, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama doble), cocina completa, sala de estar, área de comedor y un baño completo en la planta superior. En la planta baja medio baño y lavadero con ducha cerrada al aire libre. Hermoso patio de piedra azul privado con una parrilla de gas. Aparcamiento fuera de la calle.

Diez minutos a pie por un camino privado a la playa de North Shore. En las instalaciones de tenis y cancha de baloncesto. También a pocos pasos de la parada de autobús de la ciudad.

Nuevo acceso a internet inalámbrico rápido y seguro con Comcast Internet de alta velocidad y teléfono.

10 The Grove

The home was well equipped with a great kitchen, air conditioning when needed, and a large outdoor table and chairs. The yard is simple but private. The neighborhood is quiet and location is convenient to beaches, bike path, and town. Tennis courts nearby for use as well. Overall a great week!

Restful stay in a lovely quiet neighborhood

Comfortable and well equipped home, perfect for a small family. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and the great outdoor shower. The home was well maintained and clean.

Great week in Nantucket

Nice, comfortable house in a great location - not too far from Madaket (adequate parking at the beach & Millie’s); not far from Nantucket town (use uber for that to avoid traffic, parking). Very nice private yard & outdoor sitting area. Everything was great !

Very relaxing week on Nantucket

Our family of 5 had a great time during our 1-week rental. The house was very comfortable and well maintained, matched our expectations perfectly . Really enjoyed the proximity to the bike path and to Madaket Beach. Great memories of lots of restful sleep with cool breeze coming in through the pine trees outside the open windows! Would certainly stay here again.

Nantucket gem

We have been coming to Nantucket semi-annually for the last ten years. This was our favorite home and location to stay in- the neighborhood is wonderfully quaint and quiet. We loved the proximity to the path leading to the ocean and nature preserve, and it was also close to the Wave stop. The home itself was perfectly peaceful, clean, and a true retreat!

Perfect quiet place for small family

This is the perfect place for a small family or perhaps 2 couples. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. The accommodations were thorough - everything you could need in the kitchen was there. Plenty of open space to relax. We loved the attention to lighting. Andy was very responsive and easy to work with before, during, and after our stay. There was also a nice little library in one corner where I found a wonderful book. I have not read a book from cover to cover in years - never mind in days. Overall, a very clean, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay at the end of an exhausting summer. It was rejuvenating! Thank you, Andy!

Excellent comfortable stay

This house is very comfortable and very clean for a small family. It’s in an excellent quiet neighborhood. There is a beach you can walk to. Madaket beach is also a short 10 minute drive. We were there during a very hot time, but the owner had installed air conditioners which was a pleasant surprise.

Perfect Nantucket Vacation Home!

We had a great week at the house! Andy was a great host. The house is in a great neighborhood- perfect for families. We loved the layout of the house and everything was well kept and stocked with what you need. Location is central to all that you need to see and do in Nantucket. We hope to be back soon

Awesome week in Nantucket!!

We stayed at this house for a week and it was great! It’s in a really quiet, pretty neighborhood super close to Millie’s, Madaket Beach and not too far from town. The owner responded quickly to questions. Arrival was easy, it was very clean and exactly as shown on the site. The outdoor shower was the best and great to have laundry. It was perfect for our family of 4 for a fabulous week!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful experience with this house during our summer vacation. This an extremely well maintained home in a lovely neighborhood. One beach within walking distance and another one only a couple of miles away- a quick bike ride. Kitchen, laundry, and family room all very user friendly. A spacious and private backyard too! We absolutely cannot wait to return, Andy is a really helpful host too, felt very lucky to have found this rental! Michele

Crows Nest

Dear Andy, Eric and I have been home a week now and our thoughts stray back to the carriage house and the wild grasses and the wind and the sea. Thank you so very much for helping out with the bus conundrum. Our little Kia took us all over the island. We even discovered a book signing for one of our favorite authors Saturday night which led us to the Cisco Brewery. What a lovely time. There was a terrific, 5 piece band whose driving beat had tiny children up and dancing while there seemed to be every generation in attendance. The house itself was welcoming and comfortable with its big red sofas and beautiful kitchen. We slept with the windows open and the frogs singing and woke to the gulls crying. We will remember this stay for a long time to come. Eric and Tricia

An excellent house on Nantucket

I spent a week in September at this house and would highly recommend it. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the property was very well-maintained. Most importantly though, Andy was extremely helpful in answering questions, providing information and helpful suggestions. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends as well. One caveat is that it is a bit far from town, (we were using bikes) but to be fair, this was how it was described. The bus is great, but it switched to an hourly schedule the day after we arrived. The plus side was all the great exercise we got!!! Thanks, Andy.

Perfect escape for a relaxing vacation

What a wonderful 'user-friendly' home that has it all for a small family vacation. The house was well equipped with everything one needs and offered a very cozy atmosphere in which to hang out and relax. Centrally located on the island for shopping, hiking and town center. It is a short walk through a beautiful nature reserve to a lovely expansive beach and a short drive to many other beaches. Perfect! We can't wait to return.
