We have 43 reviews for this condo and all of them are 5 star except for 3 with 4 stars. This is one of our most popular rentals out of the 82 that we manage and it's considered a very quiet location on lovely and quiet Sail Bay, away from the zoo that the beachfront can be in the summer. I have reached out to this guest to see exactly where the noise was coming from. Perhaps the building next door which is a 4 bedroom house, but noise is noise no matter where it's coming from. I only wish she would have contacted us with where it was coming from so we could have done something about it. As is the case with 95% of the rentals in the beach area, this condo does not have central AC but we do provide a portable AC unit which she said "blew a fuse." There are no fuses, it tripped a circuit breaker and I told her how to reset it.) All the circuit breakers in this building have been replaced with new ones within the last 2 years and we have not experienced that in this unit or any of the other units we manage in this building unless perhaps there is a hair dryer or electric BBQ being used at the same time. The bathroom light is tricky but we explain it in our orientation guide. There is a dimmer switch by one of the two doors into the bathroom and if the dimmer switch is turned off or down all the way, then if you enter from the other door and try to turn on the light, it will seem like it is not working but all you have to do is turn on or up the dimmer at the other bathroom entrance a few feet away. This frustration could have been avoided by reading the orientation guide or by calling us. Also, I have reached out to her to find out what was her frustration with entering and exiting the garage because we give you a code to enter the first time and after you get up to the condo, you have a garage remote to use for the rest of your stay. The last item is slow internet. All of our rentals have Spectrum Cable internet with Wifi and their latest modem/router which Spectrum says delivers 100 Mbps. I will test the speed next time there is a vacancy there to see if there is a problem but again, there have been no other complaints about slow internet. I look forward to speaking with this guest to see how we can remedy any of the frustrations she encountered because we want all of our guests to have 5 star experiences! Nancy
