¡Este tesoro actualizado es un hallazgo, algo para TODOS! Relájese y tome el sol en la cercana playa de arena blanca en polvo y las brillantes aguas color esmeralda de la isla de Okaloosa en el Golfo.
Si prefiere las aventuras al aire libre, puede pescar, practicar kayak, remar en el sonido escénico a unos 100 pies de su puerta. Puede navegar en kayak alrededor de 100 yardas hasta la playa privada de arena blanca en polvo de la isla de Okaloosa (kayaks pequeña tarifa)

This condo was spacious and spotless! It was so great to have a well equipped place as a person who travels light. Dan was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. A short drive to all of the best of Destin as it sits right on 98.

Just what we needed.

Everything we needed and everything we didn't realize we needed was there and available to us. The condo is in the perfect location. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. We felt like we were staying at a friends home. The owner communicated with us prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be staying again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Won't Come Back

Our trip started with never receiving our check in information. We had no contact from the host leading up to the stay, including the day we were arriving. We contacted him an hour before arrival for the check in information, and followed up with multiple messages and phone calls to no response. After contacting VRBO Customer Support we finally got in contact to get access to our condo (after waiting outside for an hour). Then, two days into our stay we get three calls from the host telling us he had accidentally double booked the condo, asking us if we would be open to move to a different condo he had available. We were not at the rental at the time, and wouldn't be back until later, and had the whole condo set up to be accommodating for our 7 month old baby so moving wasn't attainable. He understood and said it was fine to stay. However, that night he continued calling multiple times at 10pm, again asking us to move to a different condo. The next day (our last full day there) he once again was persistent asking us to pack up and move for our last night again. The condo was fine, but our experience with the host was not good. Bad communication, and about as far from welcoming as we could have been.

Communication with the host was easy and fast. Host provided beach chairs, kayaks, umbrellas, and a few kid toys. The pool was great, and so was the location. We went for 4th of July weekend and could watch fireworks from the dock.

2 day getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this cozy, little unit that was located close to several different beaches and variety of restaurants. We had everything we needed for cooking and bathing, the home was clean, comfortable and very convenient. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The property itself is beautiful and nice for fishing. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this home to any couple or small family. All in all we had a comfortable relaxing time in this home. We will definitely be renting this place again.

Excellent location spot

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The house was clean, organized and stocked. Parking was available for POV but not trailered boat. Everything else was wonderful.

Perfect Unit

The unit was well stocked, clean, close to everything, and very reasonably priced. The complex was peaceful and beautiful. Dan the Property owner was responsive and helpful. We look forward to booking again next year. We highly recommended this unit.

Maximum relaxation

Me my husband and my son stayed there. It is in a small private complex. Not a big beachfront crowded complex. The locals there are friendly. The pool overlooks the bay. So peaceful. The unit was clean. It is small. But was plenty for the three of us. When we wanted to visit Destin it right down the road. Visited crab island. Amazing. Spent the rest of the time relaxing around pool.

Despite being a little bit small for 4 people, it is very well located, the only problem was that the sofa was broken and my children had to sleep on an air mattress.

Great place to stay!

My 3 best friends and I stayed in Dan's condo for 5 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. We were in right quarters since there were 4 of us, but we knew what we booked and we made it work. The condo is in a great location just minutes from all the things that attract you to the Destin area. We used the kayaks, the bay is beautiful! The pool was also nice after a hot day at the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. Dan was very accommodating and made great suggestions for places to eat! I would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed here it was in a area where you could get to everything fairly quickly. If you are a light sleeper like me I could not recommend as there are many people that walked near the condo ad the other tenets that live there are loud at night. Place was well cleaned and Dan was so very helpful and courteous to me. I would recommend to others.

This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. We had easy access to the sport complex for my son’s tournament games, plus easy beach access. The condo was small but clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Restful Needed Get Away

Cute cozy condo. Provided a much needed get away for my husband and I. Minutes from Fort Walton Beach and Destin. About 45 min from Pensacola. Enjoyed all locations. Watched dolphins as we relaxed behind condo several nights. Dan was great to work with. Added extra night with no problem.
