Estudio del segundo piso, directamente en el sonido, a 2 cuadras del Golfo. La playa de Navarra se encuentra a medio camino entre Ft Walton y Pensacola Beach, en un tranquilo tramo de la isla de Santa Rosa. Es una comunidad tranquila y relajante con ese ambiente relajado de la isla. Hay mucho que hacer en Navarra o puede optar por descansar en las hermosas playas de arena blanca. Son tan blancos que parece nieve a la luz de la luna. Navarre Beach tiene muy poco comercialismo, pero todavía hay muchas actividades disponibles. Juana Pagoda's es el restaurante local con comida maravillosa y locales nocturnos, siempre hay algo que hacer allí. Voleibol de playa, esquí acuático, vela, alquiler de motos, alquiler de kayak, bandas locales, etc. Lo nombras y generalmente está disponible. También hay un gran parque infantil en la playa de Navarra. A los niños les encantará. National Seashore linda con la playa de Navarra hacia el oeste y no encontrarás un camino más hermoso. No se comercializa en absoluto en National Seashore, solo tú y las hermosas playas. El complejo tiene un muelle de pesca privado para el pescador de la familia. También es un gran lugar para disfrutar de esas impresionantes puestas de sol sobre el sonido de Santa Rosa. ¡¡¡Espectacular!!! La playa privada es ideal para adultos y pequeños. ¡Definitivamente es el sueño de un navegante y amante de la playa! Puede ser un ambiente muy romántico por decir lo menos. Este es un complejo tranquilo y orientado a la familia que es muy seguro para el viajero individual o para los padres solteros también. Navarra es conocida como el "secreto mejor guardado de Florida" y si lo visita verá por qué. Hay varios invitados que vuelven año tras año para disfrutar de la tranquila belleza de Navarra. ¡No te decepcionará!

Wonderful property and location

We loved our stay in this property. The property owner Joe was very communicative and answered any questions I had. The condo was in a wonderful location. Navarre has quickly become our favorite beach weve ever visited. Plenty on beachfront access, it wasn't crowded and plenty of things to do within a 30 minute drive. We will be staying here again.

Father/son fishing trip

Me and my son stayed at this condo for the first time on our fishing trip. The condo was very nice in a quiet area and we loved the location. We will be back for future trips/ vacations.

Wonderful Studio Condo!!!

We have stayed at numerous units in this condo, and this one is definitely one of the best! It is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, even with some beach items. The shower was awesome, endless hot water! I’m not sure why everyone commented about the shower and couldn’t figure it out. The plumber accidentally reversed the hot and cold water lines, so hot is cold and cold is hot. There were a few comments about people not being able to figure out the shower, so I wanted to clear that up. The shower is awesome and has tankless water heater! We love this place because of the great location. You are right on the Sound and have a great pier, pavilion with charcoal grills, outside shower and faucets to rinse the sand and salt off, elevators, carts to help move all your luggage, pool, and it’s an easy walk to the best and last public beach access. The parking lot seemed a lot more full on this stay compared to previous stays. People are renting golf carts from Sage, and that is taking up some extra spots. The awesome field that was next door to the condos is sadly being built on right now. There is construction noise that started around 7am and they worked all 7 days. They were working on the roads. Soon the construction of the houses will begin. Just be aware of that, wasn’t a problem for us, but there is going to be construction noise for the next year probably. Navarre Beach is definitely getting busier, but it is still the perfect spot!!! Enjoy this beautiful condo!

Site excellent. Beautiful location. Quiet,less busy. This condo:Recliners,very uncomfortable.,and dated..Overall furnishings ok.Closet,consider cluttered, with a hint of nonexistent storage. Hanging of clothes, good luckPests were a problem.(Roaches). First night, light on,3/4 Roach(Live),on counter.Killed (Roaches)for our stay of 14 days.We find (No) dead Bugs. We decide then and there, to put any Food Stuffs in the Fridge. We cleaned the countertops throughout the day..Trash was taken out everyday..HVAC Filter I checked before we left, and We took pics..Completely covered in Filth. Electrical outlets need Cking. One known (dead) GFCI, kitchen area.Bathroom receptacle (problem), could not use a curling iron,and blow dryer, at same time..Kicked breaker..Overall, these Owners & VRBO, did us no wrong..But our concern is this.We don’t have Roaches in our own home We don’t want to take any back with us,when we stay somewhere..If this creates hard feelings towards us,so be it.That’s on you. We Love All Humankind.. PS: We use VRBO, quite often, for our travels ..Our first encounter like this.. Tim & Susan V.

I wish you would have notified me of the issue with the insects, we have a maintenance man available for these issues, it is Florida, and the HOA provides this service as part of our maintenance agreement.

We loved our stay. The condo was just as described, had beautiful views and was located in a nice area with the Gulf within walking distance and the sound just out the door.

Beautiful views and close to the beach

We had a great stay. Coming to Navarre for the first time, we did not know the layout of the island. Turns out, the location of our place was perfect: close to the National Seashore, close to beaches. The condo was quiet and well taken care of. All the essentials you would need were there; even beach chairs for our use. The view could not be beat-- sunsets over the bay were breathtakingly beautiful. On our last morning, we saw a Bald Eagle outside our window fishing at the beach of the bay. We had a great stay and are thinking about returning to Navarre with our whole family!

Wonderful location

Great location! So close to the beach! Joe is wonderful to work with. We appreciate all of the restaurant suggestions! None of them disappointed!!! Also the welcome basket was so sweet. Our only issue, which is a personal preference, is the mattress was a little too firm for us. We appreciate all of the beach items. The cart made everything so handy! We will definitely come back to Navarre Beach! Such a great place to relax and unwind!

A small gem

The VRBO Website and residential owner had different times as far as check in. The owner made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. When the code to enter the residence did not work, the owner was spot on with giving me a code to gain access during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness of the residence and location were great. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Such a cute quiet place!

We loved our stay. My husband and I went for an anniversary trip. The condo is great for a couple who is looking for relaxation. Short drive to the beach which was perfect. Only thing we wish we could have done was controlled the temp in our room ourselves. But we will for sure be back!
