Thank you for your review. I would like to know more about what wasn't accurate though. We have never had that feedback. And also wasn't accurate about directions. Our directs are in depth with step by step directions on how to get to the complex and which unit is ours. Again feedback we have never received. Please keep in mind in the future as a guest, contact your host with any issues you have DURING your stay so that they can be addressed promptly. Having these things in the feedback after, doesn't allow for us to fix things that you may feel are going to make your stay complete.

Check in was fine but the condo unit itself is lacking maintenance and upkeep. The glazing is popped off the floor tile in at least 100 spots making the floor look perpetually dirty. The baseboards are filthy, walls need painted which made this unit the least desirable of any we have stayed in and we have been spending time at The Palms of Sunset Harbor for over 25 years.

Our unit is far from filthy. This is our second home and I would never put my own family in a situation where we would stay in a filthy location. We never heard once from you while on your trip that you had any concerns or issues. So it couldn't have been THAT bad. We do have goals to update different items in the unit over time, and the bathroom is all new paint and vanity. Paint in the living room and bedroom are also new. We wish you safe travels and glad you enjoy Navarre Beach so much.

The Place was clean, functional, and comfortable. Of course in a ground floor condo, you'll have overhead neighbors. The pier and sound were super fun, bbq grills were clean and serviceable. Pool water was clean and relaxing. Environment was neighborly. Would like to book place again soon.

Fantastic Location, Great Communication

The property is very well located and nicely furnished for a fun getaway after Navarre Beach, or Opal Beach, or a beach road drive to Pensacola. Stayed there over a holiday weekend with the family and everyone loved the convenience and amenities. Highly recommend if you're visiting Navarre!

Great weekend

Even though it was a quick stay. Had everything we needed. Process set up by Beth was easy and straight forward. Fishing pier is great and literally minutes from the beach.

Perfect for our family!

Beth made sure all of our questions were answered and that our stay was perfect! The condo was perfect and clean! We enjoyed having the pool right steps away from the patio. We enjoyed fishing off of the private dock just steps away also. The gulf beach was just 2 blocks away as well. The property was quiet and very well kept. We will definitely be back!

This location offers so many amenities. You will not find many places with lush green grass, an amazing pool and fishing pier right outside your door. Not to mention a KING BED and Walk out Patio!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love getting to know our renters and love building lasting friendships. We love this location as it is a quiet area, yet close to both the beach on the sound and the gulf. Not too far from the pier in town and only about a 30 min drive to Pensacola or Destin if a faster paced area is what you are looking for.

Pool just outside your slider door, lush green grass throughout property, beach on the Santa Rosa Sound and Beach on the Gulf (just two blocks away), gazebo with grills and private fishing pier.
