As we have not received previous complaints about it, we will be advising the owner so they can look into a possible upgrade to improve comfort for future guests. We also sincerely apologize for the housekeeping oversight regarding the shorts found under the bed. That certainly should not have happened, and we will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure more thorough inspections moving forward. Regarding the WiFi, it appears the issue was resolved after the router was reset during troubleshooting with our agent, as we did not receive a follow-up call afterward. However, we understand how frustrating connectivity issues can be, and we appreciate your patience while it was being addressed. Thank you again for your comments.
