Bienvenido a K1 ubicado en la Torre Norte en el primer piso (técnicamente el segundo piso, ya que tenemos un vestíbulo en la planta baja). ¡También tenemos J1 justo al lado! Perfecto para familias grandes que deseen alquilar dos condominios lado a lado. Nuestro condominio es muy amplio con 3BR y 3BA + un gran balcón. Hemos comprado todos los muebles nuevos, alfombras, obras de arte, lámparas y decoración para la sala y el comedor. Ambas camas king tienen colchones nuevos. La cocina estará completamente equipada con todas sus necesidades de comedor, horno y utensilios de cocina. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en cocina. Nuevos gabinetes de cocina blancos estilo shaker y encimeras de granito con un hermoso protector contra salpicaduras Shiplap. Todas las sábanas nuevas Condominio tiene baldosas nuevas en todas las áreas de estar y alfombras nuevas en las habitaciones. TV en la sala de estar y las 3 habitaciones. ¡Esperamos tenerte como nuestro invitado!

The resort was very nice! Great location! Beautiful condo! Barefoot landing was awesome but be sure to explore Broadway at the beach as well:) We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Owner was very easy to get in contact with. Unfortunately a pipe was leaking in the unit above ours when we checked in and the owner personally calledMe and easily helped us move into a different unit so our vacation was not interrupted. The property is gorgeous. Great views, clean, beds comfortable, pools lovely, just a minute or so walk to the beach! Close to many great restaurants and attractions! Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This is our second trip to K1 at Ocean Creak but 4th trip to Ocean Creak. We love it here and K1 is fitting for our family because of the 3 larger beds instead of the 3rd bedroom having twins… Our stay was once again just amazing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back…

Another Awesome Trip

Everything was Perfect!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony was big enough for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Beds were comfy. View was Amazing!! Our host was the Best and always is. We didn’t have any problems and would definitely rent this room again!

Ocean Creek North Tower K1

We found K1 to be the perfect accommodation for a family with atoddler. The patio fence was fully covered so that a small child could not get through. Two king beds plus a queen allowed for comfortable sleeping. We've already booked for 2024!

Another wonderful stay!

Our crew enjoyed another great vacation booked through Paradise Found! We could not have asked for a better experience...from booking through Cheryl to finding everything we needed in K1 in North Tower. Ocean Creek is our favorite place to stay and our 10-night stay in October 2022 was another example of how great it is to rent from Paradise Found. We plan to return soon!

Wonderful stay and fantastic communication

This trip is just what we needed. We loved the location of staying more north area of myrtle beach. We also LOVED that on the beach by the condo was an area on the beach that wasn’t connected so it felt like it was a little more private. Communication was excellent. I had a few questions and also some last minute changes and she was amazing and very helpful. We really liked the set up of the condo as well. Having 3 bathrooms, one connected to each bedroom was also amazing. Nothing negative to say, will stay again.

Great Beach Location

Super quiet complex, nice and close to the beach and two pools. Always lots of space at the pools and the beach was not very busy. Everything was nice in the condo, beds were okay. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach.

Great place!

It was just as advertised. We loved that it was on the first floor. No stairs or elevators to use. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience. Nice place! Would stay again in the future. Only negative was the construction work above us hammer drilling at 6 am in the above condo. Over all I give this place a 5 out of 5.

The only issue was the bath tub look old and worn.

The vacation was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed to get away and have a lovely vacation. The condo was beautiful and the location was great.

We now have a new Favorite.

This place is absolutely gorgeous just like in the pictures .The location was perfect right across the street from Barefoot landing which was definitely a plus . The condo was very functional it had everything you would need just like the comforts of your own home , the kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils it was seriously nothing else you could ask for. Cheryl and her Housekeeping team where A+ they were on top of everything and it made it so much more relaxing knowing you had no worries it was truly one of our best vacations at Myrtle . Thank you so much Cheryl you were awesome cant wait to rent from you for our next getaway.😊

Great place to stay!

Listing is just as described and pictured! I was just recommending this rental to a friend and I would absolutely stay again myself! The only con was there wasn’t enough linen.. towels, wash clothes, sheets or blankets or pillows! But that’s an easy fix just take some of your own! Other then that it’s the perfect place to stay!

AWESOME!!!!

Our family was a little skeptical celebrating Thanksgiving at the beach under the COVID conditions, though we had made the decision on Thanksgiving 2019 that we would change to the "coast" location. The condo and all of the amenities were above our expectations. We really didn't think twice about the virus scare. Of course, we followed the "3 Ws." Will definitely book with Cheryl/ParadiseFound again. Thanks for a great memory!

NICE, SIMPLE and CONVENIENT

Myrtle Beach was very nice, calm and warm this September. We liked everything about our stay at this beautiful Resort. Spent a lot of time walking, swimming and relaxing under the sun! The advertised condo pictures are very accurate. Choosing this particular condo we wanted to avoid crowd as much as possible due to Covid-19, so 1st floor (actually 2nd living floor) with no use of elevator and with parking lot across the unit was ideal. The ocean views from the balcony and living room were gorgeous. This unit has everything you need or almost everything you need while vacationing. Beds are comfortable enough but we wished to have some extra pillows especially for the master suite and some extra blankets for cool nights but unfortunately had to turn heat on . The bed sheets were wonderful quality! Not a cheap ones! The heat lamp in the master bath was a bonus! This unit is a family friendly, nothing fancy or extra just nice and simple exactly what we were looking at this time! Hope our comments will help to make this condo even more appealing! Excellent

We were seeking a 3 BR unit on a lower floor, to avoid elevators, and we were lucky to find Cheryl's K1 unit available. We were pleased with every aspect of the unit and enjoyed Ocean Creek resort as well. The location is great - it is at the end of the condo/hotel strip and south of resort the beach was gloriously open and crowd-free. Many restaurants, shops and activities are within 1-2 miles. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful.

Covid escape

This condo was the perfect location for our mini vacation/ change of scenery from Covid. If there were a lot of guests staying here, we didn’t notice except for parking at night. Parking is not a problem but that was the only way we knew there were other guests at the resort. We went to the pools and saw only one or two other families. The beach was not crowded either. As for the condo, it was perfect!! 3 large bedrooms. We were not crowded at all!! We had a everything we needed for cooking our meals. Kitchen was well supplied. Hopefully we can come back and stay longer after all this is over.
