This is a great property with a responsive owner. The location is in the heart of Park City, close to everything - the grocery story just two blocks away. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of cookware, a dishwasher and all that you need. I needed a blender and there wasn't one, so I contacted the owner and he had one on the doorstep the next day. Who does that? The beds are comfortable, lots of towels, lots of space, TVs in all rooms, and nice surroundings. The owner plans on putting in more ceiling fans, perhaps AC, which will make the heat of the summer a bit more bearable. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo is centrally located and very well stocked with everything you will need for your stay, was very handy to be walking distance to Fresh Market and Walgreens. Theres a bus stop close by and the uber drivers found us easy enough. It comfortably accommodated 7 of us.

Spring Break Ski Trip Stay
We stayed this property for our annual spring break ski trip. The property was as described in the listing. Well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed not needing to rent a car being that the condo was within walking distance of A Fresh Market, the free bus line to the mountain and Main Street, as well as a few restaurants that we we able to walk to when we did not feel like taking the bus to Main Street. This condo was basically in the middle of the canyons lift and the park city lift (slightly closer to park city lift) the bus line, making it convenient to ski both areas.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The cleanliness was exceptional, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. The host, Tim, was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we realized we needed a specific kitchen item, Tim promptly purchased and delivered it the very next day—a truly impressive level of service.The property itself was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for relaxation. The kitchen was remarkably well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like home. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation experience. Perfect Location and well stocked amenities
This was the perfect location to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and catching the free shuttle to Park City Resort. We didn’t even need a rental car. We Ubered from Salt Lake Airport to the condo and afterwards we shuttled or walked to our other destinations comfortably. The Condo is located on the second floor. The condo was stocked with laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos, and soaps. Appliances were all new. We had a family of 8 people and we stayed there comfortably. A Fresh Market Grocery store was next to the condo which was great for deli foods. Also plenty of other restaurants near by within walking distance. There’s a Keurig machine and coffee pot for coffee lovers! I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Park City!

Nice Stay
Tim’s place was comfortable for our two families of 4, including two teenage boys and two teenage girls. The boys especially enjoyed having the loft room as one privacy. I wouldn’t count on that space for young children as it is a skinny spiral staircase to get there. Beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. All eight of us fit at the kitchen table perfectly and there were plenty of dishes, pans, etc.. We were there for a ski week. We walked to the shuttle each day to get to the mountain or to Main Street in our ski boots, so it was an easy quick walk. You could even walk to or from the mountain if you wanted, it is only about a half a mile away! My husband did that in his snowboard boots once as well as the one no. Skier who was with us. It was great to have the market right there, and there is a yummy ramen place within walking. There is also Kimble Art Center, a 3 minute walk, which is worth checking out, as well as the Boneyard bar and grill and the Blind Dog sushi restaurant, also a 3 minute walk.So location was great! Tim was also very communicative and answered any questions I had promptly. It is definitely priced accordingly.

6 nights in Park City
Newly renovated apartment in *prime* Park City location. Walk to grocery store, drug store, cinema, and Starbucks in 3-5 mins. Brand new appliances, plenty of towels and blankets, comfy mattresses. Easy homeowner communication. Travel-sized shampoos/conditioners/soaps/lotions were a nice touch. Would stay again! Thank you, Tim.
