We stayed here during the Crawfish Festival and everything was as expected or better. Barbara was a great host, the cabin was clean and cute and exactly what we needed. Had dinner 2 minutes away at the Mountain Tavern - would highly recommend. Thanks!

A nice little area to stay in

Enjoyable little cabin, nice lake, close to state and national parks. We explored the area with hikes and swims and got great ice cream at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the rustic log cabin! Everything was clean, comfortable and wonderfully decorated to highlight the history of the cabin. The location was perfect for beautiful scenery and relaxing. Being able to have a fire was a bonus! Barbara was very helpful and it was a pleasure hearing about the history of the home.

Barbara was very welcoming and helpful! Her adorable cabin was perfect for a weekend away. My husband and I hiked on nearby trails and went to dinner in the cute town of Milford. We hope to be back!

Cozy and charming cabin for a family it was winter and we can’t wait to enjoy a gateway during summer as well. Close to snowboarding the fireplace was awesome all details on the walls and decoration tells you the owners care and love their place. Barbara met us after checking in she’s kind and friendly.

Historic stay

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend in this historic cabin in the woods. Privacy, Lake, nearby Animal Farm and late night outdoor fire pit made it a memorable experience.

lovely getaway!

We had a great time in this cute cabin NJ! The beds were very comfy and we very much enjoyed the fireplace. Nearby Newton was fun for Thai food and a HomeGoods trip - lovely time away!

Great Home Base

We enjoyed our stay. The lake was lovely. And it was close to lots of other things to do. It was also nice having a fire pit.
