Bienvenido a nuestra casa de playa de South Haven Brockway. Somos los orgullosos propietarios de esta perfecta casa de vacaciones en la playa. Gran diseño, tamaño, baños y comodidades para que dos familias compartan o se dividan y disfruten. Dos sofás cama aportan la capacidad de nuestro confortable hogar a 12.

Tome el sol de la mañana en el porche cubierto con pérgola. Cargue el nuevo carro de playa para la caminata rápida de dos cuadras hasta Oak Beach (sillas de playa, sombrilla, refrigerador y juguetes provistos). Después de un día de sol, nadando y arena, enjuague en la ducha al aire libre antes de cocinar en la parrilla de gas natural Weber recientemente instalada. Termine su día en el fogón de gas fácil de usar disfrutando de cócteles o smores.

El sótano terminado incluye una mesa de billar, un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con Direct TV, reproductor de DVD y un sistema de juego Wii. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca de películas y muchos juegos de mesa.

Bar completo en el primer piso para los adultos: ¡solo traiga sus bebidas favoritas! Coma en la cocina con encimeras de granito y mesa para cuatro. Comedor separado que está abierto a los asientos de la cocina 6-8. Hermoso patio con mesa de sombrilla y asientos, además de sillones. Los jardines también cuentan con un aro de baloncesto y entrada para estacionamiento fuera de la calle de hasta 4 autos.

Disfruta de todo lo que South Haven tiene para ofrecer desde nuestra ubicación tranquila y conveniente. Camina hasta Oak Beach o da un corto paseo o conduce a muchas de las otras bellas playas públicas adicionales. El centro de South Haven está aproximadamente a una milla de distancia, así que disfrute de un paseo agradable, en bicicleta o en automóvil a todos los restaurantes y tiendas.

TODAS LAS ROPAS DE CAMA SON PROPORCIONADAS. POR FAVOR TRAIGA SU PROPIO BAÑO Y TOALLAS DE PLAYA (ya que solo se proporcionan toallas de mano mínimas).

Wonderful place! Great location, house is larger than it looks in the pictures

Would definitely stay here again at this location. Home is decorated so cute. Short walk to the lake. They have so many items available for your use. I thought I was organized bringing everything I needed. What I forgot, was easily located in the cupboards, closets or drawers. Communication is top notch. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

South Haven Gem

This property deserves the 5 star rating we gave it! The owners communicated promptly and provided easy to follow check in/check out procedures. The house has everything necessary for a great vacation…..location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of games in case of rainy weather, wonderful outdoor space to enjoy any time of day, and of course all the essential items for a day at the beach. We would definitely book this house next time we vacation in South Haven!

What a great place to stay!!!!!

My 5 sisters and I stayed at the Brockway Beach House and it was everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious, close to the beach & a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was getting our large truck down the driveway to unload (a little narrow). The garbage receptacles were in the way but it was an easy fix. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful property and owner!

Once again, 117 Brockway did not disappoint! This home has everything you need and is always super clean. Jen, the owner is very nice and so easy to work with. Location is great, close to the beach but yet provides a quiet retreat. We love our time in SoHa at this wonderful home.

Great location for anything South Haven

This property is clean and excellent for just hanging at the beach (oak st. is very close) or walking to downtown (1.5 miles). Had everything we needed. Loved the upgrades like smart TVs and natural gas grill and fire pit. We’ll be back!

Perfect beach stay

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Just a short walk from the beach we were able to enjoy the sunset every night. We had 3 families combined and there was plenty of space for all of us and all the extra amenities you could ask for!

Great Location.

The house is located very closely to Oak Beach and Dyckman Beach is also nearby. We walked to downtown South Haven almost every day for some early morning exercise and loved every minute of it.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house and Jen was so easy and quick to communicate with. The house was very clean and had everything a family needs to feel at home. Our kids especially enjoyed the basement living space. The gas fire pit was really nice. Every other house we’ve stayed at we had to get a fire going and then everyone smelled like campfire. Making s’mores was infinitely easier this time. Thank you for a great place to stay while we made so many happy memories with our kids!

I love this property and the owners! This is one of my favorite homes to stay in; its so clean, perfect location; with a tremendously functional home and yard with everything you need and could want. I took my sisters and mother here to celebrate my mother’s birthday and we all loved this home. The owners are super to work with and the communication is superb.

Over the past few years we have been visiting Southwest Michigan. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful beaches and sunsets. As we learned about each town, we knew South Haven was the place for us! Our home provides a quiet, yet convenient oasis. Walk to the closest beaches, or take a short drive to explore the town and the many other beaches which make South Haven so special. We have also discovered that we love South Haven in every season. Fall, winter and spring offer no crowds while enjoying shopping, dining, Lake Michigan, orchards, cranberry harvest, wineries, biking and hiking trails, ice festivals and skating in town, day trips to Saugatauk, and so much more that we have yet to discover or learn about from our guests. It is our hope that you will find everything you need and more in our comfortable, well maintained and well equipped home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The gas fire pit in the yard is so easy to use and makes for wonderful way to wrap up each night! The easy walk to the beach can't be beat with our beach wagon and beach chairs/toys for you to enjoy. The front porch with a pergola overhead is so inviting. Plenty of room to sleep 12. 2.5 bath. Pool table and new TV in the basement. These are just a few of the many benefits of our South Haven home.
