¿Desea estar en 5 puntos y caminar desde el campus de UGA? Este es el hogar perfecto lejos de casa para fines de semana de juegos, graduación UGA o bodas. Nuestra casa de 6 bd / 4 ba es la casa perfecta para acomodar grupos grandes para cualquier evento en la hermosa ciudad de Athens, GA. Nuestra casa tiene capacidad para 13 personas en una cama, pero tiene varias áreas de estar con televisores para un amplio espacio para extenderse, incluyendo un gran patio delantero y patio trasero con un porche de pantalla. Todo lo que Five Points tiene para ofrecer está a solo una milla de nuestra puerta, incluyendo tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías y una tienda de comestibles. ¡No podemos esperar a que lo visites!

Great weekend in Athens!

Had a wonderful stay for a game day weekend in Athens. Perfect for a group that needs their own space. Plenty of areas to relax and have your own privacy. Close to Five Points and easy access to downtown. We’d absolutely recommend this home and would stay again! Katie was wonderful with communication as well.

Great House for Football Weekend

House was great, really nicely maintained and great floor plan for a large group. Far exceeded our expectations. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Nice weekend in Athens

Nice house in quiet neighborhood. Good location. Host communicates well and is very responsive. Only negatives were no closet and dresser space for storing clothes (appears to be primary residence of host - maybe this is common but others we rented were less lived in) and the photos/descriptions of the beds were different than what was actually there, which made us have to adjust sleeping arrangements a little bit.

Wonderful House for Graduation/Football Weekends!

This was the perfect place to stay for Graduation Weekend 2023. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to 5 Points and is 5-10 minutes away from anywhere on campus. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 to be together and space to take a break from said group when needed! The kitchen is well equipped to have a family dinner. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Snacks and toiletries were a lovely surprise after driving in from out of state. Katie was welcoming and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property for any football weekend and graduation. Thank you, Katie!

Welcoming Home close to UGA

Great layout so we could be together but also spread out for sleeping. Beautiful home and lots of little extras provided like coffee and condiments. The homeowner answered all my questions very timely. Easy access to downtown Athens. Great stay!

Graduation weekend perfection

Absolutely lovely home. With 3 bedrooms on main floor it was perfect for grandparents whom could not do steps. With additional 2 bedroom upstairs and one down, plenty of room for the graduate and the rest of the family. Dinning and kitchen counter accommodated all for a dinner in. Location was also perfection, close enough to campus/town to be convenient but also not in the middle of all the traffic. Host were also amazing! We were welcomed with graduation signs in yard, decor, snacks, drinks and even coffee! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and GREAT Host

This Property was a beautiful house and perfect for our group of friends. It was in a quiet part of 5 points but still only 5-8 minutes from Campus and Downtown. The Host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was OK. We hope to stay here again and to bring our kids next time, would also be perfect for a family. Highly recommend this Property and Host!! Many thanks to Katie and her family!

Great Family Weekend in Athens

We stayed here on a game day weekend with family, including grandparents and siblings of our UGA student. There was plenty of room and we were very comfortable, close to five-points (though not easy walking distance), and we enjoyed being able to invite additional family members and our daughter's friends over for a meal after a big UGA Win! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. Communication with the home owner was excellent and the host family was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.

Football Game Weekend

Our group had a great time in this spacious older home. It has been mostly redone, and is a work in progress. Katie and Russell were great to work with, and were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen was well supplied, and the grill and firepit were pluses. We would stay here again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Home with Lots of Space

My family, friends and I were in Athens for my daughter's graduation from UGA. The house had plenty of room for all of us, as well as, everything we needed for a great stay. We enjoyed sitting and having dinner on the front porch, grilling out and sitting by the fire in the backyard, card games in the dining room, etc. Katie was very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. The neighborhood was very nice, and we loved taking walks up the double hill.

Peaceful Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely and cozy house. It’s tucked far enough away from the main streets that you don’t hear crowd or traffic noise. The home is spacious and inviting and the homeowners were very accommodating!

Beautiful house, very welcoming!

We had 13 people stay in this house, and it was very comfortable for all of us. The house was beautiful, and Katie could not have been nicer! The house is a 10 min drive from Downtown Athens, and is perfect for an Athens weekend getaway. We loved our stay, and if we have a chance to come back, we will book here for sure!

Big, beautiful home in 5 Points

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Wow. The pictures on the site do not do this home justice. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room for all. Great quiet neighborhood convenient to stadium and the rest of UGA.

Loved Staying Here!

Our family stayed here for a football weekend. When we walked in we were greeted with adorable Georgia plates, cups, napkins, snacks and some cold beverages in the fridge! There was plenty of room to store our food in the fridge and a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal. Also, plenty of extra towels and toiletries which is always a plus for a big family! The neighborhood seemed safe and there was plenty of room to park cars in the driveway. The house is about a 10-15 minute ride from campus - there is also a grocery store nearby as well. The only thing we needed that was missing were lightbulbs in the bedroom lamps as we couldn’t figure out the remote controlled light fixtures. User error I’m sure. Ha! Overall, we certainly enjoyed the hospitality and will be back!

We renovated this home in 2017 to be our perfect forever home. We opt to rent for football games, weddings and graduation because we want to allow people to enjoy Athens with all the comforts of home. This remains our full-time residence, but we love hosting groups for a fun trip to Athens!
