Fantastic host and location

We stayed here with our family and the host was fantastic and very helpful. The location was great - close to everything but far enough that it was quiet. The place is nicer than the images!

Wonderful host

Host met us at the airport boat shuttle and walked us to the apartment, then was extremely helpful showing us around the place as well as provided a map with various things around Venice. Apartment was very clean, great location and had everything we needed.

2 Weeks in Venice

I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time and having one bathroom was no problem. The location was handy for all of Venice and the vaporetto stop was only a few doors away from the apartment. Late at night it was only a very short walk from either the S. Angelo or Accademia vaporetta stops. The apartment is stocked with umbrellas and carts to pull groceries back from shopping, coffee, detergent for the washing machine and such. Our host could not have been more helpful, particularly quickly answering various questions before we arrived. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Lovely apartment!

We had the privilege to stay in this lovely apartment on our short trip to Venice. It is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, modern bathroom and kitchen and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Super cute balcony covered with a grape arbor for having a glass of wine in the evening overlooking a quiet Calle. The street in front was quiet with local shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of many popular attractions, too. Serena texted me with instructions to get to the area from the airport and met us at the vaporetto dock for the short walk to the apartment. I would love to stay there again!

Spacious apartment in quiet but convenient central location.

This is spacious 2 bedroom flat one minute from the San Samuele vaperetto stop where we were met and shown to the apartment. The apartment is well furnished and eqipped. It is 3 minutes to Campo San Stefano with a range of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Most amazing place

My friends and I loved our stay here it was close to everything and the apartment is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We were in awe and had an amazing stay!!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral ( Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkauf), die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ruhig, nur für den „Hobbykoch“ ist das Inventar etwas dürftig.

Great apartment near it all in Venice

We spent 4 nights at this wonderful well located apartment, a few steps from the S. Samuele vaparetto stop. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and well equiped (dishwasher, washer, air conditioning, etc.) Serena our host was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries.

Lovely house in a great area

Large, comfortable, clean, with a great little balcony for morning coffee, tea. Also it's location is very convenient to everything in Venice. We are a family of 4 and we all really enjoyed this place to stay.

Appartamento ampio, ottima posizione si raggiunge in 15 minuti sia Piazza San Marco, Teatro La Fenice e Ponte Rialto, vicino al Ponte dell'Accademia. Vicino a vari ristoranti e bar, in una zona tranquilla dove si trovano anche dei negozi e Gallerie d'Arte particolari. Proprietaria molto gentile e precisa. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.

Beautiful stay in Venice

Serena waited for us at the vaparetto stop, we were delayed and got there 11/2 hours later than anticipated. She was warm and friendly and walked with us to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea. There were plenty of dishes and cookware too! The living room and master bedroom are spacious, the second bedroom is comfortable. All beds were quite comfortable. There is a lovely balcony. Having coffee out there in the morning made us feel as though we were true Venetians The location was perfect. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go with little hassle. We really enjoyed the quiet small osterias nestled along all the streets.

Lovely, Convenient, Spacious!!!

We visited Venice in April and discovered this is the best time of the year to visit this spectacular city!! We found this fabulous apartment on VRBO and we were not disappointed. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and there were options for pillows, extra blankets and plenty of storage so we did not have to live out of our suitcases. The bathroom is sparkling clean and everything works well. The shower is a bit tight but functional and not out of the ordinary for a European bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and very functional. The sofas in the living room are comfortable and both are fold out beds. We spent most of our time outside on the gorgeous terrace!! Someone came in to clean during our stay and did a great job. The whole apartment is very clean, very comfortable and very Venetian!!! The location was a few short steps to the San Samuela water bus stop and very near several shops, a grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment. We have no complaints or regrets regarding renting this fabulous apartment. Serena was very responsive to our communications prior to our stay and she made our check in very convenient for us. And we absolutely fell in love with Venice!!

Quiet and comfortable

Serena was great. We got in at the same time as another of her guests so she sent her assistant to meet us at the water taxi stop. There was a closer stop than the one she told us to get off on, but we think it was a timing issue. Not a huge deal but we were surprised to find a much closer stop the following day. Serena showed us around the apartment, went over some suggestions on the map, allowed us to check in much earlier than the time specified and we were able to leave our luggage at the door the day of departure so we could enjoy our last day in venice not lugging our luggage around. We loved the location, it was quiet and quaint and close to water taxi stop. Less than 10 min walk to St. Marks Square and a short walk to many restaurants, outdoor cafes, etc. We loved Venice! The apartment was perfect for what we were needing. We were never there except to sleep and shower. We never used the upstairs (kitchen/living room), we were always on the go. The location was great, far enough away to feel like you weren't a tourist, but close enough to do all the tourist things.

Beautiful and close to everything

Feels like home!

Our stay was amazing at the apartment from the minute we arrived off the boat to the minute we left! We especially enjoyed the terrace, which was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for starting the day with coffee! We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves returning to Venice!

Perfect for our stay in Venice!

Serena met us at the water taxi and took us directly to the apartment. She showed us the ropes and gave us directions to all of our planned destinations. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Plenty of space. Nice little balcony. King bed, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement - aber nichts für ältere Leute

Das Appartement ist ein sehr angenehmes und ruhiges Zuhause. Es erstreckt sich auf drei Etagen was es aber genau deshalb so perfekt macht. Das wohnen ist vom eigentlichen Schlafen getreten. Die Stiegen sind schmal und steil also richtig Venezianisch. Die Vermieterin und ihre Helfer sind sehr sehr hilfsbereit und die guten Seelen des Hauses - sie kommen aber nur auf Verlangen. Alles in Allem ein sehr ruhiges und empfehlenswertes Appartement das wir sicherlich wieder mieten würden.

Great apartment, plenty of room, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Venice!

Serena was wonderful! Quick to respond to questions pre-arrival and also on day of arrival, as our train was delayed. There were no problems at all during the rental, but I have no doubt that she would've been readily available. The apartment is in a quiet location in the center of Venice, very close to everything yet just enough off the beaten path to get a break from the crowds. From the main entrance, you walk up a set of stairs to the floor with the 2 bedrooms and the full bath. From there, up another flight of stairs to the living room, kitchen and small balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We shopped in the Rialto market one morning, then cooked dinner in that night, a fun time! The overall experience with this apartment and host was great, and would definitely stay here again!
