Ven a quedarte en Butterfly Villa! Esta atractiva y completamente actualizada casa de 2 recámaras 1. 5 baños se encuentra cerca de la playa, el pueblo y el muelle. Cerca de un gran parque público con canchas de tenis, baloncesto y tejo, campos de béisbol y un parque infantil. En la planta baja hay medio baño fuera del vestíbulo y una luminosa cocina moderna totalmente equipada con un mostrador que da al comedor y la sala de estar. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana y una puerta trasera a un patio privado. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y televisión. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. Un baño completo modernizado sirve a las dos habitaciones. Lavadora / secadora, acceso a internet, piscina comunitaria. Ocupación seis (6)

St Simon sunshine

Perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. The back patio was sunny and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. The pool was clean and convenient for relaxing by in the afternoon sun. A short golf cart ride to town/pier.

Highly recommend it and we will definitely want to rent again.

A Very Nice Southern 10-week Getaway

It is difficult to get any closer to downtown SSI than that. Visitors' do not need a car if you have a golf car to drive around. Hint: Call the local property management "Real Escapes Properties" direct.

Fun near the beach

The condo is very nice and clean. It can fit five adults comfortably. More than that would be a tight fit. The location is close to the beach and main steeet approximately a 15-minute walk. The drive to the public beach is very short about 8 minutes. It was nice having the pool right outside the front door. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

We cooked all our meals There due to pandemic decided was safer. The pool was right in front of the condo, well located close to everything, even the beach. The only thing we were missing was a better cable tv since there was not even one child friendly program, and Poor tv selection. Rental company should suggest guess to take their iphods and dvd movies since there’s a DVD player in the condo. Other than that our experience was great! Quiet neighbors, clean, and even a friendly cat visited everyday, my kids loved that!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the Coronavirus we stayed 16 days of the month we reserved. This is the second year we rented this unit. We had some issues with the rental this year: additional vacuuming required, furniture in living room in poor shape needs replacing, ice bin badly cracked didn't work to hold ice. Reported early in our stay but not fixed by the time we left.
