3 habitaciones, 1 baño, 950 pies cuadrados, capacidad para 7 personas, frente al este frente al lago Cottage con cubierta frontal.

Casa de campo recientemente renovada con sala de estar, cocina con desayunador y habitación doble en el primer nivel. Dormitorio de la reina y segundo dormitorio con literas y cama individual en la misma habitación y baño completo en el segundo piso. Balcón interior en el segundo piso mira hacia abajo en la sala de estar. Ropa de cama y toallas, acceso a lavadora y secadora.

El agua de la casa es del lago con filtración mínima.

La cabaña es accesible en barco solamente. El lanzamiento de botes está disponible en varios lugares, a 19 millas de la bahía (Union Landing) a varias millas de distancia, con estacionamiento para carros y remolques de botes. Muelle público disponible solo para atraque diurno. Una rampa de lanzamiento también está disponible al final de Long Island Road, el estacionamiento aquí es en carretera y muy limitado, hay un muelle público con disponibilidad muy limitada. Los barcos de alquiler están disponibles en la Marina local, con información de contacto que podemos proporcionar como parte del proceso de reserva.

Had an amazing week-long getaway here with my husband and our dog. The island property is perfectly located with easy access to the dock, which made for a nice week of boating and fishing. It was such a peaceful, relaxing escape, and the home had everything we needed. A highlight was spotting a group of deer right in the backyard during our stay. Greg was incredibly welcoming and accommodating in our communication and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. He was even so thoughtful about other dogs in the area while our pup was with us recovering from leg surgery. We would definitely love to return!

Beautiful vintage lakeside cottage but with all the modern amenities. Very well stocked kitchen, soft bed linens, loads of towels.We swam every day, used the kayaks, best of all was lounging on the porch. We had a perfect relaxed vacation!!

Amazing Getaway!

Our family had an amazing 4 nights at 26 Little Bear Island. Even before we stepped foot on the property, Greg was so great at answering any questions very quickly and accommodating to any changes that we needed to make such as adding on an extra night and a last minute need to add our pups! The house was clean and had anything you would need for cooking. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board, we couldn’t get them out of the water some days! We were greeted by Mr. Barsanti’s sister at check in and she made us feel welcome right away. We cannot wait to book next year.

Once again, couldn’t ask for a better stay, so peaceful and such a kind, helpful host. Coming to the house has such a comfortable, relaxing feeling. Wonderful September stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Little Bear Island the first week in September. It was a truly great stay. We enjoyed the house and being able to spend time on the water. The communication before and during our stay was excellent and the guidance on how to navigate to the island dock was so appreciated. We rented a boat from Trexler's Marina and they also provided excellent and responsive service. Our family, including kids were so grateful for the chance to spend a week on this island and to be on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Awesome trip!

We loved staying in this cabin on Little Bear Island - Location and view were stellar! Enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The neighbors were super nice too. Great experience overall!

Relaxing, well appointed getaway!

We loved our stay on Little Bear. We were very pleased with the location, as it's in a calmer part of the lake. Less traffic, far less wake at the dock than other properties we've stayed at. We felt right at home with the property, very well appointed. Nice not having to boat your trash out or bring bottled water. Dock has bumpers in all the right spots. Just pull up and cleat up. It's the little things like this that pay dividends when you're on an island. Place was clean, excellent wifi, plenty of the things you may forgotten back at home were already in place. Greg is very responsive, and truly wants his customers to enjoy their stay. Super happy about our time on the lake.

Peaceful and Enjoyable Getaway

This home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and more. My husband and two boys (ages 8 and 10) enjoyed fishing and kayaking, while I soaked up the gorgeous sunrises and swam in the lake. It’s the perfect location with so much to do in the area from hiking trails with waterfalls to nice beach spots on the lake. The owners are wonderful people who were more than accommodating with any questions and concerns we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Overall fantastic experience, great host/family, beautiful and clean home.

Just a great stay, can’t say enough about the host, house and property, well kept, great dock for the boat, this property is the definition of a vacation home. Everything you need is there, the host goes above and beyond to make sure the guest are happy. The area on the island is beautiful with great views. Nothing at all negative to say about the host and property. Had such a relaxing and great time with just me and my 18 yr old son, great fishing as well. Thanks again the the host.

The best place to stay on the lake!!!

We absolutely love staying on Little Bear Island! As avid boaters, it is such a unique experience to be able to stay on an island (and something we'd never be able to afford otherwise!!)!!! This property is perfect for our low-key and relaxing family weekend. The owners are such fantastic people and make you feel like family when you're there! The property is lovely and has everything we could ask for. We look forward to many more Memorial Day weekends on Little Bear!!!

Very good, relaxing

I've done the island thing on Winni many times before so I had a good idea what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed. It was all very relaxing, clean, very nice place. For some reason we thought there was a washer/dryer, when I went back to the listing I didn't see it so I guess I was confused. But I would definitely suggest they be added. Tracking down and using a laundromat is a real detriment when you're on an island and on vacation and I'd rather do a small wash on wednesday than bring more out with me. Just a suggestion, like I said, it was a good relaxing time.

Family lake vacation

The home was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The views were awesome...we caught a couple sunrises which were beautiful. We used the kyacks and the canoe...fished from the dock. The home had everything we needed for a family of 6. We rented a boat from Trexlers Marina which worked out pretty well. I'd recommend renting from a nearby marina as you'll need your car from time to time for day trips/grocery shopping...a nearby marina will simplify island logistics. The lake is huge and the open water areas can get rough-we rented a 21 foot boat and I wouldn't have wanted anything smaller. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive and really went above and beyond. I left a life jacket behind that belonged to the marina and the hosts returned it for us...How nice!

Leclair Family Summer 2023 Vacation

The perfect spot for our family! Two teen boys and two large dogs, us and even a friend joined us one night. Plenty of room - we grilled, cooked dinners, did WFH - my husband took a zoom meeting video on and NO issues. Kids used the kayaks, canoe, paddle board, streamed TV, hooked up their switch. The family was wonderful to deal with, good communication and good conversation. We would recommend anyone rent this place - just not when WE want to come back again ;) Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect getaway!

Little Bear Island and it’s inhabitants were welcoming and despite the poor weather, we had a fantastic time taking advantage of the gorgeous views and nature. We will surely return!!

Perfect island getaway

Comfortable home, fully appointed for family/boat life on the lake. Great location! The owners/next door neighbor were very welcoming and make you feel like a part of the family.

Wonderful Stat at Little Bear Island

My wife and I returned to this island this last week after first staying there 20 years ago. Greg's home is perfectly quaint and cozy and had everything we needed for a great week. Greg was helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had and the home was appointed nicely and just what you picture when you think of a cottage in this part of the country. As you do need to rent a boat for the week to get back and forth from the island, I highly recommend Trexler's Marina which is an easy 15-20 min boat ride from the house. Their price was the most competitive I found and it's run by a kind family that has owned the marina for years. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and I could not recommend Greg's place any more!

Best Rental!

It was wonderful staying at this cottage on Little Bear Island! The cottage was lovely and the owners were very accommodating and super friendly! We also had plenty of room for our 26ft boat! We highly recommend this place and will most likely return!

Great lake front home

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. It is a beautiful part of the lake, and the home had everything we needed. Check-in and communication was great. We brought our two dogs, and they really enjoyed the large front deck and boat dock. Nice way to wrap up the summer.
