First time to Shelbyville for me not for my boyfriend. He used to come when he was little. The place was everything and more. Cute, quiet, clean! Host was very nice even though I never met her face to face! I hope nobody finds this place so the prices don’t increase and I can book again! 💜

Perfect weekend getaway!

Had a girls weekend with my daughters and this was a perfect space! Clean, comfortable and well supplied. Close to Lake Shelbyville for water fun with lots of other activities nearby to keep us occupied. Wish we would have brought our fishing poles for the pond!

Another Great Stay

Clean, comfortable, and private. This is the second cabin we have stayed in managed by Vicky and we couldn`t have had a better stay. We'll be back in the spring and multiple times for next years boating season.

Fabulous thanks & We’ll Be Back!

I appreciate that the photos represent the homes where we stayed (one is Little House and the other is the double wide trailer). For a family reunion in Pana it was a perfect place to stay. The only thing is that we never had time to go fishing. There are two ponds in this lovely verdant place. The decks are great place to hang out as well. So this is why we must come back! The hosts made everything easy for us and that always makes for a trip wonderful. Definitely will come back. Thanks again!

Great quiet weekend away

My husband and I were looking for a place that was quiet, close to fishing, allowed us to grill and just have a weekend without many distractions. That is exactly what we got. We slept in, fished at the pond right outside our door, grilled our dinners and relaxed. Perfect recharge weekend.

This was the perfect place for us to spend a weekend fishing getaway. It’s very quiet & clean, & the pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. It’s about 15 minutes from Lithia marina.

Country Bliss, Exceptionally priced, great service!!

Stayed two nights ! The property was exceptionally clean. The check was so easy . The owners were Salt of the earth good people and the home had everything we needed and then some. It also has two fishing ponds stocked which the children used. We chose this home as we were taking our boat on lake Shelby. The property had a great place to put our boat at night and we could not have asked for more. Would give this property and the owners a Five out of Five! Thanks and we will be back for sure !

Just perfect

We stayed here for a family reunion. It’s out in the country, which is what we wanted. The minute we drove in the driveway, there was a sense of being home. The home itself is so charming and warm, spotless with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of sitting room for the whole family and the two roll away beds really came in handy. For warmer weather, there is a fire pit out back and lawn chairs or you can just sit on the deck, sip your tea and keep an eye on the bbq grill. There is plenty of room for the kiddos to run and play and even a pond for fishing! The only thing to keep it from being perfect was no recliner but Vicky said she planned to get some foot stools. Problem solved! Perfection! We were late arriving and the weather was bad, so Vicky called me to make sure we were ok. She is so considerate and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

Teresa, Mark and Vicky (Teresa and Vicky are sisters) purchased this little home in 2014. Mark and Vicky have a farm drainage business, an excavation business, a soil testing lab, a seed sales business, a trucking company, and they farm and raise cattle. They also live in this neighborhood. Vicky has lived in this mile for her whole life. Teresa and Vicky grew up on their family farm just 3/4 of a mile down the road. Teresa lives in Sallisaw Oklahoma in the woods in the country with Ron, their dogs Flinty and Rosie, and their cat Mouw. Teresa works in a CPA office. Teresa and Ron love to garden and are MASTERS at it! They all take pride in this quiet little neighborhood and would love for you to experience it!
