The room was very clean and had new bathroom fixtures. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the free parking. The views of diamond head were great. We could hear a bit of noise from the pool but it wasn’t too bad

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The included parking was a huge bonus and saved us quite a bit of money. The location was fantastic—so close to the beach! We also loved having a pool and three hot tubs available to enjoy. The beds were VERY comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after busy days.The only minor thing to note is that you may want to plan on purchasing extra paper towels and toilet paper, but that was a very small thing compared to all the positives. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This condominium was spotless, well -maintained, and nicely stocked. It is the perfect size for two people. The bed was very comfy. The building itself was well-maintained. The pool and hot tubs are very clean. The grill area is so nice. There is a convenience store and coffee shop rightin the lobby. You are within walking distance of so many things but the parking pass makes is possible to wander all over the island and not fret over the cost of parking. Thus is a big deal! This is the perfect place to stay in Ohau, especially for first time visitors. Highly recommend .

It was a great time spent here in Waikiki! Dr. Tyson was a great host and very friendly and helpful whenever we needed. The room was very clean and spacious, it was perfect for our 3 person girls trip. Would stay here again!

After having to change vacation plans at the last minute due to wildfires in the PNW, we threw together our trip in only 2 days. We saw the description to this condo, and, at a quick glimpse, it seemed like it would definitely meet our needs. It more than met our needs. We were very pleasantly surprised by the unit. The location was amazing!!!! It was only one (long) block from the beach and was right on the edge of the action of Waikiki. The glitz, glam, restaurants, music, people watching was within walking distance. The park, zoo, Diamond Head, and more was just a few minutes drive away. And a parking pass was included with our stay. That in itself was a huge bonus!! We would definitely stay here again, and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

We loved the location. It was steps away from the beach. The location was also less busy vs being more north on the beach. The parking space was a gem as we had a car and spent a lot of time exploring the island. I would stay here again and would recommend!

The host was helpful and quick to reply! We had a little snafu with the parking pass but all was resolved quickly and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make basic meals and the location provided easy access to the freeway by car or Waikīkī by foot.

This was our second time staying at Dr. Tyson’s unit and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was fantastic—just a short distance from Waikiki Beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.The host was exceptional: responsive, attentive, and always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii. We had a great stay, place had everything we needed. The air conditioner made some noise throughout the night but we would stay here again! Host was responsive and information provided was clear. Wish the pool area wasn’t under construction though!

This apartment was well stocked with cookware and some beach equipment(chairs, umbrella, boogie board and snorkel equipment). The AC worked fine. The doors between the rooms were not very tight but they did separate the rooms to some extent. The light for the bathroom was in the master bedroom which was a little bit of an odd choice. There was a vacuum cleaner which was nice. It would have been nice if there were kitchen towels but otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked for a VRBO. They had more than just four plates four sporks four spoons. It had a full set of pretty much everything for six to eight people which was really nice for not having to do dishes all the time. We actually didn't see any bugs at all while we were there which was surprising and pretty great for Hawaii. We liked the Lanai but it got Sunny very quickly. The new playground is much smaller than the old one, but while also smaller then the old pool the new pool was pretty nice and they upgraded to three hot tubs which was nice. They added a basketball court and many out door tables/ bbq pits. The elevators are still pretty slow at peak times but they mostly worked. Overall a really good trip and a nice place to stay close to the beach with the free parking as a huge benefit.

This was the perfect location! A quick 5 min walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. The free parking was imperative and easily saved us close to a thousand dollars. But I have to say, the host was the best we’ve ever experienced, even with him being in a time zone with a 5 hour difference. His kindness and responsiveness stood out from the crowd. We were there for the first round of insane storms, but felt safe in the building. We had to do 3 emergency evacuations in one day, and the building handled it well. It was a surprise that the pool and hot tub were being updated and were unusable. Nonetheless, we will definitely book again next time and look forward to using the newer amenities. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering it!

The condo was great. Two suggestions: in the welcome packet that is sent before the stay it would be nice to include instructions on how the door lock works. The seconded you probably already know but the AC unit above the bed is making noise. These are just two observations but do not change my opinion of the condo. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This was the perfect vacation condo we have ever stayed during a holiday. It was cute and cozy. The color theme was perfect and it just makes you feel like you’re staying a beach house type of feel. The kitchen was equipped with an abundance of big and small appliances if you choose to cook during your stay. It was well stocked with plenty of dinning ware and cookware. There is a laundry room on the same floor down the hall with 1 washer & dryer each. This has been a life saver traveling a long period of time from out of state. It helps me to pack light and lighten up my luggage weight considering every airline charges for bags now unless you have their credit cards. The condo is conveniently 2 blocks away from the popular Waikiki Beach and less than half a mile away from International Marketplace and Waikiki Food Hall. The communication with Dr. Tyson before, during, and after our trip has been the best experience ever. There was a slight incident where the cleaning lady came in a day early the day before we’re supposed to check out but I contacted Dr. Tyson right away. He responded within 30 mins or so and was very apologetic. This was 100 percent an honest mistake due to the time difference of where he was thinking we checked out. I can’t wait for the 6th floor pool deck to open back up next summer, it would’ve made the stay even better but that’s no way at all Dr. Tyson’s fault. I will 1000% recommend this vacation condo! If I could rate it here 1000/10 I would! Mahalo!

Amazing location and great price! This was a perfect choice for me and my two friends to celebrate one of our 40th birthdays. The building was appropriately quiet and very close to Waikiki and all the tourist hot spots but also close to Kuhio beach if you wanted a more chill environment. The free parking was a huge perk and very easy to find parking.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Much roomier than a hotel room with a great pool and so close to the action in Waikiki! The host was communicative and included a parking pass! I would 1000% stay here again as this is fantastic value for money and very comfortable!

I absolutely loved the beauty, history and beach location in Waikiki. The beach, food and shopping are world-class. So I bought the home after very careful consideration. You can see rainbows and Diamondhead from th balcony and romantic views at night too!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have renovated the apartment, added a new AC, Japanese toilet, have a crib, 2 queen beds and a 2 person pull out sofa. Brand new recreation deck aril 20th with pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, Barbeques and kids playground. There is a tunnel/indoor mall from the Marriott next door all the way to the beach at the end of the block! There is a special code given to each for the door (and I can lock and unlock it for you), and in house free parking.
