Esta es una cabaña de lujo nueva y espaciosa de 2.400 pies cuadrados en el popular desarrollo Timber Creek Trails South, cerca del lago Broken Bow y del parque estatal Beavers Bend. Esta hermosa cabaña de estilo Cape Cod azul y blanco, construida en una ladera, está rodeada por los hermosos pinos y frondosos bosques de Ouachita National Forest. Los amigos, la familia y los niños seguramente disfrutarán de todo el espacio disponible para el entretenimiento en el interior y las actividades al aire libre.

La cocina tiene electrodomésticos modernos con estufa de vidrio y horno, microondas, lavaplatos, refrigerador uno al lado del otro y lavamanos grande.  Una gran mesa con capacidad para 8 se sienta cerca. También hay asientos en la isla del bar para 4 personas.

La sala de estar contigua tiene muchos asientos que miran desde el suelo hasta el techo las ventanas que dan a la terraza posterior y al patio.  Hay un HDTV de 55 "montado en la sala de estar. La cabina tiene Dish Network (PPV no disponible).  Una chimenea de mechero con quema de gas tiene un interruptor de encendido / apagado fácil.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size envuelta en sábanas de lujo.  Un HDTV de 43 "con Dish Network está montado en la pared.  El baño privado adjunto tiene una cabina de ducha con azulejos con cabezal de ducha de lluvia y tocador doble.

Un segundo dormitorio en la planta baja también tiene una cama king size envuelta en sábanas de lujo. Un HDTV de 43 "con Dish Network está montado en la pared.   Esta habitación comparte un baño con la sala de estar principal. Hay una entrada privada al baño desde el dormitorio que se puede asegurar.  Este baño tiene un combo de bañera / ducha y un tocador individual.

Una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar se encuentra en el pasillo.

Subiendo las escaleras hay un gran espacio de reunión con asientos seccionales.  En este espacio hay una televisión de alta definición de 50 "con Dish Network, una mesa Air Hockey y una mesa de futbolín. Hay dos dormitorios arriba.  El primero tiene una cama king size, televisor de alta definición de 32 "con Dish Network y un baño privado. El baño tiene una ducha con azulejos y un tocador individual.  El segundo dormitorio tiene literas con un colchón de tamaño completo.  Hay un baño privado con cabina de ducha con azulejos y tocador individual.

Los asientos conversacionales de la parte trasera de la plataforma ofrecen mucho espacio para reunirse alrededor de la chimenea a gas con un interruptor fácil de usar.  Un HDTV de 50 "con Dish Network está montado sobre el hogar.  Una mesa de comedor se encuentra cerca con capacidad para 8 personas.  Hay una parrilla para cocinar en la terraza con propano.  Una bañera de hidromasaje para seis personas se sienta en una alcoba de la cubierta.

Perfect for multi family getaway

This cabin was perfect for our Mardi Gras break! We traveled with another family and we had more than enough room for both families. The kids loved the backyard and all the things to do. It was perfectly stocked with all the things we needed. And Sara and Stephen are awesome hosts!

Perfect Hochatown Getaway!

This is by far one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Sara and Stephen are wonderful hosts- responsive, helpful, and so thoughtful about every detail a guest might need. Our kids had an absolute blast between the games, the play structure, and zip line! We’ll definitely be bookmarking this spot for our next trip to Hochatown!

Multi-Family Vacation

We stayed at the Americana for a long weekend vacation with 2 other families. This cabin is great! It has everything you can think of for a perfect vacation. Place was very clean upon arrival. The loft with the arcade and games was very popular with our teenager kids (and parents too!). We enjoyed the open living room, which was great for family games and movie night. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 people. The backyard is awesome! we enjoyed the hot tub and the younger kids had fun at the zip line. We wish we could have enjoyed the hammocks and back deck more, but it rained the whole time we were there! The roads leading to the cabin are a bit rough, but it is all part of the adventure. Kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed for cooking family meals, including the outdoor grille. Stephen and Sara are top notch hosts and did an excellent job of communicating all the details before and during our stay. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. As for activities in town, we were lucky that it cleared out just on time for us to rent a boat and enjoy some time at the lake. We also managed to do some hiking, shopping; and of course, smores the last night we were there when the rain finally stopped. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely recommend this cabin!

The perfect setting, inside and out!

The Americana was the perfect getaway for our family to step back and relax both in and out of the cabin. This home may be one of the best set-ups we’ve stayed at in terms of having enough comfortable beds, dinner table space, and outdoor furniture/ activities. With enough rooms for our four couples and a bunk room in the loft, this is a home our family can continue to grow into. Stephen and Sara have captured family time in their home, and they were truly the best hosts- so quick to respond and take care of any concerns we had as well as friendly and full of helpful information about the area. We would definitely stay with them again!

Absolutely Amazing Place!

Lisa, sorry we weren't able to provide you a 5 star experience. We do appreciate your feedback and will incorporate suggestions to improve our guests experience. Our Cabin is at the top of the hill and is close to the highway, but it is separated by trees and there is no direct access to the highway which does allow a private area. There are nearby cabins across from the front of the cabin, but this cabin is actually much more secluded than many of the cabins in Hochatown. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to having you back to experience Seaesta and the improvements we are looking to make.

Christmas Getaway

Great location and well stocked. Owner responded quickly to any questions. My in laws enjoyed our two night stay. The teenagers of our group enjoyed the upstairs area and fire pit.

Great stay at the Americana

Really enjoyed our stay at the Americana. Everything was great from beginning to end. Very roomy with a large table for us to eat and play games. Plenty of bedroom/bath space and the upper floor was great for our kids to hang out. Location was close to Hochatown and the lake so very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway!

This cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners were quick and responsive. The outside area was a little tricky for toddlers (no fault to the owners-just built on a hill with lots of rocks make for painful falls for littles) we all really appreciated our stay.

Great Family Home

This home is amazing with all the furnishings to accommodate our large family!! We each had our own space and we’re still able to spend quality time together! Hosts respond immediately to any questions we had! Definitely recommend this house!

Our family loves the Broken Bow area and more specifically the community of Hochatown and all the unique offerings it provides. We frequented Broken Bow many times since we moved South from Michigan about 10 years ago. One thing we missed when living in the big city and congestion was a place to relax and get away from everything, after many Spring Breaks and a Thanksgiving break we decided we wanted to put down more roots in the beautiful relaxing area and we made the decision to be part of Hochatown. Since owning a cabin, we have come to love our times away together as family and make memories, but we find equally the same amount of joy in hosting others (especially families) where we can play a part in making memories for our visitors as well.
