The apartment has a dominant position on a small hill where Borgo Bonsignore stands, a small agricultural and seaside village nestled along the coast between Sciacca and Agrigento. The apartment is on first floor of main building. It's equipped with all comforts: independently controllable air conditioning, TV and wifi. The subdivision of the rooms is perfect for 4 adults as the unit has a large double bedroom (apartment entrance) plus 2 single beds. Bedroom and kitchen has been renovated in 2025. En-suite bathroom with shower. Living room with kitchen and wide view of the sea and the Platani River Nature Reserve. You can also enjoy this enchanting panorama from the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi (with heated water). The 'Foce del Fiume Platani' Nature Reserve overlooks the beach and the sea for about four kilometers. The structure where the apartment is located is completely fenced, so it is very safe even for younger children. The outdoor spaces and the poolside are elegantly furnished with deck chairs, garden tables and chairs. The property is accessed via a convenient electric gate. All our guests are supplied with a remote control for remote control.
