Esta casa de un solo nivel, bellamente amueblada, está rodeada por una gran cantidad de áreas comunes con vistas al bosque y se encuentra a pocos pasos de Fort Rock Park. La cocina remodelada tiene mostradores de granito y el área de la gran sala cuenta con hermosos pisos de madera noble y techos con vigas con mucho espacio para todo el grupo. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find everything as described. Entry was simple. This house is well appointed, smells of genuine fresh air, and each room is clean and comfortable. We didn't, but you could cook for a group in the kitchen. It's in a nice location, quiet. Three steps from porch to the front yard, no handrail (only an issue for anyone who needs a rail). Saw a deer in the morning. A very nice house.

Lovely Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very nice, the kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed, and we loved the location. A couple of items they need to address for this house to be near perfect are: the bunk beds need to be replaced. They are very wobbly, and the one that I was sleeping broke under me. We ended up pulling mattresses onto the floor to sleep to feel safe. There were four bikes, but only one was usable for adults. The other adult bike had a hole in the tire and the other two bikes are for small children. The padlock for the hot tub is very rusted and difficult to open and close.

Great for kids

Sunriver and this property specifically were great for our kids. Single story, bunk room, hot tub, close biking distance to park, SHARC, and village. Sunriver is very friendly with all the bike trails. Used the bikes and helmets that were on hand. Also used the BBQ. Hot tub is a little old and has some quirks but worked nevertheless. TV and controls also took some figuring out and one ceiling fan didn't seem to work. Small things that didn't effect our overall enjoyment.

Ski trip

The house is just 30 mins from Mt. Bachelor ski resort, so it’s very convenient. The house had all the amenities we could need. There were only two of us, but the home will accommodate a larger group…we didn’t set foot in two of the bedrooms.

Great location but actual house was below average

Great location within Sunriver, close to fort rock park and the trails. The layout of the house was also good, but the wifi was extremely weak, the fridge leaked and the door handle broke off the bathroom.

Good place but

We rented the place along with other families for a baseball tournament. This property is a good, clean place but way much more expensive than other properties when compared(even the one with game rooms: pool/ping pong table facilities and 5 bedrooms properties) The charges per night at the end, is double than stated nightly with cleaning fee etc. Some properties were even given complimentary wine, snacks and condiments. So if we are visiting sunriver again, we would check additional price and compare to other properties thoroughly next time.

Extremely Clean Pet Friendly House!

The Good: * House was very clean especially considering it's pet friendly * Beds were very comfortable * Hot tub is large, hot and very clean * Windows and skylights provide great day time light * Furnishings are in great condition * All appliances worked very well * Garage is very spacious and nearly hold two cars * Very close to park with tennis courts * Bikes, golf clubs and tennis equipment provided * Dry firewood and quick start liquid were greatly appreciated The Bad: * Main road is closed creating a long detour and wasn't mentioned in the posting or check-in email - chose this home based on proximity to SHARC and the Village which became irrelevant because of the detour :( * Night time lighting is horrible and heavily reliant upon individual lamps which are insufficient * TV in the living room is too small and extremely difficult to operate especially if you want to hookup your own device (AppleTV, Xbox, etc.) * Internet download speed is only 6MB so can only stream video to one device at a time * No TV in the master bedroom * Hot tub lid requires two people to operate as it doesn't have a self closer * Fireplace metal screen is very difficult to open and close * Three different checkout times are listed (VRBO is 10:00am, kitchen instructions is 10:30am and welcome book is 11:00am) * Text message checkout link from VRBO didn't work - did nothing when clicked * SHARC has extremely limited hours * Would be nice if wlecome book contained brochures for local actvities and reaturant menus

Loved everything about this property!!

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving celebration. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and there’s even an extra fridge in the garage. The house was super comfy and true to the pictures. We enjoyed the snowfall through lots of windows from inside the warm house. I’d rent again in a heartbeat!!

Cozy Home

The home was very cozy, we really appreciated the stocked firewood. The kitchen had pretty much everything you might need for cooking relatively large meals. The hot tub was in great working order. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyable Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 2 weeks at Quartz Mt Lane #1 and had a very enjoyable time. House is comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. The spacious deck with hot tub, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture was also a pleasure to use. Three relatively minor complaints: 1) the place could have been cleaner - floors were not well swept, and there were lots of spiderwebs with bugs up in the skylights, 2) the main TV in the living room was a disappointment because the remote is too complex and we couldn't find a way to access streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, and 3) lighting throughout the house is dim and inadequate - especially in the master bedroom. Finally, we'll note that the bed in the master could be a bit firmer, and it's probably time to replace the blinds that are worn and stained.

Nice getaway

Very private hot tub and large outdoor wooded area perfect for Easter egg hunting! Kitchen was very well stocked and even had a variety of spines. Plentiful towels and garage with lots of toys. Only improvement could be to switch out the bedroom and bathroom lightbulbs to a higher wattage, as the rooms were very dark. Would stay there again!

Lovely home

We loved our stay. Very clean home when we got here. Great location by a park. Wish there were TVs in all rooms. Also most importantly the fireplace needs attention. When we started a fire, there was smoke that came into the home and we had to put the fire out right away, fortunately.

Great Winter getaway for our family

This was a wonderful home for our 3 generation family for a snow-cation. Wonderful layout and the house was well appointed with what we needed for our stay. We used the sleds and appreciated all the firewood. The coffee grinder didn't work but that was a minor inconvenience otherwise this great home was as advertised. Hot tub worked great and is large and accommodated the whole family. Kids loved the bunk room. Great location for us in Sunriver and we would book here again. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Cozy home for families

We stayed at this home for a total of 7 weeks between October - December, so we *really* got to experience it, inside and out! I will start off by saying that we LOVED the home. It's so cozy, especially on the days when the snow is falling outside. There are windows galore, so the views are amazing. The fireplace and hot tub were two huge perks for us. We used them both daily! We loved that the home is all on 1 level - makes for super easy & convenient living, while still providing plenty of space for our family of 6. The bunk room was perfect for our 5 kids, and the master bedroom is at the end of the hall and plenty spacious. All this said, the house could use a good deep cleaning. We're a big family, so we're used to some dirt/mess - but there are parts of the home that seem to be neglected regularly - the baseboards, shower/bath grout, the dishwasher (it was so clogged up with grime/food when we first arrived that we had to have maintenance come out). I also had to clean a bunch of hair from one of the bath drains - *NOT* how you want to start a vacation! It could also use some basic maintenance - there were a number of things that needed to be addressed/fixed, but to be honest, none of it affected our stay too much, and some of this is to be expected in a vacation rental. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this to families or groups looking for a Sunriver rental. Cozy, walking distance to Fort Rock Park, and a stone's throw away from endless walking/biking trails!
