¡La cubierta trasera del # 8 Jackpine Lane no puede ser superada! El área de la cubierta grande y cerrada alberga la barbacoa, la bañera de hidromasaje, tres mesas de picnic, dos sombrillas, un calentador de gas al aire libre de pie y muchas hamacas para que haya espacio para todos. Este es uno de los pocos patios cercados en Sunriver, por lo que es un hogar ideal para mascotas. La cubierta tambi��n ofrece un flujo y reflujo fácil hacia y desde la cocina y el comedor, por lo que mientras los filetes estén chisporroteando en la barbacoa, las ensaladas y el pan se pueden servir adentro.

Esta casa tiene una bonita cocina y comedor, amueblada con una gran mesa de comedor de madera y asientos de madera para los niños. En el otro lado de la cocina, puedes mirar y ser parte de toda la acción en la sala de estar frontal.

La sala de estar cuenta con un pequeño sistema estéreo, una chimenea de leña de gas de roca volcánica y un televisor elegantemente oculto, listo para ser presentado en su maratón de películas nocturnas. La sala de estar también se abre a otra pequeña área de patio, esperando a que los niños dibujen un juego de rayuela o foursquare.

La segunda sala de televisión en la parte posterior tiene un gran sofá seccional, otra chimenea de gas. Incluso podrás organizar tu propio torneo de juegos mientras te diriges al garaje para un partido de tenis de mesa también. Si sube las escaleras, encontrará un área de juegos aislada con otro pequeño televisor, casa de muñecas, mesa para colorear y más. Esto proporciona un excelente lugar para que las madres se salgan con sus hijos pequeños temprano en la mañana, para no despertar al resto de la casa.

Our unit was really well-stocked with the basics and also big bowls and pans to support cooking for a large group.

Relaxing weekend retreat.

We rented this home for some of our employees to stay at during our weekend long company Christmas party. They all reported back that they loved their accommodations. It was a warm, cozy place to relax during the cold weekend.

Great Family Getaway

We had three families stay together at this house, a total of 13 people. It had plenty of room for everyone and was very warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and multiple tables and chairs. It’s in a great location too, a quiet little loop with easy access to the Village and Golf Course.

Great house for large groups

Jackpine 8 is a great house for large groups. We loved the two living areas. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Nice hot tub. Clean house, we’ll stocked.

Wonderful property

The house was perfect for a small adult birthday party! I loved that it was all one floor so no one felt isolated or alone ever. Super comfy beds & couch. Very clean & well stocked. Great house & the property management was wonderful & helped me make changes to the reservation when needed very promptly!

Family Fun

Great space for our extended family. Loved the bikes on site to use around town. During our stay, daytime temperatures were high, and the house a/c unit could not keep the house cool. The upstairs rooms were especially uncomfortable. Luckily, the temps dropped significantly in the evening, so the rooms were bearable for sleeping.

We started at this house because of fenced yard for a family member dog and the location to much of Sunriver happenings. We like the house because of size - bedrooms and bathrooms. As in any rental, there are so many positives along with a few negatives.

We will be back!!

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was so so fun for the child in our group and having a larger family, we spent the whole time talking about how fun it would be to bring the whole crew of adults and 6 kids- YES! There is enough room for that! Such a fun and unique layout and cozy in every single room. Close to the shops and paths with minimal neighbors. Lots to utilize in the kitchen, everything organized, extra bathroom supplies, and kept very clean. The backyard was perfect for our pups and we didn't even get to the hot tub during our stay! I cannot express how much we loved staying here and will definitely be back to enjoy it for a longer stay :)

Great Location but Dated Home with Cleanliness Issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Unfortunately, the house and the furnishing are a bit older. We found it to not be entirely clean with bugs (ants and stink bugs) throughout the house. The bedding also felt old. The backyard had doggy waste throughout. The hot tub was nice, there were plenty of kitchen items for our entire stay. We also enjoyed the bikes. The best part was that the house is located really central to Sunriver activities.

Great location

We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck and hot tub! We spent most of our time out there and it was very peaceful. The house is spacious, plenty of room for all of us. The only disappointment was the AC does not keep it cool and doesn’t get to the upstairs at all. It does cool down at night but some of the screens were broken. We also weren’t able to check in until closer to 6:30, the housekeeping staff was very nice and let us put our groceries in the fridge at 4:30 when we arrived to check in. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or text from the property manager letting us know check in was delayed so we could have waited to get groceries and planned our arrival differently.

Sunriver Stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck and hot tub feel very private with the fencing which was really nice. The large dining room table was also well equipped to handle a large group of people all eating together, super awesome! The main living room off the kitchen is much smaller than the pictures make it look, same with the kitchen. It was nice having two living rooms that gave more division of space. Unfortunately, although I called to confirm a day before arriving that the stove had been fixed after reading the other reviews and was assured that it had been, only two of the burners worked. The location was good and having the bikes in the garage was nice. I would probably look at other properties first before staying here again.

this is a great house in a great location - well laid out floorplan gives an open feel but also enough separation for different groups - our only complaint was that the fridge needed to be replaced (as of Feb 2022)

Large rental

Great pandemic getaway at a good price. Nice hot tub and quiet neighborhood close to skiing. Big tiled entry with ample hooks and shoe rack was a real plus. Too often rentals lack a good drop zone for stuff. The Wi Fi struggled to handle 4 people working and studying at the same time, but we had space to spread out and a good time when the work was over.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had ages 3-98 and a dog. This house was perfect for us. The fenced yard helped keep our dog safe. The kids had their own room and a playroom which they loved. Lots of bikes, table tennis and being close to the SHARC gave them plenty of activities.

Good location but less than desirable accommodations

The location was good, lots of bikes, sharc passes and a fenced back yard. The hot tub was broken, the house has ants inside the bathrooms and mold. The first morning we woke up to our food being destroyed by mice. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week stay for 14 people is a bit light and there is a note stating that the renter is to purchase more if needed. All of the accommodations are extremely old. Tube TVs, old bedding, minimal towels and essentials. Listing states 2 hide a beds. But there is only one and the “mattress” is a coil with a 1 inch mattress pad over it. Would not recommend this rental especially for the price. Very disappointed. This place needs a major overhaul.
