Great time with friends and family for labor day weekend. Pictures were accurate. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The fridge needs a deep cleaning. We cleaned it with Clorox to get the shrimp juice out of it.Also would be nice to see shower mats on the floor.Overall it needs a little TLC..

Unforgettable family memories

This house was such an excellent choice for us and our adult children (8 total people) being winter and coming from the frozen north we wanted to ensure we got some pool time and the heated pool was amazing- amazing restaurants, fun bars with entertainment, grocery stores all close by!

Unsafe laundry room

This this is not an easy yes or no enjoyment vacation the house was excellent the room were so nice and the outside was just marvelous. I am recovering from a broken arm which I had to have surgery for that I subject of sub stained in the laundry room the floor is not a solid floor it is down the center of the floors a step down which caused my fall this is the only complaint that I really have about the house in the location and I think a safety sign should be put up on the door in red tape put on the floor showing that it’s not an even floor her vacation was hindered by the fact that I had spent four days in the hospital being the first day on Christmas and my family having to drive to Brownsville back-and-forth so other than that I really can’t say anything bad about the place I just would like for you to put up a safety sign for the next tenants thank you

Pictures could be refreshed with recent ones

The pictures on the Vrbo seem a little out of date - there is no longer a slide to the pool , the furniture is rearranged from the pictures - upon arrival the pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken but Miguel was quick to book the pool cleaning crew once we let him know - unfortunately the pool crew was on island time and showed up an hour late then didn’t return until that evening so we spent an entire day waiting at the house for their return ( they asked us to be there and told us it would be 2 hours ) so we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub for the first two days of our stay - the house is gorgeous and larger than it looks in pictures - some TLC could be taken with some of the minor cosmetic things to improve the over all feel and esthetics but it fit our group well and overall was a good location - the dock was perfect for our fishing and had multiple lights to attract fish - a little spendy for not having that immaculate clean and well done interior - but a decent place

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed here for three nights for a little bachelorette getaway and it was amazing! The house was clean and the location was perfect. Great place to lounge by the pool and the host was super responsive!

South Padre Trip

This house was the perfect getaway for our family. All of the bedrooms were huge with their own private bathroom (with the exception of one with shared bathroom to living room) but we didn't use it because there was plenty of space upstairs. The back patio was so relaxing with the pool and amazing views. The kids loved it so much that we only went to the beach one day and spent the rest of the time at the house. Miguel was very accommodating and responded immediately to all of my messages. There was an issue with the date we chose (was not his fault) and he gave us a great discount for the mishap. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Spacious Bayside Gem!

Lovely home & plenty of room for our group of 12. Due to COVID we didn't go anywhere but the beach, so the swimming pool with an amazing view of the bay was just what the doctor ordered. Miguel was very responsive & helpful. Would stay again!
