Esta lujosa casa en la playa elevada cuenta con 5 amplias habitaciones, 5. 5 baños y puede alojar cómodamente a un total de 16 personas con 1 rey en el dormitorio principal, 1 rey en el segundo dormitorio, 1 rey en el 3er dormitorio, 2 reinas en el 4to dormitorio y 1 cama queen y 1 cama terapéutica en el quinto dormitorio. La casa también tiene 1 colchón de aire queen y 1 colchón de aire doble.

El plan de piso abierto muestra pisos de madera dura brasileña en todas partes. El salón abierto tiene una chimenea incorporada y un amplio porche con mosquitero. La cocina gourmet, luminosa y espaciosa, totalmente equipada, es el sueño de un chef y cuenta con una gran isla de trabajo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hornos dobles, estufa de gas, encimeras de granito, máquina de hielo SS, toneladas de gabinetes y espacio en el mostrador, una vinoteca, espaciosa despensa y barra de desayuno familiar. Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas del Océano Atlántico desde el balcón del nido de cuervos.

La amplia suite principal ofrece una sala de estar, vestidor y baño privado con bañera de jardín y ducha. Cada una de las otras 4 habitaciones también cuenta con baño privado. Well it started out good. Then on Sunday morning a repairman came on the property (w/out our knowledge) walked up the outside stairs and I was never alerted. I called the Property Management company and they said it had to come from the owner. I was upset that I wasn’t told and then told we couldn’t be up on the roof deck due to a dangerous fence issue! My grandkids and parents had gone up there two other evenings and mornings to watch sunsets and sunrises. Basically zero communication between owner and management company!

Family Beach Week

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.

Absolutely Lovely!!

Everyone fully enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to this property. Very spacious and beautiful decor. The elevator was a necessary plus for some in our group.

Promise fulfilled!

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Guys Golf Trip

Stayed here with a group of friends for a golf trip and had a great time. Pool was nice after a hot day on the course.

Great House and Location

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Almost 4 stars but needs extermination & new furniture

At 1st glance rental home appeared to be clean but eventually we started noticing roaches in the kitchen even though we were not even cooking in the kitchen. The roaches varied in sizes (small/baby roaches up to adult larger roaches) which means that there’s more than likely a nest of them within the rental house. There were also several fruit flies/gnats flying around inside of the house as well as crawling around is the refrigerator. The pool was suppose to be cleaned twice a week but it didn’t seem like the pool cleaning company ever showed up to clean anything. The other minor issues such as the cracked toilet seat, non-functional patio sliding patio door, and non-functional jacuzzi bath tub that we found with the house were taken care of very quickly by maintenance so they are very responsive if you have any issues. Awesome view of the beach from the rental house and close location to several great restaurants. The screened in balcony is awesome, however all the furniture on the balcony is severely rusted. You will need to bring or purchase your own beach towels because there are none provided at the rental house. They do provide bath towels but they are not to be used for the pool or beach. The garage and elevator were very nice amenities which we had no issues with those. The recliner sofas are definitely past their expiration date, they’re peeling, cracking, leaning, and corroding/molding so I hope they get replaced soon.

Spring Break Getaway

Great property! We loved it! Only small issue was the pool as it needed to be cleaned due to leaves. However, the host and property manager got it taken care of and our fun continued!

The beach was pretty much right out the back gate and even in January, we spent a lot of time beachcombing. Furnishings were nice, beds were amazing, everything spotless. Kitchen was well-equipped. Minor downside was the island range not working but there were burners provided and we didn’t really plan to do a lot of cooking anyway. Hot water wasn’t always sufficient if others were showering, but not a big deal. Overall, fabulous time had by all and would def stay again!

Nice but not quite luxurious

I will list the cons first: The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, they did offer to send maintenance to look at them but surely they knew beforehand they were broken. At night it was like laying under a spotlight lol. The barstools at the bar are WAY too short. The hot water is kinda wonky, hot one minute and cold the next. The sheets were itchy and not very comfortable. The 4th floor crowsnest is not accessible. The pros: The house is beautiful and clean. The communication with the rental co is good. There was plenty of room and the elevator was a nice touch. Overall the house is NICE but I would not consider it a "luxurious" house.

Sisters trip

Beautiful house but there were problems. Stove top burners were not working, no one notified us of this issue, this was a problem because we had a big dinner to cook and need the gas burners.. Even though electric burners were provided, it was still difficult to prepare a large dinner. Also, there was lots of trash under the living room sofa but housecleaning took care of that immediately, Overall, A beautiful house! I would stay there again.
