*Recently renovated and redecorated. Custom made furniture throughout the unit.
*Daily beach setup-2 chaises+umbrella. This is an optional service, but included with your rental.

*During June and July, 7-day reservations only. Check in/out Saturday.
*Please consider travel insurance during hurricane season (typically June-Sept.)

The place was awesome! Very spacious and amazing view on the corner of the building. Being on level 1 was great as we were able to just walk down the stairwell and avoid the long elevator waits. There was a minor hiccup but the host was great and exceeded expectations in making things right. Amazing amazing and would definitely go back!

Beautiful views of gorgeous blue/green water. The condo was adequately furnished and made housing our family of 7 for a week a breeze! I love that it was on the "1st floor" - which is actually above the ground floor and lobby - and we used the stairs quite a bit to avoid waiting for the elevator.

We loved our stay! Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and cute! The first floor was a blessing (elevators take forever). Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Nice stay

It was a nice place, looked like the pictures, location is great. I was expecting to be able to have all the guests sleep comfortably but the pull out couch bed springs were busted so air mattresses had to be used.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was great! Check in was easy. This is our fourth stay and was the first time in this condo and it was just perfect for our family of 9. There was no issues and we loved that it was on the 1st floor. Still had amazing views and the perk of using stairs when the elevators were busy.

Beautiful condo

We had a great vacation. We had 2 couples & enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms with king size bed & bath. When we did have a problem with the hair dryer & batteries they fixed everything the same day.

Splash Resort

This room is located on the first floor and you have ease of access to the beach and the splash park. This room also come with two chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach for you everyday of your stay. The room and resort are very clean. We will definitely be back again for our next vacation. Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay at Splash room 107W owned by Warren Beach Rentals. I had several questions before we arrived. The employees at Warren Beach Rentals were very friendly and answered my questions fully. We would stay in this condo again. It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed! Fall Break 2022

107 W exceeded expectations!! Beautiful roomy condo with an excellent view. Door from living room to balcony was near impossible to open but you could easily access from either bedroom. Definitely recommend for family’s wanting to stay at splash resort. Wilson family.

Perfect Condo!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for and more. The 2 king master bedroom/bathrooms were perfect! We also loved the big sectional in the living area because we could all sit around together. Conveniently located on the 1st floor (which is technically 3rd floor) so we could use the stairs rather than use the elevators. We had 2 toddlers with us, so being able to go right down to the kids water area was nice. Let’s not forget about Alvins Island being right across the street! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I will definitely be back! The location was great! Elevators slow at busy times during the day. Close enough to pools to use stairs though. Wouldn’t want a higher floor due to elevator issue. But will definitely stay again!

Best Unit

We have stayed at Splash four times and this by far is our favorite unit! Very clean! Very convenient located on the first floor, large balcony, plenty of seating inside and out, and very responsive staff when I had a question about early check in/door code, they responded by text within seconds! We also loved that this unit included beach chairs. We found our favorite unit at 107W :)

Panama City Beach Stay

The unit is nice, but the building overall is looking a bit worn and dirty. The worst part of the whole trip was waiting for the elevators to get the luggage carts up 1 floor! It took 30 minutes when we got there and 45 minutes when we were leaving. Only 2 elevators for the whole building…not enough for hundreds of units.

Perfection!!!

Mid September and the weather was perfect! The room was on the first corner floor which was convenient to take the stairs when necessary. The views of the ocean were phenomenal also from this room. Originally i worried that we would be too close to ground level and hear a lot of noise, but we were very happy that was NOT the case. The room was clean and it accommodated anything we needed with kitchen supplies. Our only recommendation would be to replace the mattresses in both rooms. They were a little worn and stiff feeling. Overall we had a perfect trip and would 100% stay in this room again. Communication was great with the owners!

Perfect for families or 2 couples. Fast beach access from the first floor.

This unit is perfect for 2 couples vacationing together or for families with kids. 2 large bedroom suites with comfortable king beds. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony overlooking the beach. Close enough to hear the waves. Being on the first floor means a few stairs and you are on the beach. During busy season, I'll always trade beach time for waiting for an elevator time. Since beach chairs and umbrellas are included, this means even less "beach drag and prep" time. The water park underneath the towers provide plenty to do for the kids, or anyone wanting to get out of the sun without going back to the room. Splash is on he quiet side of town but still close enough to have plenty of options for restaurants, shopping, amusements, or having a couple of adult sodas, most of which can be found in the nearby Pier Park area. Highly recommended. This is now our first choice for vacation in PCB.
