This is our 4th year staying at this property. Its alway a smooth process. Its 5 minutes from downtown and close to everything. The neighborhood is safe and very boutique like. Great parking and access to the garage.

At first glance the house looked small from the outside however once the door opened it was much bigger. The house fit our needs and was very clean. The beds and couches were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great too. Very close to the Mississippi River and some small parks. There's a great market nearby and amazing Italian food right around the corner. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

Spacious and Comfortable—Just Needs a Little TLC

The house has a lot of potential and several positives—comfortable beds and furniture, a well-stocked kitchen with sharp knives, Smart TVs, a spacious layout, and a great location. The garage was also a nice bonus for parking.That said, the home could benefit from more attentive upkeep. We noticed broken blinds, no hangers in closets, missing drain covers in bathroom sinks, and no window covering on the front door, which impacted privacy. The kitchen sprayer leaks, there weren’t many forks, and the ice machine didn’t work properly. There was also an old sponge left by the sink and some garbage in the kitchen cabinets. The garage had no power or lighting, and the TV in the primary bedroom was disconnected.Overall, the stay was comfortable, but a few maintenance and cleanliness improvements would make a big difference. The photos also appear outdated, so a refresh there would help set more accurate expectations.

Neatness

House inside and out was not well kept. Not as it looked online. Was only three of us but it was booked for 5. Would not been good for that many people. Hall bath was very hard to navigate. I will choose a well know hotel next time

Memphis Trip

The house was great. Plenty of space, upscale neighborhood. Easy access to beale street by uber. Highly recommend. House was well stocked with paper towels. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.

Memphis wedding werk

This listing was accurate. The house was very nice with just a few minor issues that were not really issues to us but could be to someone else. One was the outdoor front entrance light was out and so was the indoor garage light. Two, the large bayhroom could use a bit of deep cleaning around the toilet and in the shower, maybe a bit of bleach could be used and the shower in the same bathroom was slow to drain. The outside was a bit of a mess but we didn’t use it so as I said, it didn’t matter to us. Overall, I would and probably will try to book this house again.

Entire Home Memphis

First the home was beautiful. Tastefully decorated as advertised. My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay after we took care of a few things that were crucial to our experience. Those things were entry into the property: I was not given complete instructions on how to get in the property. It was raining and I ultimately missed my dinner reservation after driving 8 hours to get to Memphis, I was unable to reach the property manager, fortunately, as I was leaving I saw the back of the property. The second item was we had to launder the sheets. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would book again.

The neighborhood was great and close to alot of things. The house could have been a little cleaner and the blinds had been taken off the glass front door and you could see in the house but overall it was fine.

Great location in nice neighborhood!

My daughter & I met here to see Wicked & enjoyed the area with Graceland, walking downtown tour, BB King’s barbecue/music, Botanical Gardens. We were given a Warm welcome from everyone! We loved the Island & walking path along the River!! Our visit was a success!! Thank You Memphis!! ❣️

Nice Neighborhood but . . .

Place has a lot of potential but it needs a deep cleaning, some repairs, attention to details and basic supplies like kleenex, napkins, salt & pepper, dishwashing liquid, kitchen sponge (we had to use a washcloth). Blinds and baseboards were quite dirty. Shower in master bath does not drain properly and has mold. We parked in garage and light doesn't work, which is a little scary in a strange place. Garbage disposal not working. We were pleased with the location and house but disappointed with the overall condition.

Memphis wedding

The property was very clean and convenient (short drive) to everything downtown and located in a nice neighborhood. Parking would be a bit tight for more than one vehicle but the garage was available for use.

Excellent stay!

The house was clean, well maintained, beautifully furnished and conveniently located. The host was responsive to our questions, check in was easy. Everyone had their own private space (2 couples and 1 more adult in our party). The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay! Highly recommend!

Nice and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. It was within a 10 to 15 minute drive to everything we planned to do. House was roomy for the 6 of us. We prepared and ate breakfast conveniently and then went on our way. We found the kitchen to be stocked well but did not find measuring spoons or sponges. If we decided to return to Memphis this property would again work great for us.
