The unit was very well stocked including the kitchen. Everything in the unit was in working order. The excellent view of the falls and the sound of the rushing water created a wonderful experience. It was like we had thefalls all to our selves.

The view of the falls from the condo was outstanding. The host gave detailed information about the area and made our check in easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with necessary supplies. We will definitely come back again.

Awesome stay!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The view of Toxaway Falls from the property was amazing, better than I imagined! This property was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more! Bonus that there is pool access. Great location with close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Our latest visit

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and shared it this time with our family. We all enjoyed the magnificent views of the falls, cozy living spaces, and the provision for everything we needed! Highly recommend and will stay here again!!

The landlord Kim was so amazing in assisting me in every way! My parents stayed in the condo for 5 days and had a great experience! They loved the cleanliness and the decor of condo and of course the Amazing views of Toxaway Falls!!

Fantastic trip with stunning waterfall view and great location

We all really enjoyed the rental. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult sons. The view is stunning of Toxoway falls and we enjoyed using the rental books to find many hikes. Kim is the best manager we have experienced across all our rentals. Highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo in late October and everything was even better than advertised. The unit is magnificently updated and the view of Toxaway Falls is majestic. The location is convenient to terrific hiking at Gorges State Park, shopping and dining in Cashiers and Brevard, or scenic drives along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s the perfect spot for rest or outdoor adventure.

Fall Get Away

The property is in a perfect location at the foot of Lake Toxaway Falls. The cabin was cozy with a rustic vibe! The host was very informative with check in/check out procedures, recommendations on things to do, places to eat and shop. She thought of everything! The cabin was extremely well stocked providing all the comforts of home including very comfortable beds as well. I highly recommend that you spend your get away here!

Return trip

This was our second visit to this property and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The setting is magnificent. The cooler temperatures is much appreciated. The constant sound of the waterfall is very relaxing. The proximity to hiking trails of various difficulties is excellent. The unit is very clean and comfortably appointed. Overall a delightful vacation and we look forward to a return visit.

Very Clean, Beautifully Decorated, AMAZING View

Cant say enough good things. Highly recommend. Communication was excellent.Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Really nice bathrooms. View is so awesome. When you see the view in person it is just breathtaking. Thanks so much for such a great stay. If you are on the fence about this property, don't be its amazing and we are picky people.

Cozy Mountain Getaway with a Stunning View

This treetop condo at the Cascades overlooking Toxaway Falls is uniquely situated on the edge of the falls providing a spectacular view from the living area and deck. The accomodations are very nice with leather furniture, wood fireplace, and a large screen TV. The kitchen has all amenities. The two bedrooms were very comfortable with modern baths, beautiful granite sinks, lots of closet space, and their own tv. There is also a loft with a comfortable couch and large screen tv. Plenty of room for a family of four and had EVERYTHING we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part.The space was clean, beautiful and had almost everything we wanted/needed.We do not mean to be critical, only helpful in the small issues that we found.We would have loved a large skillet with lid for the shrimp stir fry we could not cook along with some kitchen towels and a Crock Pot. They are just things we use at home.Since the weather cooled and rained while we were there, we wanted to use the Fireplace even though it was summer but the Furniture placement made that difficult.The Cell Service was very spotty even with our Verizon Service which is rarely the case. The Loft could use a furniture layout change as the angle to watch the nice, large T.V was not as comfotable as it could be.We did not want to move things around as you had specifically mentioned "Do Not Move Furniture".A Bug Zapper could be useful for the frequent "little flying things" that buzzed us inside even though we were diligent about keeping the screen closed.Unfortunately there was a Road Work Crew outside that blocked parking on occasion and was very noisy the entire time that we were there (not yor fault).

Luxury retreat

This was our fourth visit to Toxaway and the these accommodations were by far the best we have encountered. Plus our interactions with Kim were far superior to any prior property manager. The condo is quite and peaceful and so well designed and decorated allowing you to completely relax. We will be returning.

Toxaway Falls Condo

Condo was lovely & had everything you could possible need. So many extra touches - lap blanket over chairs, flashlight by bed, night light built into outlets, binoculars for viewing, & well equipped kitchen. Exceptionally clean!
