Making memories

We love Branson! Have been visiting for years even myself as a kid.This trip we did fantastic caverns, titanic, bass pro In springtield and the aquarium there.Butterfly palace a couple times, shepherd of the hills mountain coaster and ours and kids favorite Fritz’s adventures.

Things to consider

Overall we had a good time. I just think the housekeepers could do a better job cleaning and washing of bedding. The TV’s could be upgraded in the bedrooms. The door code could be a little shorter so that you don’t have to look it up every time you leave and return.

No Surprises

Clean. We'll maintained. Friendly staff. Felt safe. There are two exits from the resort grounds, but only one entrance for guests. Only property owners can enter at the other one. Not a big deal. Just be aware. As advertised with no surprises in the accommodation or the cost. Would stay again.

NEEDS UPDATED!!

I was very disappointed in the unit! It had the old style TV’s and the living room TV had a crazy way to change channels. The jacuzzi leaked water fast and the hot water heater ran out of hot water before it was full enough to run. The carpet was very worn and at least 10 years old. The pans should have been thrown out at least 2 years ago. The mattresses remind you of a CHEAP hotel! Everything about this place says the owner is NOT doing any upkeep, pocketing the money for retirement😟 I will never stay there again😡

An OK Stay

The property is tired and needs a refresh on furniture, kitchen appliances and supplies. There was a broken chair for us to use in a bedroom. Lamps without light bulbs. Food in the couch and chair cushions. A dishwasher with a start dial that is very hard to turn and is very noisy when it runs. The Mr. Coffee coffee pot leaks when filling the pot or pouring a cup because of a broken seal on the handle. The sink sprayer does not work on the kitchen sink. A total of 6 plastic hangers were found in the 3 bedrooms. No dish rags and no dish towels. The King bed is tired also. The TV and internet was good. Wish we could have used the "back door" entrance to the community. For $275.81 with VRBO Fee per night I will need to think hard about returning here to stay. The apt. is on the ground floor. The address sign out front shows it on the top floor. Please correct the sign.

Absolutely Disappointed

I have reached out multiple times and still no reply from anyone! Door is not marked, we had to knock on doors til we figured out where to go. There are stairs, and the description says walk in unit! We Killed roaches on carpet and ants in the bed. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in them. We had to go purchase pots to cook in and wash the dirty dishes in the cabinet. We had to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels, washer & dish washer pods. There is not a kerig coffee pot as in the description, so don’t bring pods! All 3 bathtubs do NOT hold water! The rugs look like they haven’t been washed in years….. we had to lay towels down. The sinks leak in multiple locations and one room smells so bad of mold that we had to use an oil diffuser. I don’t care that the TV’s Were laid against the wall and from the 1970’s and there was no batteries in some of the controllers……. It’s the filth of this place!! There is no reason that we should pay this much money and have to clean before we could even unpack! I’m so very disappointed & dissatisfied!

Get away!

This is a fantastic quiet area right by the golf course. The condo had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The kitchen was equipped as stated and all the appliances worked great. The master shower could use updating, but we were only there a couple days so nothing big. Great place! Nice sunporch where the littles in our group played.

Place was ok but could be top notch. Only had one issue with the hot water heater but was fixed promptly. Would really like to see some up grades and a few repairs to a few things but nothing that would stop me from booking again. Great location and beautiful area to stay in.

Nice Accommodations for Several Adults

We were looking for accommodations for 6 adults that aren't all couples so we wanted additional beds and bathrooms. This place had the rooms and accommodations we were wanting. A separate room with 2 queens that also had it's own bath and a sink outside the bath. Perfect for a couple of our girls. Another room with a queen and a bath, which also opened to the living room which worked out for our guys. And then a master bed and bath for us old couple. The rooms were spacious and had seating and TV's (even if they aren't the biggest and latest models). The kitchen, dining and living room we furnished well with a kitchen bar and stools which could seat 8 people between the table and counter. The kitchen appliances are near and work well. There is a nice patio and view of the golf course. The area was quiet and scenic. You do have to go down a flight of stairs from the parking lot if that would be a problem but it is covered. We arrived in the rain and it was fine. You are also only a few minutes from Branson but also can take other roads to avoid the main drag as well. I read several comments saying they were disappointed in amenities such as TV's or light bulbs out. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. This was a nice place, clean, comfortable and had what we needed. It wasn't run down, nothing was falling apart, even if the decor isn't to your taste or up to date. Maybe my expectations are just different. The owner was also quick to respond to inquiry, although we didn't need anything in particular during our stay. However, if there is a problem then just ask. I will definitely take my family back here and recommend it as well. Quick note though. There is only one entrance on the west side for quests. We tried the one near Silver Dollar City which is supposedly only for residents and not maned at the gate. You can leave here but you have to enter the west entrance. It is the only one staffed and will get you your parking pass as well when you first arrive.

Dirty and outdated

I have stayed at a different rental property within Stonebridge that was fantastic so I didn't have a problem staying there again thinking I'd more than likely have a similar experience BUT I was WRONG! I should have read the reviews better. The place is severely outdated, there are broken "privacy" blinds on the sliding glass doors (which were mentioned in other reviews and obviously not fixed yet) , the beds and pillows are absolutely terrible. The pull out couch was very unsturdy and my teenage son felt better sleeping on it as the couch. The screened in porch was FILTHY! Cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere, I had to sweep it out! Neither of the coffee pots worked so we bought a cheap one at Walmart to use. Very limited cooking supplies. It even had old box tvs. To say I was disappointed with this property is an understatement. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this particular rental property if you want any kind of updated living.

Before we left for Branson, we received an email telling us to check that the AC was working and that we had hot water immediately upon arrival. We have stayed multiple times with Vrbo and have never received such an email. It also said to keep the thermostat above 68. The message was a bit concerning. I would think that property management would have those things checked before a guest arrives. Everything was working but we found the thermostat to be set at 62. I would assume property management would know those rules as well. We are grateful it was not frozen. Thankfully we had used our parking pass info to find the condo because the text giving us the physical address/WiFi etc. was to another condo (not even on the same street)and we had already unpacked when we discovered the error. My first text to management said that we were at the wrong condo which prompted my question that the security code given us got us in. It was not a good way to start our stay. The layout of this condo is really good and could be a really restful place. However, the floors in MB bath were not clean. Lights bulbs were out in multiple locations not to mention the need to replace some of the bedside lamps. The broken chair in the bedroom should just be removed. There is not enough silverware to host six people let alone the advertised ten. The garbage disposal does not work. We didn’t use any small appliances but I would suggest a complete check up. Last but clearly not least is the total lack of privacy in the living area. A total replacement of privacy coverings is needed. Those types of patio blinds should not even be a consideration. In the words of an HG tv host—be your own guest. I think you will agree that your wonderful condo needs some serious TLC. Also, I now see by other reviews that the incorrect physical address error has happened before. And as I stated earlier it is not a good way to start your stay.

Disappointed

The layout of the condo was great. However, the floors were dirty, there were cobwebs on the walls in the bathroom, the shades on the sliding glass door were missing several panels so there was no privacy. The living room furniture needs updating, a chair in the bedroom was literally falling apart, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Neither of the coffee pots worked well at all, a couple of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and the handle to the oven was broke. We stayed in 1A @ 1091.

Serious updates needed

The condo was ok, but serious updates are needed. We started our trip by going to the wrong condo because we were given the wrong address. Once we made it to the correct condo we were very disappointed in the decor. It was very outdated and the furniture was very dirty. The coffee pot did not work and there was food left in the cabinet from previous guests. The bathtubs did not drain very well. It kept filling up while taking a shower. The towels were old and looked very worn and there weren’t enough. The beds were super uncomfortable and hard. It would have been nice to have some local information in the condo with recommendations of restaurants and food delivery. We would have loved to have the information about the grounds and what amenities were available. Other than that, we did have a good time in Branson. We just didn’t spend much time in the condo. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Filthy/Bed Bugs

The first thing we noticed were black feet after walking around the condo for 15 minutes without shoes. A plastic piece that was part of the blinds was missing/broken in the living room area, so anyone in the back area could see in the condo easily. The cabinets next to the stove on the left have mildew. The toaster was finicky. The sprayer in the kitchen did not work. The black coffee pot was broke. There was water leaking in the bottom of the fridge and it had no drawers where there should be some. The pool closest to our property was closed and green in color. Shower drains were rusty. Stove interior was filthy. Then on our second to last day we discovered bed bugs! The contact was notified we were leaving early due to that and agreed to issue a refund for the last day that we wouldn’t be staying since there were bed bugs. Which 3 days later I still have not received. Other than that, no other measures for being extremely inconvenienced were given from the property manager. I would not recommend this place or ever stay here again.

So Relaxing

Our family stayed at this property for a mini vacation. It was amazing. There were so many things to do in Branson but we had a hard time leaving our rented condo because it was so relaxing. Breakfast and coffee on the back screened porch, beautiful view of fall trees, and the occasional golfer hitting the ball. Beds were great, we all felt safe and sound. Great folks to work with as well. Thanks!!

Accommodated our needs, great place to stay

Loved the location, stayed away from traffic. Place was nice and accommodated all our needs. Nice and cool. Tvs were outdated and the only one that worked was in the living room, but not a huge deal. Overall great place for us to stay.
